I have tried clearing cache and data, uninstall updates and also tried hola VPN, no success.
Anyone has any other solution?

Dear Bad Luck... Let’s break UP.
Silly question: Is your device time accurate? If it's off by more than 5-10 minutes, Google Play stops functioning. (Don't ask me why, it's always done that.)

@ShadowLea time was all fine but it was freedom.
Also its working very slow becausr my iSP says their undersea fiber optic has been broken.

Yep. You've downloaded lots.

I ask because my phone did the same thing. I actually had to then Google services off because it was going to make me go over my data limit. I'm not doing anything crazy...what the hell is using so much data? Is there a way to tell what exactly is using it?
I think there are updates that cause so much traffic
And on the picture you see which app causes the traffic.
Did you load a game or something? If not it should be from an update

Nah...I mean ...I see it's from Google play svcs, but what the hell is that? The fact it's used that much data considering how little it's on wifi is pretty amazing. And my phone...I actually had to disable this all together to keep from going over my (6 gig/mon) data limit. Now I don't get email, YouTube does weird stuff, etc.
Dunno what's going on...
Does anyone have a working method of getting rid of this?
I've tried a few suggestions from around the Web but no luck.
Really irritating. Any alternative way to install it with TWRP?

Just a security update unfortunately, but haven't a clue how to get rid of it. I'd like to install it, but can't with root.

Nothing you can do, the price we pay for being rooted
If you just want to get rid of the annoying notification message then go to Settings >> Notifications >>> Select show system apps under menu >>> Google Services Framework >> Toggle all notifications to off.
You can manually update to the latest version without wiping your data. You will need to already have an unlocked bootloader though and will need to re-rrot. Instructions can be found in http://forum.xda-developers.com/nexus-6p/general/guides-how-to-guides-beginners-t3206928
So I went to setup Android Pay and got this message:

"lightbox_new_window": "New window",
"lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar"
}
I wiped Android Pay's app data and same results. So I ran a SafetyNet test and it failed.
I'm obviously not rooted or bootloader unlocked. I remember it working before. Any ideas why it won't? Anybody else on G935TUVU2APC have this issue? I'm hoping I don't have to wipe my device via Odin and start over...
EDIT: PROBLEM SOLVED. APPARENTLY USING THE CONDENSED DPI OPTION BREAKS IT. SWITCHING BACK TO STANDARD VIEW FIXES IT.

Did you happen to change your dpi?
Just through the Samsung hidden settings. Could that be it?

Wow, thanks, that was it. Lmao sucks but I guess if I use Android Pay I'll revert to the standard DPI. Good to know.

Not clear whether "trying" means you succeeded or failed. Given that ambiguity there is always this:
Flash a pure stock (Samsung factory) ROM using Odin and start from the beginning. You have nothing to lose as your phone was "hard reset"
Thanks for your concern but where can I download it easily cos I try downloading it from sammobile but no way
Sent from my SM-N900V using Tapatalk
You might have to buy a membership there (sammobile) - I recently tried downloading with my freebie account and it didn't work. (It is possible that was due to my browser type or ad-blocker issue though. I was using both an off-beat linux browser and multiple ad blockers. Someone recently suggested that might be the trouble. I didn't investigate further.)
Do you know the android version and the firmware version?
So, I tried to download the latest version of Google play services thinking that I could get Google assistant. Well, that didn't work and now Google play services keeps crashing. Anyone know the correct (stock & current) version of Google play services 10.2.98 for the DT2 running 7.0?
Thanks.
I did the same with the same results. I wound up doing a factory reset to clear it. Wasn't a big deal, been wanting to since I upgraded to Nougat.
My question is why does my version say it was installed in 1970?

I guess the app can't see the install time so it's defaulting to 0 epoch time which would be Jan 1970.
