Hi, I tried rootig my gtab p7500r using the information and zip files from this thread
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1171089
Sent from my Galaxy Nexus using XDA
After installing kernel zip then recovery zip I rebooted the device and now it is boot looping the splaah screen. The "samsung galaxy tab 10.1" screen comes up then it shuts off and its stuck doing that.... can anyone help me fix this and root it?
Appreciate any help.

I'm not sure but I don't know if this method will work on the P7500R version. The info in the thread is not very up to date.
What did you try so far? What kernel did you try to flash? Can you get into recovery / download mode (with button combo)? Need more info and be specific.

[Q] GT-P1000 doesn't boot anymore after installing ClockworkMod

Hi everybody,
I'm new to this forum and I'm in deep troubles...
I was trying to install CM9 on my Galaxy Tab 7 (German / europe version).
I was following this official guide here:
wiki.cyanogenmod.com/wiki/Samsung_Galaxy_Tab_(GSM):_Full_Update_Guide
After installing the ClockWorkMod recovery (the installation did not report any error), the tab has rebooted and gets stuck at the samsung logo image.
I've tried to boot in recovery mode and do a factory reset but nothing changed.
The tab was original from samsung with latest updates installed from kies. No root, no other custom roms installed.
Can someone help me please?
Thanks in advance, Luca.
Boot into download mode, flash to stock firmware, flash Overcome kernel, put CM9 on sdcard and flash in recovery (CWM).
Go to the Overcome thread, follow links to guide/files etc.
Same issues
Luca, I'm on the same situation, if you have solved this issue please let me know, I've done exactly what you did and I'm on the same problem, thanks !
Problem solved
Same problem after updating to Cyanogenmod 9 RC1.
So I went back to the Restock Package of Overcome (can't inser links as it's forbidden for forum beginners...!?!) and overcome kernel 4.0.0.
So put the tablet with power+volume down and connecting with usb cable to download mode (triangle construction sign).
Then load .pit, .tar and modem.bin with Odin3 on the tab. After rebooting to 2.3.6 power off and again download mode and flash kernel 4.0.0
On the german android-hilfe site search for ' ICS CM9 Version 4.0.4 MTD' for explanations. There was a c't article with more links called 'Entwurzelt: Samsung galaxy tab root und flash'
After restart of 2.3.6 restock package I downloaded latest nightly built and the google apps (see explanations on Android-hilfe) and with some trying (flashed the rom twice?) I got back to the newest ICS on my SGT-P1000. Even camera is working now.
Good luck!
Flash the overcome kernel for P1000 using either Odin or heimdall. Go into recovery and wipe cache and dalvik.
Did this to mine and after following above technique it worked.

Can't Flash rom

Hi all
I had root my samsung galaxy y by update a update.zip file in the recovery as followed http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=36352803 instruction. After this, i flash the temporary CWM and then flash KURO KERNEL.
After all done, i start to flash the JELLY BLAST rom by follow the http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1679563 instruction.
Then i reboot system. However it stuck at samsung logo. It can boot into recovery but can't boot into room and only stuck at samsung logo.
I had rescue it by using odin to flash stock rom.
In conclusion, someone tell me what is wrong? Why i can't get into the rom?Is there any steps i need to pay more attention?

Recovery issue (T530NU)

So i rooted my tab, and attempted to flash a custom recovery i saw on here, but I suppose it was for an earlier version of the tab not compatible with this one, so whenever i attempt to boot up into recovery it says could not boot into os or something along those lines. I currently have no way to get into my recovery and can't seem to find a .img file to flash, you guys have any insight? OS boots up fine, just no recovery available.
It boots to OS ? Root is gone , which custom recovery did you have?

Root is still intact. The only problem is no recovery. I've looked everywhere for the stock recovery .Img with no luck, and there doesn't seem to be any custom recoveries either.

Flash cfauto in odin since you most likely already have it. It'll reinstall stock recovery or you'll be able to find the stock img in his thread posted by a user asking for support.

Thank you good sir, you're a life saver.
Fellow SM-T530NU here, hoping we can get some rom building and customizing going on got a couple good ideas for recoveries. with a little knowhow i think the note 2 10.1 2.8 TWRP may work if modified a bit?
Semi-working recovery for our device can be found here along with source code. hopefully someone can make some sense of it

[Q] Note 3 stuck on bootloop

Hi.
I had just installed TWRP. Afterwards I used ROM Manager to boot into recovery mod. Instead of booting into the recovery mod, it stuck for around 5-6 seconds on the Galaxy Note 3 logo, followed by 3-4 seconds of black screen only for the logo to pop up again. It kept doing that for a long time. After waiting long enough the only solution was to take out the battery. Now its not possible to boot up the phone. Using the power button just puts me in a boot loop all over again. I've tried all the volume/home/power button combinations and nothing seems to work. The only mod I can get into is the download mod but even after closing that I just go into the bootloop all over again.
Help would be most appreciated.
Thanks
Dont use Rom Manager.
