Which is newest radio?

i want to know which is newest radio 1.65.xx.xx or 1.59.xx.xx
I don´t know how is numbering system for Polaris Radio. Could you explain me?

The 1.65.XX.XX is the newest radio. It was stripped from chavonbravo's last rom in which he said it is an unrelased radio for the phone.

Radio first or Rom first ?

Hi there, ive just rooted my phone on rc29 with radio 1.22.12.29.
now i wish to install the jf1.51adp rom but i was wondering if i should update the radio before or after flashing the rom.
Any help is much appreciated

Radio rom collection for download

I had some freezing problems with WM6.5 and changing radio rom solved it, but the real problem was to find those radio rom...
So I decided to collect the radio rom and upload them as one collected file (38 mega).
The radio rom in this collection are as follow:
Radio 1.65.30.09
Radio 1.59.46.12
Radio 1.59.44.02
Radio 1.58.32.33
Radio 1.58.25.14
Radio 1.58.23.21

How to update Radio Version?

Hello,
I have the following ROM and Radio Version:
Rom: 1.48.405.2 (71294 WWE) (Generic Handset)
Radio: 2.05.51.05_2
There is a ROM UK update in HTC website and I am planning to apply it.
Will I get a newer version of Radio if I update the ROM?
Or do you update the Radio and ROM seperately?
If yes how do I update or downgrade the Radio?

yes, the radio is updated with the ROM, although there was a newer radio update for 1.48 a couple of weeks back...just get 1.66 and you're good to go...

I guess once you update to the newest rom version there is no way to downgrade the radio version.
I mention that because some people complained about battery life in different post with radio 2.07...

If you have HSPL installed you can flash just the radio part, any version you like. Go have a read of the RADIO ROM thread here
