I just finished downloading but my tablet hasn't been charged in a few months so I'm not going to get to put this on till tomorrow night unfortunately (unless I get up early tomorrow and do it and play with it at work....hmmm)
Well its looks like the party has started.
Love for Galaxy Tab 10.1
Two roms in a day. P7500 and P7510.
Now its matter of time we see the new 3.1 kernel and working camera in CM9 and 10. Its all up to Pershoot
Sent from my GT-P7500 using xda app-developers app
Pershoot is pretty BA.
Sent from my MoPho.
So would there be any reason that this wouldn't work with the U.S. WiFi version (language packs, perhaps)? Although I wouldn't be surprised if they actually released it today so might as well as wait and see.

Anyone kind enough to make a CWM flashable zip for this rom

No reason I could think of. As for language packs, I've yet to see a build that doesn't include English (US) language. I'm flashing it as soon as someone builds a CWM/TWRP package (that means you, DutchDanny, get to work! ...Please. ).
Have you tried installing it with ROM Manager?

If you ODIN the CWM wouldn't it increasy the binary counter? Doesn't installing the Rooting-Samsung-Galaxy-Tab-10.1.zip via stock recovery works anymore?
For HC I did:
1) Flash stock ROM via ODIN
2) Install Rooting-Samsung-Galaxy-Tab-10.1.zip from stock recovery (file attached)
3) Install CWM via ROM Manager
Got it from Kies:

FYI, Mobile ODIN works with the Tab 10.1 now. It's $5 on the Play Store or the lite version is free in this thread:

I can make flashable zip if anyone can unpack system.img for me!
So did anyone try to flash via mobile odin and root with the old zip from Honeycomb?

I did the desktop ODIN flash, and it finally booted that being said, I am definitely going to give mobile ODIN a shot though

Here we go again.
UCKJ2 has been working well for me. Has anyone noticed anything changed/fixed in this build?
Hard to tell whether the pace of builds has always been this fast, and they are now being hosted in a place they can be found, or whether we are in release candidate mode and there is major bug squashing or regression going on.
Aww dangit!! I was lovin KJ2...

If you make a copy of the tar and open the tar with 7zip, you can remove everything but zimage, close the zip and remove the md5 extension. You can then use it to flash with Odin after fugu.

Here two part
A.Those who are on any custom ROM/Non rooted stock ROM
B,Those who are on Rooted stock GB/ICS ROM
Group A : You need to first flash Pre rooted ROM
Flashing Pre rooted ROM
Starting from Any ROM you are having, if you want to move to stock rooted GB ROM then easiest way is to Flash pre rooted ROM
How to ?
1.Download This ROM
2.Extract file and Flash using PC odin.
File and tab selection is shown in image below PS :File name in PDA tab will be different, here is demonstration purpose)
After successfull flashing device will be rebooted, and you may experience Force closed OR stuck at samsung logo. This is normal perticularly you are switching from custom/ICS ROM
Reboot device in recovery and wipe cache and wipe data.
You will have stock GB ROM + Root + CWM at end.
Now you can join to Group B and follow below mentioned procedure
Group B You can use Mobile odin pro to flash DDLR6, I am showing you how to use Mobile odin Pro.
1.Download DDLR6 from here and extract to .tar
2.Download custom kernel in .tar (odin version) according to your selected ROM.
PS : I have used Notcore kernel in below mentioned procedure, you can select your own
3.Copy above ROM and kernel files to Int SD card(recommend internal, but you can use Ext SD too)
4.Install Mobile Odin Pro, and open. (if you opening it first time, it will ask to doenload flasher file of abt 8MB)
5. select 'Open file' (see image)
6.Point to ROM file which you have copied to SD card
7.It will popup and all field will be filled automatically
8.Select Kernel tab and point to custom kernel file you have copied to SD card (see image)
9.tick 'Enable ever root' and 'Inject superuser(super SU) -(see image)
10. Flash firmware
Device will reboot in recovery and flash ROM, and of successful flashing it will reboot normally
11.Reboot in recovery
Wipe cache, wipe delvic cache and wipe data
Now your device is updated to DDLR6 Indian ROM + Notecore kernel(here in this case, N depends on your selection) + double safety (here notcore have disabled emmc erase command from both CWMR + Kernel)
Add On : Tested on Indian ROM only.
Call recording Mode - Download file contains instruction - Credit goes to Poolakkal Suresh
15 Toggle SystemUI - Download file contains instruction - credit goes to criskelo, grgsiocl and if any other made this
Why is it no update yet from Philippines. I have DXLR1 and my csc is SMA. Kies recognized my note. Why no update yet?
Sent from my GT-N7000 using Tapatalk 2
hey i am new to flashing and all related stuff.
my situation is,

This is working 100%
Sim lock have no relation with method ot installation. It depends on previous state of u4 device and rom option. I dont believe indian rom may have it.

Think I'll flash it as pure stock without root for a week and judge the battery life and performance.

Question -----> Answer
Such senseless comments nobody really needs. I had asked a question. A simple "no" would answer the question.

But porter might need this.
For their work.
Ty.
It helped in my new project.

No apps can be ported from S4 until we get an official 4.2.2 update. 4.1.2 and 4.2.2 are not cross compatible.
This might be useful

This was posted when the firmware was not released.
And this is not for the porting Rom and use as a base.
But used for the developers who port apps.
And who requires.
The dump file and the supported files to working of the apps.

Most are not, some are. S health, S voice etc. runs fine here. Would have to wait for the more "cool" features though, I'm especially waiting for the camera and eye scroll! That'd be awesome on Note 2. We'll have more fun with it with the awesome battery life :good:
Camera port please

So what you are saying is that we can extract the Shealth and Svoice apks and directly install on our Note 2 and voila we have these apps working fine on our Note 2...
Is that correct? then will start to download the dump asap.

The direct installatiin is not possible. I think.
As its the change of framework.
And will need to make and add some new lib files.
These are dump not the direct installation.
Best for the developers.
