Weird lines on screen

Well, it started yesterday and it keeps driving me nuts. It's present both in the system as well as 4ext or even the splash screen so it is definitely a hardware issue. Is there any way to get rid of them because my contract ends in november but I was going to stay with my DHD and get myself a PS3 (very nice offer from my carrier)

what seems to be an officer problem?

the faint horizontal lines on the screen. That is only a picture but live they also flicker.

You could try replacing the screen yourself, but it could happen that the gpu is the problem, in which case you can't do anything on your own...

I remember having the same issue right after I bought my DHD and I remember rooting and reflashing it helped I recently changed my Radio software, you think it might have anything to do?

It's not hardware. I get it on the current versions of the 3 kernel. Synergy said it was to do with fb (not sure what it is) and he's working on it.

FB....hmmm....frame buffer (only thing that comes to mind except FaceBook) Anyway you're a life saviour man! I was worried that I will have to get a new phone.

Two problems: wifi won't automatically connect and "android is upgrading"

I've got a rooted S5. A few weeks ago, I tried to flash cyanogenmod, and screwed things up pretty royally. I eventually flashed to a roughly stock rom, so I'm running 4.4.4. For ease, here are two screenshots.

Anyway, I managed to salvage my phone and everything is basically working, except for two things:
1. My phone no longer automatically connects to the wifi at my house or at my in laws. It does at work, for some reason. My wifi password is ten random numbers and I've got them memorized. I've got unlimited data with sprint, but not unlimited patience.
2. Whenever I restart, I get the damn Android is upgrading thing, and it's always two apps that need optimization. Again, it doesn't really matter, but it's one of those little annoyances that are driving me nuts.
I've got philz. I'm running xposed framework.
Help?

Play Store - No connection

I have tried clearing cache and data, uninstall updates and also tried hola VPN, no success.
Anyone has any other solution?

Mate do u used before freedom? ? If yes then re install freedom & open it click option click start then close it then open it again click option click stopped close it & uninstall freedom reboot it should working fine okay or do wipe data/cache & reboot it should working okay
Dear Bad Luck... Let’s break UP.

Silly question: Is your device time accurate? If it's off by more than 5-10 minutes, Google Play stops functioning. (Don't ask me why, it's always done that.)

Also its working very slow becausr my iSP says their undersea fiber optic has been broken.

Live Broadcast Problem

Is anyone else having problems doing the live broadcast? It keeps asking me to log into you tube. Then it says this feature has been already enabled and then a small youtube screen overlays the screen but I can't start broadcasting...
What's up with that?

Just now i have read your post but it is not clear the post, because you dont say. How many times its happen and how long. How much time you have tried ,sometimes it may be happen only for networks and it may be devicecal problem .It will be better you should clear your question and then it will be not blury and may be helpful to give your answer.Be happy and Thanks for question.

I just started trying this afternoon but I've tried for a few hours. I've attached a picture to show the screen it stays on. It stays on that screen. I'm not able to start recording after I sign in. I hope this clears it up.

Remote Call & Pull

Hey guys I've searched and cannot figure out what this means - just today when making phone calls as soon as the other party picks up the phone my S8 goes into some Mode called remote call with a pull option I have no idea what this means can anybody help?

Mine is doing this too. The button is not a button that can by pushed or dragged, it doesn't seem to do anything.

It's weird, I haven't knowingly changed anything either. Just started doing this.

The Verizon rep fixed it it was something called integrated messaging on the account that had to be removed it's apparently a known bug that they're working on

to theprfct10..do you know what the verizon tech did to integrated messaging to fix the bs headache ?

this is known bug that they're working on. just need to wait for update

I don't know of a permanent solution, but if you go into setting and reset network it gets rid of it til the next system update.
