I'm a little confused. Was your phone S-OFF before you ran the RUU? How did you root it and make HBOOT S-OFF?

Sir thanks for your quickest reply.
Yes it was already S-Off when came to me, I check it and and cid was checked by adb command"fastboot getvar all".

Ok, if HBOOT says S-OFF that means you're rooted. What happens when you try to turn it on while holding power and volume-down? Will it turn on? What appears?

It sounds like your bootloader is very very messed up...we're going to need to wait for someone who knows how to fix that, or if it is even possible.

Typically you put it in bootloader mode and then reflash as normal. Are you not able to get in to bootloader mode?

I can on a good day.. The phone is very unstable for the moment.. But when i try to flash a new ROM from Bootloader, Active Sync can't detect the device. Is that normal?
The phone is unlocked, and it shows "USB" on the screen when i plug the USB in Bootloader..

Yes. All you have said above is absolutly normal. When you see the "USB" just flash it. Have you ever flash your device before?

Turn the phone off. Hold Volume Down + Power. What happens?
Are you sure he can push both the volume and power buttons at once? They are very stiff to press, you know!
(Apologies to xspyda in advance (this damn sarcasm is gonna get me in trouble one day.....))

Can you get into the bootloader? you haven't said from the earlier post. If so you could flash the PD98IMG to get it back to stock.
the screen is white and i can only press 'fast boost' 'recovery' 'factory reset' 'simlock' and 'image crc'

Now we're getting somewhere
read this thread..http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=841890
you need to carry out the 'common steps' and then the 'install through phone' method.
This will bring you back to the state that you bought the phone.

Not necessary, all that needs to be done is flash the rom.zip from the RUU (PD98IMG) the phone checks for it as soon as it goes into bootloader automatically.
Fair play. I just figured that for someone not familiar with Rom flashing it might be easier to simply run an exe file with the dhd connected to the pc.
As I say though, not even sure that's possible when in recovery.

I cannot access Bootloader?

Volume - and Power Button just doesn't work.
I am following this guide http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=11557769 and got to the "Flashing a Radio" section and I'm stuck.
What am I doing wrong?
Got it working.
Had to take the battery out to make the unit actually turn off fully.
Don't know.
What happens when you press the power button whilst holding the vol- key?
[EDIT] Never mind then.

That's fastboot option in Android. It doesn't turn off the phone completely so naturally you cannot access bootloader.
In Android 2.3 it's located at Settings->Power, so turn it off there. In FroYo it's somewhere else, can't remember where.
I cant access anything now
Code:
adb reboot bootloader
Go to setting and turn off fast boot

Well, I suggest you to try VillainROM 2.1. You will have to flash cf-root (the version of it has to be the same as the version of your current f/w), connect your phone to pc and get the VR 2.1 into your sd card then power off your phone, volume up + power + home button - do a full wipe - choose to install a zip from sd, flash villain and you will be fine..hope so. If you get stuck @ any point, you can scream for help cuz I will be here to support you mate
Forgot to get you this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1103399 It might help you though.

Just tell me one thing: is your phone powered on and is stuck? You can't do anything? Even if you pull out the battery and get it back, wont boot or what exactly?
yes, it is power on and stuck and it can't open. I pull out the battery and put is back and it won't boot.

Try to enter download mode (volume down + power button + home button) and flash with odin a stock rom.
The main problem now is I can power on my GSII so I can't enter any download mode and recovery mode.
I don't know how to do now and please help me, thank you.
Just power off your phone. If doesn't work by the power button, pull out the battery. When the phone is powered off, press the 3 buttons same time and you will enter download mod.
Sorry for my typo mistake, now I can't power on my GS2 so I don't know how to enter to download mode

You dont have to power on your device to enter download mode. Just push VOLUME DOWN BUTTON, POWER BUTTON and HOME BUTTON in the same time. Then, push volume down to enter odin mode. After that, connect your cable to your device and press start in odin (before that, dont forget to put the stock f/w into PDA in Odin)
My GSII still no response and I think the row is dead and can't bootup so how can I do? Tks brother
So after your flashing width odin did odin say pass or complete?
You may still be able to get into download mode but just not see it,
When you hold the key combination then plug it into odin and see if it comes
Up with the yellow box that tells your if your device is connected.
edit : so you hold power, volume down and home then you have to press up to enter download mode, after this plug it in to odin and see if you can see the phone.
There is no response after boot my phone and it hasn't say pass or complete.
Then the phone can't open again and I don't know how to do now, please help.

Hi everyone. I tried to downgrade from kitkat on my lg g2 d800 and I followed the guide and downloaded the necessary files but now my phone wont boot and windows can't detect it. I can't get into fastboot...please help
I think you just need to do a hard reset. Unless something went wrong during the flash?
Downgrading requires a factory reset. Power off the phone, press volume down and power button until the LG logo appears then press power again. Should take you to factory reset mode.
Otherwise you can flash KK again using the kdz from download mode (plug to your computer whilst holding volume up I believe)

Pleast try to reboot the phone(if not, just take out the battery.)
Thank you everyone. Something did go wrong during the flash...it just stopped abruptly at 12 percent. I tried doing a hard reset by holding the volume down and then letting go when the logo appeared and then pressing the buttons again. It says resetting in progress but then shuts off.

I think something did go wrong because I can no longer access fastboot by pressing the power button and holding +. Holding the power button and the volume - key and then letting go and pressing them again when the lg logo comes up again, brings up the hard reset menu. But when I confirm the reset the phone shuts off...

Don't know if you have experience with Ubuntu. But its easy to install and the process is easier than it looks.
Check if your phone has some if these symptoms. And please note that you CAN'T use the files provided in the OP. You need the files for D800.

Unplug your device, run the following command and plug the device back in (maybe you have to execute the command again):
dmesg -c
This should show you all USB system events. Your phone should show up as /dev/s<omething>.
However, the phone needs to be powered on. If it shut's itself off, Linux probably can't connect to it ...
