Hello to all. I write because trying to install google android on my htc touch pro 2 (rhodium) my phone crashed (it taked so much time and the battery was not enough). When I switched on my phone, an error occurred saying that was "Impossible to open '...'. digital signature with trusted certificate not available or impossible to find some components. If the problem persists, reinstall or restore the file."
How can I resolve the problem? Can I remove the old windows if it not works and put android? thank you for replies and sorry for bad english!

Hi there!
First, sorry for my worst english, but i'm not to perfect there ;-)
Now to my problem:
I've get the O2-XDA1 last week and there was only old ROM-versions installed.
So, i've seen the Radiostackupdate at the O2-Page and tryed to installed them.
But this update failed at 10% with the reason "Fehler beim beschreiben des Flashspeichers. Drücken Sie "OK" um neuzustarten"/"Failed writing into flashram - click "ok" to restart the device".
After the forced restart the update hangs at 1% - everytime!
Now no radiosoftware would detect - and the device didn't found the insert accu.
Well, then i've done a flash from CE via wallaby bootloader, but the problem stand by. :-(
I tested to flash the T-Mobile ROM, but that fails - after 1%, too.
After an idea I only copied the RSUpgrade.exe to the device and start them.
Result: The Tool starts without errors and after 1% the same message "Retry again".
So I think, the upgradetools try to delete the existing radiostack first - but there is no existing version at my ROM - and so the installation from the new Radiostack don't functionally.
What can I do to write the GSM-ROM to my XDA?
I'm using Windows XP (desktop) and i've only a USB-Cradle - no serial.
Thanks for reading and i hope for helpfully answers.
Greetings from Germany,
Christopher
Re: After Radiostackupdate - Device death. Reinstall RS fail
Cool you have the same problem as me, last week i tried to install new radiostack, and the result is like you. Help Us, There are a lot of us
@Long:
Well,
it's definitely not the way you would decide (for me not, too!), but after a week full of searching, trying and no results, i've send my XDA to the customer service.
It's fool: So many users had this problem, but no possibillity to re-alive the XDA exists... :-(
I hope that a failed radiostack didn't kill my warranty - that were fool... :-/
Well, I would see.
If there any possibilitys to rescue the X/MDA (1), so please post them! Now i can't do anything, but for example i need them in future.
Greets and thanks,
Christopher
Me too, I stand in the line with you.
The good news is that if a service center can repair it then it will not be long before one of the great guys here will figure it up, I can feel that they take these problems as a challenge that they must win.
Hi everyone, I just recieved my brand new Diamond2 in Czech localisation (original from retailer) and after first boot I got this error:
Error
Install
\Windows\OpenCZ_Settings_Topaz.CAB
failed, code=0x80090006
I assume its the czech localisation but any advice? If I dont solve the problem, Ill send it on monday back
Regards
Pylorus
There are a couple of things you can do:
- Manually try to install it using the file explorer: \Windows\OpenCZ_Settings_Topac.CAB
- Make a hard-reset (hold Vol-up & Vol-Down and press the reset button under the battery case to see if it happens again.
Thx for swift reply ...
- I tried several hard resets and booting with / without SIM and or microSD - still the same error
- I managed to get the phone partially working, because you can move the error window aside and access the startmenu and open explorer. I executed the file manually, but got the error message: "The program cannot be installed because it is not digitally signed with a trusted certificate."
Unfortunately I can not access the phone via USB (first customisation hasnt finished and active sync does not open) and I'm afraid flashing the device with another ROM because of warranty
Any Idea how to tweak the phone to lower the phones security allowing installing not signed cabs?
Thx...
well if you get this error even after a hardreset, you should definitely send it back..

