My current default Google search engine is google.co.id because I am located in Indonesia but I want to change it to Google.com. How can I change it? Because every time I do a search, the results will be in Bahasa Indonesia while I need it to be in English
I tried VPN but its still defaulting to google.co.id

I think I found the solution. If you want to remove country specific Google search engine, go to settings > Device > Apps and clear Data for Chrome.
Then connect to US based VPN. Open Chrome. Go to settings > Privacy > Content settings. Unselect "Enable Location". Try to use and search something. Under Settings > Basics, your search engine should be google.com and not other country specific google search engine.
The above works for me and hope it works for you guys also.

You need to manually input APN settings in the mobile networks section of the settings. I don't have my phone on me ATM so just go into settings and find the appropriate section. It isn't difficult to do.
A simple google search yielded this page for your carrier's settings:

the link u sent me was for the iphone settings
hi all
just got the eee transformer. when i log into facebook it automatically uses facebook mobile. and it doesnt work right when i try and hit the home or facebook button it keeps comming up connection error. i cant get it not to go to facebook mobile , does anyone know how to stop this please
If your using the stock browser, change the User String agent in advanced settings to 'Desktop'. That should fix the issue.
Yep the stock and most of the downloaded broswers have an option in the settings to choose what servers see your device as...
In stock broswer go to Settings > Advanced and 3rd setting from the bottom is User agent string - change this to Desktop and everything in the world becomes right!

I have been trying to access USA Play Store using all methods described in this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-s2/help/guide-access-uk-google-play-market-vpn-t2144691/post53995607, but with no success.
May someone help me please?
I am not sure If i missed something.
Before trying to access the USA Play Store I did the following as suggested:
1 - Turned on VPN setup to USA on my Notebook;
2 - Accessed Google Wallet and deleted all my information;
3 - Included fake USA address and phone number;
4 - Included an International Credit Card;

After setting up Google Wallet with USA fake information using my Notebook through VPN access, then I tried all the methods described bellow:
Method one
1 - Inserted an USA SIM Card;
2 - Disable location access at Settings -> Location access
3 - Disable Google apps location access at Google Settings -> Location -> Access Location
4- Force Close the Play Store via Settings;
5- Cleared Play Store cache and data via Settings;
6- Turn VPN on - I tried Hot Spot Shield and One Click VPN services;
7- Open Play Store;

Both methods (Method one and two) described above didn´t work at all, as my country Play Store still shows up for me.
Sometimes Play Store hangs when I try to launch it with all location settings turned off, and It doesn´t show its terms and policy to accept.
Please, May someone help me?Did I miss something?

I don't know if it was the latest security update that did this or I messed up some internal setting but the search function in settings only shows links to advanced settings when searching for something (like Developer options or installing WPA certificates, testing, etc).
Simple things such as Wallpaper, Accessibility settings, Keyboard, etc. do not show up when searched
Fix for "GPS/Location service not working/weak" on Black Shark 2 (China Rom)
1) Download QuickShortMaker from Google Play Store
2) On the top left corner change "Incremental search" to "Normal search"
3) Search for "GPS"
4) Select A-GPS (Tap the GPS item on the list to show A-GPS)
5) Change your settings to this:
Change Access Network type to "All Networks"
A-GPS SI mode to "MSB" ( sometimes MSB works too so make sure to try both)
Change default server address to "supl.google.com"
Change Server port to "7276"
6) Press "More" on the bottom and "Save"
7) Settings --> Apps --> Manage Apps --> Google Play Services
Make sure Autostart is enabled
Make sure battery restrictions are off
Make sure all permissions are enabled (make sure "Get location info" is set to "Always allow")
Reboot phone
