Grabmore has the 8 GB one priced around 16.5-17k if I remember correctly.
You cant get it in india without spending 100$ extra, for that price you can buy another device better than nexus 7.But if you have a friend in US he can buy and ship it to you through US POSTEL, which will cost you 25-30$. i got dellstreak 5 like that.

Does anyone know where you can get this in India? Only Indiatimes is one of the online sites which is offering "one year manufacturer warranty" for the device. I'm worried about the warranty more than anything else. Not sure if the warrant will be applicable here?

I also called them up and they said we have to pay the shipping charges if we want to use warranty...

YUPP u have to pay 1500 i.e if something happens to your nexus 7..If warranty in India is imp to u then u should wait for a month or two.Im one of the impatient ones when it comes to gadgets so i couldnt wait..So have any of you found a better price than this??

Well guys we people in India always have the problem that, most of the "nexus" devices are never released in India, and if they do their seriously overpriced.
So i am planning to get this beauty via my Uncle whose in USA, Now what's the problem? No warranty in India. And also that there wont be any part's available so now what do i do?
I can't buy this from India(I expect it to sell that 34,000(nearly 620$) for 16 gb)

Dude , get the Nexus 10 , Have the uncle check it for a week for so in his time in the US , so he can get it exchanged in case of defects, If u dont mess around things run pretty fine . I have a US bought lappy since 4 years , w/o any problems . So grab ur NExus before they run out of stock
ASUS is honouring the warranty for the Nexus 7 in India, so I hope Samsung also honours the Nexus 10 warranty in India.
Of course, we will have to confirm it from Samsung India, but hope for the best..

Got my Nexus 10 through my sister in the US and am loving it. In a word, it is simply Outstanding.. the only issue is I cannot find a case for it in India.. Most cases available only through US retailers..

hey guys what would be the scene of warranty if N10 is got through above ways ?? has samsung showed any support? or is there ANY support available in india ? or just in case it has a manufacturing defect what is possible ?? the person who is getting is known, but i cant be sure if they would check the device and take efforts to exchange incase of defect.

Just ordered!!! Infact, now I have two which have been dispatched for me.
The thing is, someone who is coming over from London for a visit in a couple of weeks promised to buy me one. But she wasn't sure if the google store link would open, so she ordered one from some website which claimed that it can send one in 20-25 days(kinda forgot the name). Three days ago, that website sent her an E-mail stating that it was unlikely that they would be able to provide her with one due to high demand. So yesterday, just as the device got restocked on the UK play store, she bought me one from Play Store UK. Now this morning as she gets up, and realizes that she should cancel the first order, she recieves a mail from the older website saying that the first Nexus10 has been dispatched!!!
And now the one from the Play Store has been dispatched too.So the way I look at it, atleast one of those orders would have a perfect Nexus 10 which I would have in my hands 14 days from now. And one of my friends/family is also going to get unexpectedly really lucky!

Unfortunately N10 needs a specific case due to peculiar shape.. i tried Note 10.1 cases which couldnt accomodate it..
Ultimately ordered one from US on ebay and got a good deal wherein got screen guard free with it. Must mention quality of both case as well as cover is very good.

I may sound inpatient but i'm sick of waiting months for android devices i want (asus transformer infinity). I currently have a wp htc mozart which im dying to give up for a nexus 4. I know we have no clue about when will see more stock on google play but should i wait or spend an extra $150 on ebay.

I personally was also tempted to buy one off ebay! Some of the prices weren't actually that bad. Considering the fact that google does charge you for the shipment you can get one off ebay for about £300, I even saw one sold on auction for £280. However coming to think about it more, the question remains that in case of a fault with the phone, replacement or customer service who do you deal with? The seller or ebay? Surely it has to be the seller since was bought off play store under his/her name to his/her address right?!
Just remember that Google will not handle any warranty claims if you're not the original purchaser and that purchase was from Google play. They'll tell you to go to LG for any issues.

It's going to become available some time this week for sure! It's only logical, they shipped all the 2nd round orders, Canada's shipment was resumed and T-Mobile US is getting stocks. Unless google is planning to pile up N4's in their back doors then they are gonna put it back up for sale.

i sold and unopened new nexus 4 on ebay. i set it up as a bid selling item, and was able to sell it for 475$
what sucks tho is that ebay took 45 dollars of that sale plus paypal got 14$. in the end i didnt really make much more than what i paid for. I wont be selling electronics on ebay again.
You could also try Kijiji or Craigslist and get it the next day like I did. Just be very careful
im going to take the risk found a pretty decent offer considering it comes with bumper as well, hopefully google dont make a fool out of me but i understand how some say if its damage what you going to do? Well considering Google cant get their game together, I can't imagine it being very easy to repair or help out. Thanks all for your opinions.

Got my N4 today! Like you I started considering getting it off ebay but then came across Carphone Warehouse deals and I got it for £379 16GB with £10 pound top up.
PROS:
-Got it in Store so no Shipping cost
-Got it it in Hand today
-Resealable price considering they are sold on Ebay over £400
-14 Days return and refund (So if in 14 days google restocks.. )
-It's Carphone Warehouse a trusted retailer and in case of a issue you ain't dealing with a seller on Ebay!
CONS:
-I'm in UK so don't know about other countries
-Very few branches actually have it (If you live in London I got mine in Kilbern High Road) Otherwise go on the store locator find all the stores around you and use the stock checker to see if it's available

LOL small world we live in... Dude the lady there told me comes with 14 days returns, but not sure about the 28 days exchange but must be right if you say so !
Not sure if legit, but I ordered. I know some people jumped on the ones for $24 or whatever they were back in November, and I missed out on it, didn't want the same thing to happen.
If I lose my money it was on my discover card I think I'd be covered, plus it's only $17!
NEVER buy one from China! I bought PSP and Phone memory cards from China before. They were fake! If it says 16GB, it probably is a 2GB. If it looks to good to be true, it probably is.

Yes and No about that. I've been using eBay for over 8 years. I use it pretty much daily lol.
If it is in the US, they will give you a free return label to ship it back.
If it's in another country, you have to pay out of pocket and it must have a tracking number. To ship it with a tracking number (a must to have since they have to see it is delivered), it will be well over $30 (if I'm not mistaken) to ship it to China.

yea I am still awaiting mine, it says it will be here between February 8th and the 27th, so hopefully within the next week or so I see it.

The wait is over! Ebay has finally shut this guys account down. I contacted paypal (I paid as a paypal guest account) they informed me since I paid as a guest there was nothing they could do to recover my funds. So I am contacting my visa card to get this refunded. I will never do this again. I m in india and i have this gorgeous looking beast its an absolute buy at this price.works rilly well and i dont think the camera is that bad.totally happy with it.
i'm having issues with the preferred networks but other than that..

Good 4g, I've had no issues.
Looking to get one for my wife this Christmas. Got a mate in US who could buy one from BestBuy for 449 dollars and ship it across. Hoping within next few weeks even cheaper considering Christmas discounts.
