Hi I am new here
So
The story is i rooted my samsung galaxy pocket
Then i flashed a google apps rom which suddenly
Force closes my google framework services
(process com.google.gapps something like that)
So i thought of doing a factory reset and i did it
Though when i rebooted the google problem didn't go and also
a new problem occured :
(process com.setupwizard)Setup wizard force closes and doesn't allow me to
see the home screen
I am really freaking out right now
Could somebody help me please.

Whenever I install a new ROM either Ozzeh, Jager, Binny, and start using some applications, they are forced closed, such as People, Messaging, and other applications. Any way to fix this or why it is happening?
nevermind, i noticed that my brothers phone does the same thing with certain apps from a non-rooted/custom ROM phone. What is the reason why the force close? Is it that they aren't properly installed?
Hi all
I have been using froyo in my G3 (JPM version) with no problem. I installed go launcher ex and it worked perfect. But once i moved google maps into the main desk, and i used gps to get my ubication the mobile started to do strange things.
Google maps crash all the time, and then other applications start crashing as well.
I rebooted my mobile but while it was starting, google apps start crashing like calendar or gmail. I unistalled "go launcher ex" and i thought the problem was solved... but yesterday i got the same problem... Sometimes i can start the apps but suddently all apps start crashing and i cannot open any of them so i need to reboot the mobile again.
Any suggestion?
Thanks
Maby your phone cache is full. You could try 1tab cleaner (free). I had the same. After cleaning the cache is doesn't happen again.
Thanks mate.
I hope it works.
I just got my white 16gb yesterday afternoon. I've been experiencing lag since the first minute (scrolling through the market, flipping through pages of the home screen, etc.). After downloading some of my apps, every time i open up the Task Manager or App manager i get a "Unfortunately, Task Manager has stopped" or "Unfortunately, Settings has stopped" message after a few seconds without touching anything. Went to verizon store this morning, the lady saw the issue and said she had to wipe the phone to reset it to factory settings. After that was done, she said if it happens again, I could come in tomorrow (July 12, actual launch date) and get it replaced with a new one. I asked her if she could reserve one for me (since they will probably be sold out quickly) just incase the problem comes up again, but she told me she couldn't reserve anything :/
Just now while i was downloading some apps from the market, my 4G connection dropped to 1X and all of my downloads gave me errors. I had to disable then re-enable Mobile Data to get it to work again.
Now after installing my apps, the same original problem is occurring. I've only installed a few regular apps (facebook, chrome, evernote, dropbox, etc.) and a few ebooks, but the Task Manager and App Manager in Settings keep freezing up!
Now I'm not so excited about this phone anymore :/
Has anyone been having these problems too? or am I just the unlucky one?
Me too, but not as severe..

I just started experiencing this when ever I open "Manage Applications". I click menu then manage apps or if I go in to menu, system settings, application manager, the manager loads, shows all my apps and within seconds freezes, then black screens and I can't do anything, after a few minutes I get the message that "Unfortunately, system has stopped" then it closes and I get back to the phone fine. I have a lot of apps installed and am rooted but it appears that you are not so I don't know what the heck is going on.

EDIT - It's happening when I run root explorer also. I have log viewer light and can filter it down to errors. Appears I am getting some kind of "Out Of Memory" error in the log when ever this happens. Weird. I can't record the log because that crashes everything and dumps me out to the lock screen. I'm not done playing around with it to try and get more answers but I'm beginning to think I'm going to have to flash back to a non-rooted stock, reload all my apps and configs then see if it starts happening again. Just so I can convince myself it's not a root issue regardless of the OP.
I'm putting this here since I don't see the issue posted on N7 section. And the different solutions on other sections didn't work for me.
The problem is keyboard crashing with ' unfortunately android keyboard has stopped working' dialog. This was annoying as not only couldn't you use keyboard but also the keyboard kept restarting and crashing. Tried to clear keyboard data from app info screen but no help. Tried uninstalling the last couple apps I had installed but no help.
Finally remembered randomly seeing 'unfortunately dictionary has stopped' dialog sometime in the past week. So went back into settings - apps - all apps, and found "Dictionary Provider" which I promptly disabled. And just like that android keyboard stopped misbehaving.
Why is dictionary provider causing problems? I haven't looked into it just yet as wanted to put this up asap so anyone else with same issue can also stop keyboard crashing since that's top priority in this situation.
My Nexus 7 is at JB 4.1.2 rooted with stock everything.
Bump
Sent from my ADR6425LVW using xda app-developers app
Thanks

Thanks for this post, I was having the same problem on my Sprint GSII and this fixed it. Afterwards the dictionary provider app disappeared all together.
Clear Data

I force stopped the "\system settings\apps\Dictionary provider", cleared data. Which seems to have fixed the problem.
THANK YOU!!!

Thank you so much!!!! this has fixed my keyboard problem! now to figure out why gmail and playstore dont work....
Thank You very much !! it Workssss !
I get the "Unfortunately, S health has stopped." error after I agree to the privacy policy. How can I fix it?
Screenshot of where it crashes
I recently uninstalled updates for S health because I kept getting update prompts when I started or used my camera. The update prompt issue was solved by uninstalling S health updates but now S health no longer works. Camera functionality is of higher importance than S health, but I'd like both working.
I have tried clearing data/cache for S Health, restarting several times. I tried download a separate apk from the forums for S health and S health services to no avail. I have all Samsung services running and there doesn't seem to be a reason for this failure. I'd like to run the original launch version of S health (not updated) since that's what's crashing the camera. What crappy QA work by Samsung.. jeez.

This happened to me during camera use of the stock camera and snapchat. It was asking for updates everytime the camera loaded. If I hit "later" if would force close. If I hit "update" it would force close. It got to the point where it was constantly force closing and I had to awkwardly navigate to the app manager to disable in between FC notifications. After I disabled it the phone rebooted, but things were fine after that. The next day I enabled it again and it acted like I was starting it for the first time. It works now, but I have no clue why any of that was happening.
I've tried disabling s health, enabling, reboot.
I've also tried disabling, reboot, enabling.
Still crashing. This must be happening to others. I feel I didn't do anything out of the ordinary to cause the bug on camera start, same as you. You were just lucky enough to react to the problem differently and get a fix by disabling the app and restarting whereas I uninstalled updates.

How do you get this error? Does this happen when launching the app from a widget or from the app draw itself?
What is the list of apps you have turned off?
I just tried to replicate your issue and I am not having any issues.
Try the following in this order:
- Go to your application manager
- Scroll over to "ALL"
- Find S Health
- Clear cache then clear data
- Then choose "Force stop"
- Right after choosing "force stop" go to the app draw and start the application.
I was able to UN-install the updates and clear all data and cache without running into any issues. Application came right back up ready for set-up. If the problem persists, then please show a list of all the apps you have turned off.

Try to re install the app that you are using.

Firstly - No one takes advice from a troll.
Second - S Health is a pre-installed application (meaning it cannot be UN-installed / RE-installed)
Third - You've been reported once again.
