I just want to ask how to increse xperia Arc headphone iutput is there any way to improve output of headphone jack...because i have beats pro and there is a big difference when i compare it with my arc to ipod touch .. Ipod touch output is more farr better n loud than Arc,....

there is no comparison the arc is 10x louder and clear as well the x10 cannot be compared to it .

Today I compared the speaker volume with nexus one, nexus s and desire HD. I must say arc owned them all without any extra app

The galaxy s loudness is about the same of the arc but in terms sound richness and quality, the galaxy s wins, but not by much.
I wanted to know about the audio quality when using headphones. I currently use sennheiser ie8 on my galaxy s phone which has a very good dac. I can't use my nook color to liste to audio because of static. I wanted to know how good the dac is in the tab/ is there any noticeable static?

Is there any software or anything to increase audio gain in these devices? I'm using the stock ROM and when I plug a cable from my car into my headphone jack on it the sound doesn't get hardly loud at all. The volume is all the way up on the Transformer and yet my iPod is a lot louder than it is. Would using bluetooth be any better? My car doesn't have bluetooth but they sell a module just didn't know if it would. :/

Thanks! I'll give it a try tomorrow. Also I don't really know much about audio but would bluetooth be any better (quality wise) than using the headphone jack, or would there be no significant difference in that respect?
I have apps called "Equalizer" and "DSPManager" and they each seem to do the trick. Is there any advantage to one or the other (including Volume+ as well) though?

Also, I've used bluetooth headset about 4 years ago and there was always a noise in the background while nothing was being played plus lots of delays on the audio (nokia N82 plus nokia BH-601 headphone)
With an good expensive headphone like the sennheiser mm 550 should I expect the same problem?

edit: anyway, beatsaudios is best but too expensive. so go for a sony headphone.

I suggest you two headphones : Sony MDR-XB500 ( 50€, but this headphone got a great audio frequency. 10 000Hz for low frequency = bass. The maximum low frequency value that the human ears can hear.) Waaay better than Beats Headphones ( tested and approved. Someone gifted me a Beats Studio.)
Or you have the Wavemaster Dakota for 30€ which have better bass than the Beats Headphone too. Check them on the net
