I don't believe it's currently possible with the N7. It's been done on other tablets, but someone has to write the code to make it work first.
Edit: My bad. There is a WIP thread in the development section.

I am also very interested in finding out, I wish someone can answer this question
This is a general question:
Is it recommended to buy tab without 3G/4G technology (Sim) ?
If yes, which shall i prefer - nexus 10 or any other tab with sim slot ?
P.S. if i buy nexus 10 now, assume i wont buy new tab for at least 4-5 years ...
Doesn't come with sim. Only wifi

What? He told you the N10 doesn't have a sim card slot. Not sure what kind of further "help" you were expecting. Jeez.

Thanks but thats why i am confused. I should wait for sim version or buy other tab with sim slot or N10.
Its a question abt if sim slot should be prefered or it would not be of much benefit in next 4-5 years..

If u are planning to use it for 4-5 years, what's 3-4 months...
My advise is wait for the 3G version rather than regret getting the Wi-Fi only version..

You can buy a 3g adapter dongle and use the PPP widget to connect to 3g through otg cable, I used it on my nexus 7, haven't tried it on the n10 yet

ye i was thinking the same and also i have a phone which can be used as hotspot. So i can easily use my phone 3g and tab's wifi to connect.
Actually in India we have very limited coverage of 3G and forget 4G. But in few years this is going to change.. dont know how many.
Any 10" tab with SIM?
I am planning to buy a 10" tab which supports a sim to mainly use internet in area without wi-fi. Could anyone please advise me some very good tabs?
Is there any versions of Nexus 10 having a sim slot? How's galaxy tab 2 10.1? Should I go with iPad 4+4g?
Any help is appreciated.

Thanks. But as I mentioned, I need a tab with 3G/4G. I love Nexus but I believe it doesn't support 3G/4G.
It doesn t support 3g
You look a little noob , you should go for ipad 4 . it suits you better. The most acceptable 10 inch with 3g . the rest are garbage
Search for spec on internet

First, it wasn't a "hack" it was an option that they forgot to remove. They removed it with the 4.2.2 update because it violates the FCC regulations. They can't use the LTE Band 4 without having tested it for interference with other devices, applications, etc.
You can re-add the option by flashing the 2.0.1700.33 radio after you've installed the 4.2.2 update.

No one is "trolling" prick..
There is a big difference between a "Hack" and a simple OPTION...
And He was not insulting you.. he was simply telling you a FACT..

Hey I've gotten the unofficial late cm10 room for nexus 4 and I was wondering if anyone had gotten lte in Tacoma because I've tried using lte here using the hack and instructions, but lte doesn't work (I tried using lte only) however my friend had T-Mobile and gets 4g here. Any idea why? Thanks.

Just wondering if anyone would know the Nexus 4 is going to work in Taiwan?
I want to buy a Nexus 4, and I'm going to Taiwan soon. Does anyone know if the phone will work in Taiwan?
How about the OTA update for phone? Does it matter what country you stay?
Google customer support doesnt really help a lot by just saying yes and yes - -llll
Thanks for the help!
Nexus 4 is a quad-band GSM and penta-band 3G/4G phone, so yes, it goes everywhere.

.33 yes, or .27 too, but only if they support band 4 lte. most dont support band 4, its new. tmobile supports it, a few canadian companies support it, and att in very very limitted lications support it. i have a feeling that koodo doesnt support it.

just like any other radio, there exists many different frequencies. your htc could have been made to support your lte frequency, band 4 isnt very common. call and ask your provider if they support band 4. if they say they dont know what that is, then they dont support it.
thanks
