After I installed MiniCM7 ROM with xrecovery my phone turns on and shows only that "Sonny Ericsson" on the begining screen. I tryed to spam back key but xrecovery doesn't turn on What should I do???

1. Next time post in Q&A forum
2. Use the search function before posting for heaven's sake. It got me this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1011071, which you should thoroughly read. Use the Flashtool option.
Oh and: have you flashed the nAa kernel (not for ICS) here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1350484; and have you done a full wipe and cache wipe and dalvik cache wipe?

Your phone is bricked, try revert to stock rom with PC companion.

Hey people, can anyone please help? i flashed my X8 with [ROM] MiniCM6-1.0.0 *Released*, Froyo Cyanogen 6.1.3 port for the X8, all was working fine 'til i tried to install busybox, it failed so i rebooted my phone to try again but all it does now is reboots past the SE logo, then past the Cyanogen mod screen and onto the phone lock screen. after that i try to unlock the screen by swiping right then it comes up with a load of crap saying "force close" this and "force close" that, needless to say i get no home screen or nothing. I've tried rebooting and tapping beft button to boot into xrecovery but nothing happens, it just reboots as if its not installed. Can anyone please help me at least get back onto 2.1, I cant even mount via usb as the drag down bar wont come up to mount. have i buggered my phone?

i do a factory reset on xrecovery and reflash with the boot looping rom and normally it then works try that before restoring

if u can delete the system and cache

Hey, your gonna have to repair your phone using SEUS.
Get the right baseband before flashing a ROM. Comon buddy, have you searched before asking?
C'mon mods..move to proper forum....
As for the problem.
Connect your phone to pc and run either SEUS or PC Companion.
(If you donty have these, google them and download them)
Then follow the instructions.
I have tried to enter safe mode by pressing right n left button + power button but I can enter n there's notification to do force close... please any ather solution..

To resolve issue, you might want to try flashing it using SEUS and make sure to delete the db file/folder of SEUS
Which custom zip (ROM I assume) are u trying to flash w/ xRecovery?
I remember I had problems w/ CM7.0.3 when battery is ~20%. The phone would reboot like crazy. If this is the issue, try flashing the custom kernel v3.51. After flashing custom kernel, that solved my problem.
If nothing else work, flash w/ original firmware, wipe SD card, root, install xRecovery, load custom ROM file(s), and try again.

i installed the rom amanger premium
after that i installed the 2ndInit from market for android and installed the latest version .....and after that i uncheck the usb debugging and restarted the defy
since then its auto rebooting from logo to black screen and back to logo ....
please help me i am new to this and really pissed off .......

Check if the blue led comes on during boot and press down volume button then check the settings if not you gotta install a another rom I suggest nordic ii with cm7 cant go wrong

hey guys,my first post here....
i am stuck with the infinite reboot loop from moto logo after i tried the 2ndinit install.my phones just a month old and i can use it now
i can get into the stock recovery menu by pressing -vol while booting,nothing is making any difference there.
if i press the +vol key while booting,it goes into bootloader menu,but it says battery low,cannot program. i had just rooted my phone and was trying to take a nandroid backup when this happened.
please help save my defy :-s

Im not a expert nor its will be t best solution, Recharge your battery on another device.. Next , try first turn on defy with vol press down, when android signal logo appears, its not boot logo..., press up & down at same time, then wipe data.. It will reset your data. Another solution its flash any sbf of your taste with rsd lite. There is a tutorial for defy beginers on stickies & defy wiki , its contain all info you will need

im having the same problem month ago i cant figure it out , after installing 2ndinit and the led turn into blue i reboot my device but it keeps rebooting over and over iv been searching xda fourms for one month now for a solution but all in vain , im stuck with 2.2.2 froyo i can't install CM7 or MS2Ginger , i've heard that i have to install bootmenu or something but im not sure how to !! btw once i click install recovery in 2ndinit it says success but i still can read 2ndinit recovery NOT currently installed and when i try to press uninstall it says there is nothing to do!!
please if some 1 can help me it would be a life saver for me

Arc has return, but i havr cm7 now installed.. but dont flash other files, tft dont flash, error on flashtool , "sin header" . any ideia to repair ?
now with one rom cm9 based, no signal or baseband.. my phone dont acept flashtool method... have one other mode to flash baseband?

just put back boot in pink screen
but I don't have a pink screen or anything, and pc don't detect it

Download the froyo image folder from here: http://www.mediafire.com/?b3qkwulqemswxfq (thanks to gkalenis).
Then power off your phone, pull of the battery, insert it again and press volume up, volume down and power button at the same time until you see a pink screen on your phone. Connect it to pc.
Now your pc recognises a new drive with a folder named image.
You have to replace this folder with the one you downloaded before.
Unplug usb, pull off the battery, insert it again and power up your device.

First press vol+,vol- and power button and then connect your device to pc.
What do you mean ''nothing changes''? What do you see when you press all three buttons together?
Install drivers to your pc so it can detect your device.

I had the official rom froyo 2.2.2, I download an official rom (2.3) from the official website, but I can't updating my phone because it stopped in the half of the progress bar with a failed error, I tried many time but the same error, so I search in google and I find that I have to wipe data, wipe system, wipe cash and to wipe boot, and then I restart the operation of updating, but it stop in the same position with the same error, and after that the phone wouldn't startup and it don't respond to any command (power+ volume up and/or down ...) and the pc can't detect it.
I think that the problem is the boot but I can't fix it

Once it happend to me. If it is not booting and there is no huawei logo, you have to change the motherboard. If there is Huawei logo you are luckey enough, do the update without battery. A bad flash vanish my huawei logo. I approch the serivec center, and the motherboard has been replaced. So check once if there is huawei logo on screen and do the same update with dload folder without attery

Ok, that's good explanation.
You brick your phone.
As you cannot see huawei's flower or anything then you brick it.
Go to service , you don't have any other option right now.
And please after you get back your phone, DO NOT DO ANYTHING, before ask first.
You follow a completely wrong procedure, so when you get your phone back from service, everyone in this forum can help you on anything you want to do, but now you cannot do anything, sorry ...

Jtag officially supports our phone though..if u have knowledge you can do it but if u dont..u will destroy it more