Try sdkcert. That should do what you want install it before installing your .cab what is needed
Problem solved - i sent the device back and the whole board was replaced - new IMEI, but now its working like a charm
for the future..I have had a same problem with my TD2..After few hours I found out that I could this error off in taskmanager. Then it worked.. It was just some czech layout for my topaz but I did not want it either.. So for those who will buy TD2 with this error and don´t want chzech langugage on it, just close it in taskmanager..
Hello fellow hd mini users!
Here's a nice problem four yous to solve.
All of a sudden my bluetooth stopped working. Nothing happens when I try to start it. The error message I get is that the BT stack can not be loaded (0x1).
I did not install any new software after the last time it did work correctly, and I don't have TomTom installed on my hd mini.
(One possibility I am contemplating, is that CleanRam is the culprit, but I ran it before without problems.)
I don't feel much like a hard reset.
Is there a way to repair or reinstall the radio software ( I found a BTstackTP2.cab somewhere, but I would rather not try this because it is designed for the Touch PRo 2.)
Good luck solving this one!
Check if there is a shortcut of BTTrayCE under Windows\StartUp folder.
BTtrayCE is in the startup directory. And it runs allright (I used Process Manager to check).
In that case, l don't think you will avoid hard reset.
I am having the same problem, Kindly advise
Did anyone fix it ?
Thanks
hello my phone Kaiomy Aegis 1288 (3G HTC Touch clone) started to become slow and after a soft reset only started to introduce the first and second splash screen and the second screen.
I also can no longer be located by SmartSync. :-\
Searching in xda forum found that it allows a disaster recovery of keys by pressing power + up + down volume, ai this point it looks for a file called k3img.bin the sd card should be formatted as fat 16.
when I turn the phone by pressing the keys mentioned above it finds the file has more than one error in step 4 is invalid while updating image: version check error :'(
I tried different images, most have the same message.
I need help to solve this problem already and I thank everyone who help me thanks
Today I tried to use the IDT to install a new rom.
Unfortunately, the IDT did not detect my phone.
Is there a way to remove the lock version check, so you can put a new rom from the sd card, without showing the error version check error?
I tried contacting the Kaiomy support, but I had no answer.
I do not know if I'm using it wrong the IDT.
I also tried the first aid, but the download button is not activated.
thanks for help

run Android for first time without sim card
i Have found this: http://blog.dileno.com/archive/201006/how-to-solve-the-androidprocessacore-error/ and it works...
See you Soon Guys
Hey all, thanks so much for developing this. It is amazing... I have successfully installed Android and has been running it for several times now. Everything is great. I can download and use all the Apps with no problem.
However just few days ago, I am starting to get an error when I boot Android from WinMo. The pop-up error reads, "Sorry! The process android.process.acore has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again."
After clicking on a button which says "Force Close" on the pop-up, the error appears again and again - and it's never ending. However I can still see Android loading and updating at the back. Just that this error keeps coming up repeatedly, and I have no choice but to off my phone and have it run only on WinMo.
I appreciate on any advice that you may have so that I can run Android again. Thanks in advance!

Do you mean trying without the sim card option?
- Since I am not running android for the first time, I did not remove the sim card when I did a re-boot on Android.
Or clearing all contacts information?
- Cos i have my contacts on my sim card. So i did not do any synchronization and importing of my contacts from Gmail.
Did I miss anything out? Or am I doing anything wrong?
Once again, thanks so much for your help and guidance..

I meant clearing contacts yeah,sorry
seems it worked for others
I would sugest an sd card format and Android re-install,there might be an sd card error which persists..
did you also try http://tinyurl.com/3zanh95 ?
p.s. when you set up phone for 1st time did you put your tweeter login in HTC wizard form?

Thanks so much for the advice.. but I pretty much guessed that it was best to do a SD card reformat and Android re-installation..
I was just hoping that there was a better way than to do that..
I must have done "some thing wrong" while running on Android which caused that error..
But yeah, thanks anyway! Appreciate it loads..
uhhhh.. i don't tweet.. so i am quite sure that would be a "No"...
besides, i have been running Android for very many times before this..
Until one day, i boot Android from WinMo like how I always do.. I WASN'T trying to do anything else.. just a Boot..
And the error appeared, and it just keeps on coming endlessly.. with Android running in the background..
