Yesterday I installed tiger v5 rom,gengerlly speaking the rom is good,but We all know leo's buttons is quitely fragile.In the edit Registry，I found the anykeywakeup option in the [HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\CotullaCode\Keys]，the default value data is 0，I changed it to 1，then reboot，but I couldn't ues any key except power key to wake up screen.Who can teach me how to use it?thxs!

the symbols on keys are drawn in this way:

how can i change it to be the same as my softbank keyborad?
That's the same layout as the Cingular 8525. I haven't been able to find a .cab fix for that. I'm currently using Schap's 3.60a and in the Advanced Config Tool, there is a setting in the Misc tab that allows you to select different types of keyboard layout, including Cingular. However, that Cingular layout disables the Sym/Tab key. I hope he fixes that in the upgrade.
I have no idea which of wm6 roms can be used on my phone , so i cant use it just like you... is it any other ideas? i have some freetime so maybe with your help ill be able to make some program fix or somthing like it... i'mshure that not only i need it...

Simply copy it to your device and run it (install it). Afterwards restart your SoftBank and you should be back in business! If you use a different language ROM then you also should update the registry key:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\OEM\Qwerty]

The only 2 that ive noticed that are still messed up are the . and the , which i dont mind since i almost never use the ,

i got a small problem with some custom roms which use:
"Large Titlebar" or "Notification Enhance" together with that htc's fingerfriendy "Volume Control", i don't know how it's reproduced but it heappened to me with wwe and ger custom roms (i'm currently on a ger rom). When i press the volume keys the inbox opens instead of the volume control, also the taskbar does not respond to any touch (when one of the upper mentioned apps are running). After a softreset everything is fine again. I think that a service crashed or something?
Someone have a clue what heappened? Or if this was asked already plz post a link i didn't find anything.

I have installed a WM 6.5 Rom on my Xperia and now I want to install the HTC Long press end key feature that displays a quicklist.
I've already installed the .cab and configured it but when i press the end key the phone locks and doesn't display the quick list as expected.
Do i need to change something in the registry to make this happen?

I second this request.
It very practical and important for me to be able to swith between vibrate and sound, the x1 doesn't have this option by default and even after installing the cab it does not work.
The only time that it worked fine was with smaberg's ROM.
Does anyone knows how to fix this?

I'm searching for an application wich can turn automaticly off my screen on call connect.
I've tried several solutions and programms, but none of them worked for my 6.5 ROM.
It really annoys me that i accidently press keys while calling. I can activate an automatic lock of the phone throught Smart Lock, but only an alternative surface appears where i press accidently keys, too.
The power button can switch off the touch screen, but it seems that after some minutes it switches on again automaticly and again i press buttons with my cheek....
It would be really really great if somebody could mention a possible solution or write a little programm to fix the problem!

the same here.
i've duttys r8 turbo rom and the display isn't disabled after a view seconds while doing a call.
tried to fix it by changing some values in hd tweak but without success.
is there nobody who has the same problem?
OK i've tried some more programs.
It works with the trial of PhoneAlarm! But i really dont want to use second today to run the today plugin (the program doesnt work without it), i'm using manilla.
so its possible!
anybody got a solution or knows the algorithm of phone alarm?

I'm new with TyphooN CyanogenMod 7.2.0.1 v3.8.7 an I really like It.
But there is one thing with SMS that I don't like.
I need sometimes the "new line" function. That what happens if you use the Enter ( Return ) Key.
Is there a way to get the Return Key into the ALT menu?
Like in the Pictures attached.
The left Picture is the normal version.
The right Picture is what I want.
Can anybody help me to get this working?

If its not featured by your keybord, try another one.
I´m using this one.
I think it is only a "problem" caused by the sms/mms app.
Because the return key is in some other apps available.
Is there nobody who can make this little change in the app?
So that the return key is in the ALT menu? Like in the screenshot postet above?

I have downloaded HTC_IME_Hi22_Grey.apk and installed it.
After the installation I go to Settings -> Language and Keyboard
and set there the "arrow" on "HTC_IME mod"
But It is not working. I still have the default keyboard in every app

Okay, I found the Problem. In the SMS app I had to chose the new Keyboard.

just go into keyboard settings, i remember there was an option there. and you should acces the settings from the keyboard itself, by long-pressing a key( for me it is the , key) and not by going to settings
I got the same problem, but (for me) it seems to be a rom problem and I do not want to change the keyboard since I use neo-layout with ASK and with that keyboard it worked:
In my previsious rom ICS Paranoid Android I had an option in the sms app which allowed me to get a new line when hitting enter.
Now with JB PA (great Rom btw ) that option is gone (the enter key is still there but directly sends my message). Also tried to load a backup of the sms app via Titanium but no success.
My problem is that I am not yet allowed to post in dev forums but maybe you also got an idea?
