Has anyone got his from Samsung? I am really angry now. I received on the 22d that my case had been shipped. I've been checking USPS for the last 3 days with no hope. Only today the tracking no. was recognized by them, but not the actual package was received yet. I wonder when this case will arrive.

So people claim it takes forever for things to ship, but I've bought 3-4 things from dailysteals now and it usually takes around a week from my experience.
I bought a few items from them:
My first purchased was a Palm Pixi, got to my house in two days flat.
2nd: 16gb MicroSD - took about a week
3rd: Nook Color - took 16 days
I believe they act as middle man for other liquidators, so shipping time varies!

When the next Nexus comes out
Very disappointed with the Verizon data issues on the CDMA version. Got rid of Verizon and the CDMA Nexus.
Since I don't dev anymore, well, publicly, I am going to stick with fully open devices. The CDMA version wasn't fully open either, no CDMA driver source.

If you notice on my signature I have an iPhone. Nothing to say here. I don't want to get into which OS is best, and the reason for keeping an iPhone for so long.... I have my reasons; anyways, time to move along and the Note II is really teasing me. I have some extra cash before all the huge expenses in December and definitely I want this thing.
Now, I found that a seller at Amazon already has the 16GB version of the Note II. I live in Belize, and I cannot pre-order from US carriers, but I can get anything from the US without any sweat (as long as I have the cash to pay the shipper from US and the import taxes here at home...). So, should I jump the gun on this one or wait till after the official release date in the US?

Hey thanks guy. That's a fair deal. Thing is, I kinda prefer white as smudges are less visible, and secondly Amazon knows my address is a freight forwarder so I get no Sales Tax charge, whereas I'd believe newegg would.
So I guess you guys see no real benefit in waiting for amazon or Samsung selling these directly... I'll buy it from Amazon then, unless you have a promo code for newegg

the guy has nearly 3000 ratings on ebay , 99.7% positive as well as was very responsive about the questions i asked him about. also mailed me to ask if i wanted overnight for a little more than what i had paid, ended up taking up his offer for $14 all in all $729 paid. id say still cheaper than many of the other sellers.
Are you freaking kidding me. After reading that the guy offered to ship your phone faster for couple more bucks, I went and wanted to email him that proposal. Guess what. This thing shipped 15 minutes after I placed the order....

Yes and No about that. I've been using eBay for over 8 years. I use it pretty much daily lol.
If it is in the US, they will give you a free return label to ship it back.
If it's in another country, you have to pay out of pocket and it must have a tracking number. To ship it with a tracking number (a must to have since they have to see it is delivered), it will be well over $30 (if I'm not mistaken) to ship it to China.

The wait is over! Ebay has finally shut this guys account down. I contacted paypal (I paid as a paypal guest account) they informed me since I paid as a guest there was nothing they could do to recover my funds. So I am contacting my visa card to get this refunded. I will never do this again. I figure this guy is laying on some nice beach in china drinking a margarita with some girls, telling them about the chumps he has worked lately.
