Access phnone / data without display? - Galaxy S I9000 General

Hi,
unfortunatly I destroyed the display of my phone. The phone itself is still working I just cannot see anything.
Is there any way to do a backup and/or access the data on the internal sd?
USB is working for confirmation via the display before the usb drive can be mounted...
any idea?

Nobody any idea?

If you know how to boot into Recovery it could be possible via ADB I think .

[Q] No "mount as drive option"

Hi. Currently my phone has no SD card and I want to access its internal storage from my PC. However when I connect it, I get the dialog with the connection type, but it only shows the options - Charge only, HTC Sync and USB tethering. I have also turned usb debugging on (and also tried turning it off). What is the problem? Is there a way I can access my phone's internal storage without rooting?

No. All methods (Atleast the ones I know so far) requires root.

USB Mass Storage mode

ok i runing Oxygen and everithing is just fine, but i have one smaal problem: i can't use USB Mass storage mode.
Lets say the phone is turned absolutley off , when i turn it on and try to get in recovery mode the computer detects it and it shows it like CD Drive(empty), ok i tried some of the options of recovery- i mount/unmount, format , fix .. etc. still appear like CD Drive.
Ok i turned on the phone, and then i choose the android option to use the phone like USB flash drive, again it appeared like CD Drive , wich automaticly means only read but not write on memory card, and now every time i have to remove the card from the phone put it in SD card reader and upload on it some music, photos etc ...
Anyone with a solution?
1) First try another sd-card to see if the sd-card has a problem.
2) Either your ROM has a problem or it is your computer. Please try it again with another computer just to make sure that yours is not the cause for this behaviour.
3) If the problem persists try flashing your ROM again, but in recovery mode: Choose Wipe Data /Factory Reset, then go back to main menu. Choose Wipe Cache Partition, then go back to main menu. Go to Advanced and choose Wipe Dalvik Cache, then go back to main menu. This will delete all the data on the phone and make sure the ROM is installed properly.
Oxygen ROM do not allow to use Internal memory in usb mode, but sd card works 100% tested.
the worst thing for me is that, when im in recovery again appear like cd drive, so the phone for the computer from the begining is cd drive.
when i go in device manager it shows that HSUSB driver is not installed properly is it the same for you guys?
it only shows that my device is android usb device, but not mass stotage
THE same problem

The god dam windows and drivers was the problem. Actualy i have a huawei USB modem for internet, and the drivers which i used for the modem messed with the drivers for the phone. The solution was to remove the USB Modem drivers and then reinstall them again and this time the computer discover the phone like mass storage.

[Q] Recover images ADB

Hi i have an Htc Hd Mini with ICS in nand, i've broken the display and the touch doesn't work anymore! I want to recover images in internal storage with ADB pull command but i cannot remember where it is located the folder with the images.
And when i connect the device to the pc i cannot display it as masse storage, it charge only the battery! Please help me thank you
if you mean your SDCard contents.. why not pull SDCard from photon and use an adaptor or something else to connect to PC,
No no, the images are in the internal memory (the memory of the telephone) and i can connect the phone only with ADB (no mass storage or htc sync)!
This may help you:

If you have adb you could try Far Manager 2.0 with FARDroid plugin to see all your filesystem in the phone.
If you are not familar with FAR, pm me if you need help with it.
Thank you! I've downloade Far Manager and Fardroid plugin. Can you help me using this tool? I want to see the filesystem of my phone, but the touchscreen is broken and i want to save photos! Thank you again

[Help!]Is it possible to mount S4's internal SDCard in USB mode?

I accidentally deleted some important photos which stored in my S4's internal SDCard. So I connected my phone to PC through USB cable, and plan to run some recovery tools from PC to get them back. However, when connected, my S4's identified as MTP (portable media device) rather than USB Mass Storage, therefore those recovery tools can't do anything.
I googled the net and found some apks that help my phone to switch between MTP/USB mode, however this method only works for external SDCard.
Any ways to retrieve accidentally deleted files? Thank you in advance!
p.s. I do heard about that flash TWRP in will help the PC identify the phone as a USB Mass Storage Device, is this true? If it's true, how do I do it?
Thx!!!

Thanks, but no this was exactly the app I used, it can't mount the internal card. If you read carefully the author also says 'It will never be able to export the internal storage on the device.' All my deleted pics are on the internal card so....

Help with rapheal twrp

I have a issue when i format all i can no longer add Zips via usb normally the phone comes up on computer but storage size doesn't so nothing can be moved on. Can anyone help me i would really like to get off miui.
Your are on "davinci", not "raphael" XDA subforum.
Don't know exactly which TWRP version you use, but you may need to enable MTP toggle/option to be able to see your storage via USB.
just mount, if that not resolve then restart recovery and reconnect usb. happened to me aftet format data phone was detected, but atorage was unknown and not accessible
