[ROM] [HP iPAQ 600c] [GER] WM6.1 20270 1.3.1

hello everybody!
i have made a german version of yevg001's 614c_WM6.1_20270_v1.4_rev1.1 image.
it's only tested with radio firmware 0.88 (M:MP-0088-200608) - don't know if it works with other versions.
german and english t9 are included.
flash the phone as usual with the sd-loader method - and as usual.... do it at your own risk

sorry i currently don't have the time for making an image in another language than german, just try it yourself!
after i have found some language bugs in my previous image i have made a new one. there are also some other changes:
- removed some trash (google search, hp photosmart, hp help, hp tips ...)
- updated googlemaps to the latest version (streetview)
- included manila 2d/touch flo + htc album + htc audio manager + htc comm manager + manilla 2d customizer
- included youtubeplay
- manila 2d internet tab fix
- hp ipaqdataconnect - made a DACH edition (germany/austria/switzerland) - removed all other countries/providers
...
the phone is now 99% german!

this version is working fine on my Ipaq 614c. Is the current version with Manila 2d based on the rev1.2 or still on rev1.1?
And one minor note: when shutting the Ipaq down there is some cyrillic text below the german one

Anybody else having more power drain than before?

thanks for your work - tryied you last version it works well but the power drain is mutch more than before. I saw that some autorun progies like HPconfig ist not active anymore - could this be a matter for the power?
Also I would prefer to keep the Ipaq data settings for the other countries in case of travelling.
But nevertheless - thanks for you good work

it bases on 614c_WM6.1_20270_v1.4_rev1.1 (without manila, i added manila myself), when i started building the image there was no rev 1.2 out - if somebody has some spare time it would be nice to compare rev1.1 to rev1.2 and list the differences
i know about the shutdown message but i have no clue from where it comes, i have changed nearly all language files and registry entries to german (in the sys part i currently only remember the remote terminal service client where i haven't found the german files)
if anybody knows a solution please share it!

bad to hear that power consumption has increased. i haven't used the phone for 4 days now and i have 29% percent without loading since that time. (nearly no calls and no data activated)
what do you exactly mean by hpconfig?
i have removed google search, hp help and support, hp customization engine, hp cert enroller, hp internet bookmarks and defaultpage, hp ipaq tips, hp photosmart mobile, hp ringtones and hp shortcut - i don't see a relationship between that components and the power consumption??

thanks but in my opinion this is a describtion about the rev1.1 features
1. update OEM (i can't say exactly, but rev1.1 also based on the wm6.0 latest hp rom oem)
2. iPAQ GPS QK Position from 914с (was also there in rev1.1)
3. GPS Viewer (dito)
4. PIM Backup (dito)
5. SMS Backup (dito)
4. хТ9 russian and polish (dito)
5. module sp40002 (better keeps network) (dito, this updated dll (rilgsm.dll) is definitly in rev1.1)
6. fix Vodofon DE. (i don't know about the problem)

If you don't need them, you can try it this way...you need part2.raw rename it to flash.dio and then you have got your old one....but it has to be ~80MB...
But I don't take care if these are working correctly
but other issues are:
* the bad camera went from bad to worse!
* Wireless doesn't work very stable...it sometimes deactivates itselfe, if I want to connect to a network manually and sometimes it disappears from the wireless-manager....
but the rest its a stable ROM and much faster....

Master version of the V24 after PhamQuang, (V27) version was expecting.
But low system memory, makes me think.
I wonder if again return to V24?

I don't know about the S743. Does the HardSPL work on the S743? I think I would need to replace some drivers for it.

I know that it has o German language in it. I already wrote which languages it has on the top of the first post.
I might add more languages over the coming weeks.

congr for first cooked rom. Could you post also your kitchen? Best WM 6.1 standard I ever see was cooked rom for HTC Tornado. I would like to add many tweaks and addon from this rom, but dont find time for setting kitchen yet. If you have already working kitchen with setting it would be nice to share.

Hi,
first I would like to ask for a mirror of your v1.1 ROM because the one you posted in first message does not work for free downloading (only for premium members).
second... I have a problem with the RUU (I am using the one in your v1 ROM) after the first two dialogs appears the 3rd one with checking your pda and then I receive an error that my pda is not connected to the cradle?!?! zune recognises my phone as connected... can it be because of zune detecting an available update?

For download problem, please try using indonesian proxy (xroxy have many list for it)
For install make sure you have active sync for xp or ms conectivity driver to use ruu first

I probably have what it takes to run RUU on my computer since I have already installed a custom ROM using RUU.
I had to install first an older ROM (1.09) to reset my Bootloader version (it was originally 4.5) and the I installed 1.30 ROM and the I installed RSPL, then HSPL and then I was able to install a custom ROM.
Must I restart all the process each time I want to install a new custom ROM?
It is already very difficult to install the ROM and then to install all my software again :-(
I lose all my gamesaves :-(

No, of course not, after cotulla HSPL installed, as long as you do not install stock ROM (rom came with SPL inside), you can install any custom ROM into your device. Most of all custom Rom came with OS or OS+Radio section only, or it means he does not change your HSPL anymore. It still Cotull 1.32 no matter how many times you reinstall again new custom rom.
my advice, backup first thought zune before your install new custom ROM

What can it be?

it may came from conection between pc and mozart, please try another usb cable, if still same, try using another pc.

thank you so much for this rom. however the reason i wanted to install this in the first place is because my touch screen stopped working recently. Google it and most people said its to do with a firmware problem. so i thought that by flashing this it would solve it but it hasn't. phone still doesn't respond to touch screen. it has never been dropped and has never had water damage. i have also tried flashing bada 2.0 to it and still doesn't work. the phone boots fine gets to the home screen. and the actual buttons work too (camera , power, menu, etc) but just the touch screen doesn't work. any suggestions?
