Here two part
A.Those who are on any custom ROM/Non rooted stock ROM
B,Those who are on Rooted stock GB/ICS ROM
Group A : You need to first flash Pre rooted ROM
Flashing Pre rooted ROM
Starting from Any ROM you are having, if you want to move to stock rooted GB ROM then easiest way is to Flash pre rooted ROM
How to ?
1.Download This ROM
2.Extract file and Flash using PC odin.
File and tab selection is shown in image below PS :File name in PDA tab will be different, here is demonstration purpose)
After successfull flashing device will be rebooted, and you may experience Force closed OR stuck at samsung logo. This is normal perticularly you are switching from custom/ICS ROM
Reboot device in recovery and wipe cache and wipe data.
You will have stock GB ROM + Root + CWM at end.
Now you can join to Group B and follow below mentioned procedure
Group B You can use Mobile odin pro to flash DDLR6, I am showing you how to use Mobile odin Pro.
1.Download DDLR6 from here and extract to .tar
2.Download custom kernel in .tar (odin version) according to your selected ROM.
PS : I have used Notcore kernel in below mentioned procedure, you can select your own
3.Copy above ROM and kernel files to Int SD card(recommend internal, but you can use Ext SD too)
4.Install Mobile Odin Pro, and open. (if you opening it first time, it will ask to doenload flasher file of abt 8MB)
5. select 'Open file' (see image)
6.Point to ROM file which you have copied to SD card
7.It will popup and all field will be filled automatically
8.Select Kernel tab and point to custom kernel file you have copied to SD card (see image)
9.tick 'Enable ever root' and 'Inject superuser(super SU) -(see image)
10. Flash firmware
Device will reboot in recovery and flash ROM, and of successful flashing it will reboot normally
11.Reboot in recovery
Wipe cache, wipe delvic cache and wipe data
Now your device is updated to DDLR6 Indian ROM + Notecore kernel(here in this case, N depends on your selection) + double safety (here notcore have disabled emmc erase command from both CWMR + Kernel)
Add On : Tested on Indian ROM only.
Call recording Mode - Download file contains instruction - Credit goes to Poolakkal Suresh
15 Toggle SystemUI - Download file contains instruction - credit goes to criskelo, grgsiocl and if any other made this
Why is it no update yet from Philippines. I have DXLR1 and my csc is SMA. Kies recognized my note. Why no update yet?

I wrote here after experiment on my device.
If you can see screenshot its all showing same rom.
This is working 100%
Sim lock have no relation with method ot installation. It depends on previous state of u4 device and rom option. I dont believe indian rom may have it.

Hi,
Could be intersting to know if the same bootloader is used (70.12 and 70.13), and if the kernel is "locked" like european 2.3.4 for downgrade.
UPDATE
I am using the UK android rom 2.3.4 I wonder if I can upgrade to 2.3.6 android rom tim since I bought my phone in store tim here in Brazil, so staff would like to know if there is any possibility of upgrading to TIM rom .....???
Can someone post the SBF file? or the TIM 2.2 SBF?
thanks!
So, is there any difference between UK GB (kernel / bootloader) and the brazuca one??

That's only true for those with TIM 2.2 rom.
The Motorola Software Update temporarily saves the sbf file on its folder. We need someone with a TIM rom to install the update and grab the file before the updater deletes it, after the installation.

Thanks walter79. Now the question is if it resolves multitouch bug. Plus, can we flash this over Euro kernel and still have a bootable system?
If answer to both the above questions is yes, then may be all ROMs for Euro kernels would pack this kernel.
Can you or someone else extract the kernel and pack it into a flashable zip?
You can flash the entire rom over the euro one and you won't even have to wipe data. It kept all my settings intact. About the multitouch bug, it's exactly the same as the UK build, sometimes it bugs on multitouch paint, not as bad as with Froyo kernel though.
is HW Keyboard doing a double tap letters?
is dialer with delay after clik in a number to call and really start show dialer contact screen?
is he touch bug when charging at dockstation?

So would there be any reason that this wouldn't work with the U.S. WiFi version (language packs, perhaps)? Although I wouldn't be surprised if they actually released it today so might as well as wait and see.

