i have a problem with my defy + (ver. 2.3.6) and it is the camera dosn't record 720p (30 frame per [email protected]) and when i see details of its video recorded i see it is 23 fps.
my defy + looks like have a red lens but the camera frame per second is 23fps VGA Not [email protected]
i realy appreciate everyone who help me to fix this problem.

Hi, I have tried searching for the problem I am facing with all the new builds I am using, particularly the ones based on CyanogenMod 6+, but could not find any information to enlighten me.
Problem: Normal video recording (using HD2ONE, JDMS) with continuous autofocus is fine if I were to record below 30seconds of footage. The moment I cross the 30 seconds mark, particularly 1 minute, it will force close on me.
Even using Darkstone's SuperRAM (without auto focus for video) gives me stuttering footage. It happens intermittently.
Have anyone had such a problem before? I am currently using a Toshiba 16gb microsd Class 4 card. Could that be the problem? Is there a work around?

After instalation of ROM all is functioning normal and fast but after updating RAZR camera there is a problem:
When camera is set to 3MP everything works fine but when i set it to 5MP and take a photo camera freezes and does not save taken photo.
Camcorder works properly in all resolutions.
Is there any newer version of RAZR camera or does anybody know the solution for this problem?
ok, I solved the problem so I re-flash ROM... now camera back to stock.
But if someone know how to solve the problem with RAZR camera as it is much better quality...
Every time i have to shoot a particular video I have to focus an object in camera mode and then switch to camcorder/video recorder.While recording the camcorder doesnt autofocus nor is there any option for manual focusing.
I'm running PA 3.15th feb build + franco r83 kernel.

I have a samsung focus model sgh-i917 running on stock 7.5. Since I cannot use the hardware key (is not working) to record videos, is there any way to record videos like touching the screen or something? To shoot pictures I just touch the screen but is not the same for recording on video mode.

Tried 5 screen recording apps on Phoenix OS x86 v3.5.0 installed on my PC. Only one - Recordable - showed some limited success. The frame rate was terribly low (one frame in over 3 seconds) creating a slide show rather than a video. https://youtu.be/kn6cN-Gn_D8 Would appreciate suggestions!
