Too bad it's a full-size SD card and not a microSD card. I don't have a lot that uses full-size cards, lol.
Toshiba Thrive tablet has full SD slot... Maybe other tablets do too...

I guess that's why the Thrive is a superior tablet... 32GB storage, full SD slot, full hdmi port, full usb port, and a removable battery... Huh. Either way... I'm getting one. Too bad not micro though. I guess my 32GB class 4 micro will have to do

Does the 64gb work with the transformer I see most are using 32gb cards

I don't think so.
64GB Micro SD are SDXD and I don't think the TF's slot is XD capable.
Are they even availible?

They're not even out yet as far as I've read so I doubt they will at this stage. Plus 64GB or higher SD cards of any sort fall into a new category: SDXC.
They exist for standard SD cards. Does anyone know if the Dock supports SDXC? Luckily all of my camcorder ones are 32GB.
there is a thread in the accessories subforum confirming that the dock supports xdsc.
Thanks I will just get a 32gb
I'm trying to figure which did this phone come with from Bell? I have like 20 SD card and trying to pair it up again...
Thanks!
Anyone?! !

I had a 8 gig class 4
So it is sandisk for sure or some other brand? I know the capacity is 8GB but I have many 8GB lying around.
Just use the best one!

With shipping they are about $8 a card. You can buy similar 16GB cards from Amazon.
and its a class 4 meaning it will be slow. you should get class 6 for your phone for it to be worth it. you dont need to get a class 10 either.
I'm not buying one just thought maybe somebody might like it and buy it

16gb not enough
I can attest to the fact that a 16gb sd card is nowhere near enough. i suggest getting 32gb. they are around $20
I don't need it, but sounds like a great deal.

Hey if i were you i would not get that class 6 micro sd card, spend just a few more dollars and get the sandisk class 10, the sandisk card is only about 5 dollars more and it reads/writes almost twice as fast, definitely a better choice for you. Honestly, it probably doesn't matter too much if you're using it for picture/video storage. With large file sequential read/write, any of the faster class cards will do.
If you're doing more than that (for programs and such), you want to ideally look for their 4k random read/writes. The Samsung Pro series micro SDHC and SDXC cards are probably the fastest short of the relatively small Sandisk Extreme Pro (only available in 8 or 16gb) cards.
thats the only one i would buy. i have three.
I'm pretty sure phones don't utilize anything over Class 6 but I picked up a 32gb Samsung Class 10 at Frys last week for $20.