No reason I could think of. As for language packs, I've yet to see a build that doesn't include English (US) language. I'm flashing it as soon as someone builds a CWM/TWRP package (that means you, DutchDanny, get to work! ...Please. ).
Have you tried installing it with ROM Manager?

If you ODIN the CWM wouldn't it increasy the binary counter? Doesn't installing the Rooting-Samsung-Galaxy-Tab-10.1.zip via stock recovery works anymore?
For HC I did:
1) Flash stock ROM via ODIN
2) Install Rooting-Samsung-Galaxy-Tab-10.1.zip from stock recovery (file attached)
3) Install CWM via ROM Manager
Got it from Kies:

This is an official release you can just flash it on top of whatever you have it will update your current software without deleting anything (that's what I am doing).
You will lose root if you flash with odin, but you can get it back easily with ExynosAbuse Just flashed this. Everything looking good.
I'm uploading to multiupload at the moment.

try to root via CF app if it failed to root then its fixed
edit : there is some thoughts on GS3 bootloader and trust zone update its for fixing sudden death + Exynos bug maybe ( and maybe this will fix any chance to get dead Gnote 2 too )
no one know
going to flash via pc odin, to get also new bootloader. Because mobile odin doesnt flash bootloaders

Such senseless comments nobody really needs. I had asked a question. A simple "no" would answer the question.

But porter might need this.
For their work.

It helped in my new project.

No apps can be ported from S4 until we get an official 4.2.2 update. 4.1.2 and 4.2.2 are not cross compatible.
This might be useful

This was posted when the firmware was not released.
And this is not for the porting Rom and use as a base.
But used for the developers who port apps.
And who requires.
The dump file and the supported files to working of the apps.

Most are not, some are. S health, S voice etc. runs fine here. Would have to wait for the more "cool" features though, I'm especially waiting for the camera and eye scroll! That'd be awesome on Note 2. We'll have more fun with it with the awesome battery life :good:
Camera port please

So what you are saying is that we can extract the Shealth and Svoice apks and directly install on our Note 2 and voila we have these apps working fine on our Note 2...
Is that correct? then will start to download the dump asap.

The direct installatiin is not possible. I think.
As its the change of framework.
And will need to make and add some new lib files.
These are dump not the direct installation.
Best for the developers.

those on GT-N8013 can install this with a little work
Just unpack with 7-zip the "N8000XXUDNE4_N8000OXADNE4_DBT.zip" then unpack the "N8000XXUDNE4_N8000OXADNE4_N8000XXUDNE1.tar.md 5" and use TAR_MD5_PACKAGER to re pack all files except the sboot.bin,tz.img and modem.bin,
put cache.img, hidden.img,system.img,recovery.img and the boot.img in the parts folder (Tip: You can put the leaked KK boot.img here and save installing the attached Stock-GT-N8000-leaked-KK-Boot.img-CWR-installer.zip)
and tar pack to one tar file install with odin
when tablet boots go through the setup skipping every thing
reboot to download mod and install custom recovery
root your tablet
to get wifi fixed
copy attached boot and wifi fix to sdcard
install Stock-GT-N8000-leaked-KK-Boot.img-CWR-installer.zip
then install GT-N8013-KK-WiFi-Fix.zip
to remove the Signal Icon install SystemUI_Remove_Signal_Icons_Official_KK_CWR_insta ller.zip
Stock-GT-N8000-leaked-KK-Boot.img-CWR-installer.zip
GT-N8013-KK-WiFi-Fix.zip

Do you know if it is ok to install this on N8013? I have seen ROMs that support both N8000 and N8013, but I don't know about the official one...
EDIT:
Forgive my stupid comment, I got excited
N8000 is the 3G variant. N8010 is the other WiFi one. I got confused.
i'm not really sure but base on this post it's possible
http://www.android.gs/update-galaxy-note-10-1-n8000-n8013-official-android-4-1-2-jelly-bean/

Who already try official 4.4 ROM give some comments and screen shoot , cos also planning to update this , thanks
