Hello
Has anyone seen the audio gain increase for the USA models? I did a quick search and only found it on the international versions and other devices.
My Bluetooth device is pretty weak and a bump in volume would be pretty helpfull!
I'd prefer a script rather than a service.
Thanks all

It works the same it did with SGII, dialing *#*#197328640#*#*
Except for the audio section, which is the one i was interested in order to boost the sound a little bit, u can´t enter that one.
Anyone knows why?
Hello, I have the same Problem on my new Galaxy Note (Germany).
On my old Galaxy 9000 is was possible to change parameter unter [5] AUDIO. On 9000-Device there were Sub-Menues.
No on Galaxy Note the pos [5] AUDIO has no function. It is jumping to Main-Menue when pressing. Is there trick? Audiosetting only when NOTE is routed?

It seems Samsung has locked Audio access...
No word on this?
It might be the only way to improve speaker for calls i guess
I didn´t find anything on the web related to this, it might be that Samsung might have locked the audio menú, it is weird though.

Do we have a chance to edit audit-settings by an other way?

Hello Joe,
welcome to XDA!
What ROM do you have installed? Some ROMs have volume problems you cannot fix, I'm afraid. If that's the case, you have to opt for another one.
Best regards
Getrid …
I think there is an app called "HD2 Mic Control" or something like that. Try it and see if you can configure your mic's level.

Did you fix it and how?
Hello
download the file: htcleo.adb
htcleo.adb default.acdb change the name and replace the various softach then it will be quieter mic gain without using hd2 micgain.
It works in any firmware.
Unzip the firmware default.acdb delete the file path is:
system / etc / firmware
Paste in the same place htcleo.adb but renamed to default.acdb.
Firmwawe pack again in the zip and install.
Way by me tested on at least four different softach.
Htcleo.adb file has just been muted the microphone so that the well can be heard by the ear and as a speakerphone.
Use the hd2 micgain it works only if you receive a call and if you call it every time during the connection each time you need to attenuate the volume + / - and then work micgain and as is always the outgoing calls.
I know what I'm writing because I spent the whole week is the time to get to this so I could hear other people well.
I would add that there was a moment that I wanted to throw mijego Leon because of the kind of small detail but well working phone are essential.
I have a htc hd2 EU version of the GSM network and not CDMA CDMA reportedly because you do not have to do this combination.
I do not know why chefs do not normally throw each as modified firmware htcleo.adb htcleo.

Hello everyone,
I just recently made the jump from a S2 to the S4 and I must say this phone surpasses all my expectations so far. The only thing that I find I need to get working better is the audio for music. Playing music in the google music app seems kinda flat. My old phone phone was rooted and I had beats audio on it, but with my new phone I don't really need to root it till we get LTE in my area for wifi tethering. That's really all i need to root for. Can anyone recommend a way to increase my audio experience? I have tried a couple of equalizers off the play store but they only seem to work for a short time before they stop and I have to reboot or reload the app.
Thanks for any advice or help anyone can give.
Brian
EDIT: I mainly use a LG BT headset with my phone so that would need to be supported ( which has been part of my issue ) .
Any one help out ?
Hello everyone,
I have been loving my new Nexus 4 and pretty much have everything the way I want it, except when streaming music to my car stereo through Bluetooth the volume is far too low. I've tried the Speaker Boost app found on the playstore as that helped with other phones in the past, but that doesn't help much (if at all) on my N4.
Has anyone found a way to increase or "boost" the Bluetooth volume? I would prefer something that is compatible with Android 4.3.
I'm sorry if I missed something in my searches but could not find any solutions searching through Google and xda.
UPDATE: Found a solution that worked better than I had ever expected: Vipermodhttp://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2191223

Hi All,
Long time lurker/member but new to posting so please go easy! :fingers-crossed:
I have a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 (bought and using it in Ireland). I rooted it tonight (using the XDA tutorial video) also installed Triangle Away. No issues with any of this so far.
However today I received some Audio Technica ATH-S700BT Bluetooth headphones from an online store in Japan. Prior to rooting my device this evening, I tried powering on the headphones after charging them for a while, but the Note 3 won't detect the headphones at all during a scan. Tried a few other apps too, again, no search results.
I currently have a Samsung Gear 2 Neo paired to it and I also have an ODB-II device in the pair history that I use occasionally. These work fine.
I read somewhere that Japan uses a different Bluetooth frequency to Europe and RoW. Though would this be the cause of the problem? I believe the headphones are Bluetooth 3.0+EDR, though please find a link below to the spec sheet and a manual (in Japanese) which may help?
audio-technica.co.jp/atj/show_model.php?modelId=2362 - Product Page (Japanese)
audio-technica.co.jp/items/contents/101/model/ATH-S700BT/donwload/ATH-S700BT.pdf - Product Manual (Japanese)
I'm hoping I can use these with my Note 3 via Bluetooth. Can anyone help me out please?
Thanks very much in advance!
