I dont think so, but u can try usb otg kernels and app that was created some times ago.

on my 3g modem have unlimited fast internet,on my nobile phone plan its very limited.if I insert card there,have to bring 2nd phone to put my card to receive calls

I've read it's possible to make phone calls now if you have the galaxy tablet on at&t. This almost makes it tempting to buy this and and use it as a phone instead of my captivate.
I have tethering on my phone, can I hook my Captivate to it via usb and get online that way instead of paying for a data package for the tablet?
You can do this on AT&T and T-Mo Tabs after you flash a European ROM to it. Just slap the SIM from your Captivate into the Tab and you're all set.
If you can tether via your phone then all you need to is turn on the wifi of the tab, no need to connect it via USB. Not sure if you can do that anyway.

Yes you can load up a euro rom and then follow rotos guide for sim unlocking. Youre all set after that.

How do you connect to carrier?

Go to settings and set up a new APN according to your mobile provider. And then should work.

Yesterday i bought a nexus 7 32gb+cellular. When i turn it on after selecting language and after skip sim card the wifi selection comes up and it start searching but it cant find any wifi im sure my internet is healthy but i cant even bypass that wifi screen what should i do ? Im from iran and i havent access the official google i bought it unofficial and its status is locked should i unlock it? Thx again and plz help

No need to unlock it, have you tried manually entering your ssid

Its adsl 1mbit tplink 8960 .. I test with another router no diffrence

Ok, i noticed that this tablet doesnt support my country sim card when i put simcard first the wifi was inactive i factory reset my tablet and start from begining without simcard and everything was right i could see my wifi at last

Why would u need a 3g dongle?? It has 3g built in. Just load the Sim card.

In my country the original Sim card doesn't support 3G connection;
And to use 3G I have to buy 3G line to connect.

The 3G dongle, it remember me the Asus Transformer Wifi Only Honeycomb 3.2.1. I installed one 3G dongle and after it was Wifi/3G.
But:
1- The 3G dongle must be modified on Pc to not boot your own firmware. After was dead to Pc.The firmware not started on it.
2- The Rom from tablet was not adapted to 3G. A Dev. developed a plugin to install and known the Dongle and work in 3G.
Many difficult to make that. Great work.
