Hey Everybody, I created a Windows 7 themed ROM based on mik's 6.5.8.
And Yes !!! My First ROM !!!
ROM is UPDATED !!!!!
-Based on android 2.3.5
-Windows 7 theme
-Deodexed
-SD tweaks
-Minfreehandler
-Zram
-Franco Kernel v19.2 BFS
-Windows Phone 7 launcher
-CM Sources updated
-Auto Zipalign on boot
-build.prop hacks
-Gapps integrated
-removed some apps.
-Smoothass by default
-Stock Launcher tweaked (by Loopy Smoothness Tweak)

Instructions
1.Download the zip
2.Copy into SD card
3.Reboot into recovery and wipe EVERYTHING ( data, cache......)
4.First boot may take a long time ( 1-5 mins )
5.When boot into ROM, go theme chooser and choose Windows Phone 7 theme
6.Reboot
7.ENJOY !!!!!

Mik's CM7 6.5.8 is 2.3.7
but as android 2.3.6 effected only nexus phone's and 2.3.5 affected some phone, this is 2.3.7 with nothing more then 2.3.4 "bugfixes" that is for our phone

if this is based on cm7 6.5.8 then it would be 2.3.7.... this is based on CyanogenMMatt v1.1 (cm7 mik's 6.5.7).... again... this IMO should be moved to themed roms as its no different than CyanogenMMatt with a different launcher.
Not doggin on your work man i thank you for your time and making more options for the community, but this is not a "new rom".

The first fully functional Gingerbread in X8 history, has to be

all of them on the forum a lot of testing but i sticked to LinuXarch Yoper v1 for now , because i cant mount my USB cable to pc

Had to use Tor to get it.
The OP should also make it clear that this is not to be used with alfs GDX kernels..

try the patch for naa kernel not the alfs kernel patch
i have tried this on only on ALFS cm7 kernel and on ginger zaraki

Beware - does not work!!
Not only does this not work, the file contains MUCH more than is stated in the OP..
Does not work on:
Fresh install of GingerSony with alfsV8a
Fresh install of GingerZaraki with alfsV8a
SdCard was partitionned and formatted before each install..

Bravia Engine is not compatible with our phones as it's for ARMv7 only. Until someone manages to port ARMv6 version, as the guy up said, don't bother with this.

Secondly can you fix this line : " ([ROM Release] Customized B9280)/Moihack" and make it "([ROM Release] Customized B928)/Moihack" ??? It's just a 0 but I'm kinda crazy

It's my 1st work here, but not that old and also the only B572 modded stock rom I have in mind here.

you know which of the rom on the front page is one that has the lowest battery consumption? GB or ICS or JB. Now JB still has many flaws but if it consumes less battery than ics I install ..... the NET doesn't interest me I don't have the internet plan

if you want ICS then i do not know right now.you could use the stock one(but really bad performance ).now if you want JB you could use SvTeams JB or FrozenPika10 1.5.5 they last longer thank mauro and gadana.

As for kernels, Doomlords kernel work 100% on all of them, and it should work Lupus's ics stock based kernel

Newest Mark's rom "Xperia Z Play" use modified kernel, but i don't have that file on my PC, so i didn"t upload it. Mark sometimes delete old versions, so i didn't want to put dead/soon to be dead links.
I agree, Mark is great modder, it's shame he left xda...

and i add a better Ram managment and auto Swap ( SD-Card ).

nice to see you here..i think you can post your rom here on xda..if someone wants they take it from german forum anyways mark..i m sure no one will do that ,i sure report them..so post your rom here please.
@markphyton,i tried out final version,but it always gives me android.process.acore stop responding after i change language to portuguese..and after i remove a ton of apps to get this rom boot. we really need ICS roms too and all developers here..and all users know, im a fan of JB, but i always liked your roms (beta tester on many occasions) and @frago21ps..so bring awsome ICS roms to xda.

I'm currently running Xperia Play Z Final from the website link Mark provided, waiting on V2 Final for better ram management!

This is fixed in V2 ^^ acore.process are implement in the framework-res no extra app more needed.

will you add a new theme manager for it?
this one doesbt change lockscreen wallpaper
and will you add real xperia z system ui as an addon

So guys play z v2 is finally out, much more smooth and fast, thanks mark...
But i have one question, when you copy the folder in SD to system/vendor, do you have to set permissions??
