No problem
I did it too when i first came to XDA
How most people brick ther Note is not reading first post and instuctions. FLAB man i call them Flashing Like A Blind man
UNBRICKED
I too bricked my phone but after reading this guide (ABD wouldn't recognise my device so I couldn't follow it) I understood the partitions had become messed up.
I read somewhere about the PIT files.
I ODINed the ABYSS Kernal and PIT (Q1_20110914_16GB-patched) for my 16gb n7000 ticked the repartition box. It booted into CWM recovery and I used the restore and bingo.

bump up... pleasw reply
i'd recommend this: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=788108
get into download mode by pressing VolUp + Home + Lock buttons at the same time.
then take Odin (I used odin 3 v1.82) and flash kernel tar file as PDA. thats it. Nothing can actually go wrong, if it will fail you can just try again

Really great job!
@sam, i believe bumping here in XDA is discouraged. it's like pointing a gun at your head i suggest you avoid it or you'll get some kind of warning or ban
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1379853
You'll find everything from that thread's links..read some flashing tutorials and after that go on.
In short: flash stock gingerbread (via Odin or Heimdall & understand what problems you might occur when flashing bootloaders), flash CF-root kernel to get CWM (again via Odin or Heimdall), flash anything you want through CWM..

You don't have to open a new thread for that, if you just look a few lines below, you would find it.

I can also enter in odin mode. Any suggestion of what i should do further. Thank you.

I tried. No luck. What is strange is that even Odin is seeing the device as P6800.

I don't know if anyone really knows how to do this. Up until now, we have only been trying to un-brick our phones, but we never thought about actually bricking it on purpose.
As long as the hardware is fine, it cannot be permanently bricked! Because you would only have to install the android and everything starts working again.
In my opinion, I don't think this is even possible. But, wait until others have come up with things.
By the way, why would you even want to brick your phone in the first place?
There is no reason a person would want to purposely brick their own device unless it was for insurance fraud. With that being said threads like these are not allowed on Xda. Please refrain from creating one in the future
