64gb micro sd - Eee Pad Transformer General

Does the 64gb work with the transformer I see most are using 32gb cards
Sent from my SCH-I500 using Tapatalk

I don't think so.
64GB Micro SD are SDXD and I don't think the TF's slot is XD capable.
Are they even availible?

They're not even out yet as far as I've read so I doubt they will at this stage. Plus 64GB or higher SD cards of any sort fall into a new category: SDXC.

They exist for standard SD cards. Does anyone know if the Dock supports SDXC? Luckily all of my camcorder ones are 32GB.

there is a thread in the accessories subforum confirming that the dock supports xdsc.

Thanks I will just get a 32gb

I had a 8 gig class 4
So it is sandisk for sure or some other brand? I know the capacity is 8GB but I have many 8GB lying around.
Just use the best one!

[Q] What microSD card should I get?

What class would you guys say is over doing it for a mt4g? I'm also thinking a 16 gb card for the size, but maybe 32, because I'm running out of space on my phone.
Requirements:
Good price
16 gb at least, but maybe higher
Good class, so it's not slow, but not over doing it
It would also be better if I can find it in stores, because I can't buy things online really, except for stuff off of Amazon, but it seems like too much work for that .
Thanks in advance!
16,should be more than enough.

I just went through this myself.
I opted for a class 6, 16GB card.
Class 6 was more than enough speed for anything my phone does. It might be a little laggy if I'm dumping 4GB of MP3's to it...but how often do I do that?
And I might fill a 16GB card eventually. But by the time I do that sometime next year they will have 64GB cards out so the 32GB cards will drop in price dramatically.
16 or 32. I have a 8gb sandisk class 4 but 8gb is not enough for me. I need all my music with me and enough room for roms, backups, and kernals haha.

Yeah, my 8gb card is completely filled up, so I'm hoping for at least a 16gb card, but a 32gb would be better. So a class 6 card would be good enough though?
My personal opinion is don't go below Class 6 on anything 16GB and above.
Does the myTouch 4g accept microSDHC cards?
ANY 4GB or above card is SDHC. Since MT4G supports up to 32GB, the answer is obvious.
Steven, HC means high capacity which would be anything beyond 2GB as Jack stated. So yes our MT4G does accept microSDHC as it ships with 8GB SD card.
Now you may want to look in to Patriot LX 32GB Class 10. Which is decent for the price, I suggest you do a search on our very forum and find user review before you order over Kingston or SanDisk.

Too bad it's a full-size SD card and not a microSD card. I don't have a lot that uses full-size cards, lol.
Toshiba Thrive tablet has full SD slot... Maybe other tablets do too...

I guess that's why the Thrive is a superior tablet... 32GB storage, full SD slot, full hdmi port, full usb port, and a removable battery... Huh. Either way... I'm getting one. Too bad not micro though. I guess my 32GB class 4 micro will have to do

With shipping they are about $8 a card. You can buy similar 16GB cards from Amazon.
and its a class 4 meaning it will be slow. you should get class 6 for your phone for it to be worth it. you dont need to get a class 10 either.
I'm not buying one just thought maybe somebody might like it and buy it

I can attest to the fact that a 16gb sd card is nowhere near enough. i suggest getting 32gb. they are around $20

[Q] Micro SD card support

So, I read everywhere that the RAZR M supports MicroSD up to 32 GB, but no MicroSDHC.
I can't find anything about the compability so I'm asking it here.
I have a 32 GB SDHC class 4 microSD card, will it work on the RAZR M? Anyone able to confirm this by their own use?
European, btw.

Oh, well then surely a class 4 will work.
Almost all major cards work but a class 4 will be slow if you run apps of the SD.
Class 6 and 8 is what the device can utilize. everything faster is overkill but still works like a charm.
What's the limiting factor on the M with regard to utilizing faster speed cards (hardware limit ...)?
I've read posts by others that device limits somewhere between 6-8Mbp/s - that there are some type of hardware limits that fall short of 10Mbp/s, wondering what/why?
I have been using a 32GB Class10 without problems. It's noticeably faster than the 8GB & 16GB Class4 cards I used previously.
