Samsung Galaxy S2 ICS ROM out on Sammobile.com

Hey Guys, the ICS Rom for Galaxy S2 GT-I9100 is out on sammobile.com

Do the SGN get this update as well? maybe in a couple of hours?

Wrong section. But i think i read somewhere in Rocket Rom thread that there was a new rom incomming... Might just be the 4.0.3 rom.
Makes sense thou for samsung to release for both phones.

Lets hope they give us ICS 4.0.3 soon - The xda devs will make it even better

it would be great for MAUI and the Teamhacksung, it would accelerate the developement of CM9! I watched a few alpha buildsof the Samsung stock ICS. Touchwiz messes the whole thing up imo. I love the stock google rom...

Its not a final version apparently.. if you Check the Galaxy S2 forum their Calling it a beta...

[HELP] Noob with Galaxy Tab GT-P1010

Hello friends XDA, just bought the Galaxy Tab GT-P1010, already has this world of Android after passing through a Galaxy Ace, Play Xperia, HTC Incredible S and Evo 4G, but hey this is my first tablet, the Android tablet comes with 2.3.6, the rom is GINGERBREAD.XXKPG is what I give the basics:
. - Install Recovery
. - To make it root
. - Update to ICS, in this case what would be the most stable rom for the tab.
This is what I make, I hope your answers and sorry if this has already been published, but I mess something with the tab.

Take a look in development section there's currently only two options, imperium rom and cleanrom, both are gingerbread slightly faster than stock
Currently there is no ics for this tab, but if you check out madteam forum motafoca is working on a cm7 port and then i beleive a cm9 port that will bring ics to our tab

Too bad there is no rom ICS, well just update the tab and now I have this version of GINGERBREAD.XXXXKPI rom, can you tell me how I do the root, thanks

Goto mad team forum look in the dev section and download the cwm file then flash the pda file with odin

Again, XXKPI 2.3.6 Gingerbread is the latest version for the p1010,
and there are two roms currently -Clean Rom and the Martian Rom.
I hope there are more developers soon, so that we could enjoy some nice
Android techs.

I went out of my way to provide a comprehensive set of tutorials that has even been stickied within this section. It answers ALL of these questions.
Apparently nobody READS anymore before posting a question with almost the same exact title as my thread.

hi. i was wondering if u people can share what do you really expect from ICS update for Note? i mean other then the know updates that would come along the ICS, what else do you want on your Note with ICS?

[ROM] A200 port of pjsports' JB 4.3 rom

Hi everyone!
I thought that the Iconia A200 was getting too little attention, so I decided to try doing something myself. I took the excellent JB 4.3 rom that pjsports made for the A500 and recompiled the kernel for the A200. Since there is no A200 section here I posted it first over at Acertabletforum (hope it's ok to put this link here): http://www.acertabletforum.com/forum/acer-a200-roms/9925-rom-android-4-3-cm10-2-unofficial-a200.html

No the image for A200 will not run on an A500. For one thing the A500 needs a different kernel. It would not be very difficult to port it if someone wants to try. But I can't really do it myself since I don't have an A500 to test things on.

Hey man I have an A500 and am interested in helping you all test a A500 port if you are intending on creating one. Well the kitkat rom on a500 is not to my liking so maybe we can create one more together

Would you happen to have a rough time frame for the a500 release? I'm looking a new ROM and if it's close enough I'll just wait for this one

Well I think it could be close as there are only some graphical problems. Other than that everything basic seems to work already :victory:
