hi i have loaded nexus 2 ROM on HD2 it was working fine except it hangs sometime while using viber or during long talk time but the problem which i am facing is more critical i have transferred songs via USB storage option , songs were playing fine but suddenly after few seconds of playback phone keeps on rebooting, please help its sticky condition.

Ive got my Leo now since 4 days and have noticed a strange bug. When I have the phone connected the pc via usb and afterwards (after unplugging of course ) try to listen to music in the music tab of sense, it cant find the files it had scanned in its library.
The music files are still on the memory stick and I can see them in the explorer and play them in nitrogen (or any other player) but the sense music tab simply doesnt find them anymore.
This also cant be fixed by restarting sense (switching to standard windows home screen and back to sense)
After a soft reset the music can be found again by sense.
If its of any help: Im on the German Tmobile stockrom becaus, well to tell the truth I was to lazy until now.

Mine also does this. Not sure why it looses the music library.
When you connect your phone to the PC via USB Storage mode, it practically disconnects the SD card from your phone so Sense notices it doesn't have the music, cuz it doesn't have the SD card in. So, it kind of sticks to the fact that it doesn't have an SD card even after you disconnect.
Anyway, if you give it a little time, it will be able to play the tracks again, cuz it will search eventually. Disabling and enabling Sense works for me, but again, after enabling again please give it a little time (5-10 minutes) to find all the files.
I know its annoying but...i don't know any solutions.
it has happened a couple of times to me too and I solved it by killing the audiomanager_eng.exe process. When I go back to the music tab, everything works again.
Sorry for reviving such an old thread, but Ive got a new question:
In the newer Sense builds my music is found without a problem after disconnecting my phone from the pc.
The only problem that still remains is that Sense doenst play the last track from where I paused it, but from the beginning. The strange thing is this: When I go to the music tab it still displays the right time where I last paused, but when I press play it goes back to the beginning of the track. This is mostly annoying when Im listening to podcasts.
Is there an easy fix, like changing a registry value or something?

Working fine, can't fault it really, aside from random reboots - I've read a few threads suggesting this is down to the SD card being used. I have the 2GB card that was supplied with my phone from HTC.
So far as I can tell, the reboot seems to happen every 1-3 days, and I'm almost convinced it happens at the same time of day? I get in my car to go to work and the HD2 connects via bluetooth to my car head unit. It is within a few minutes of doing this that it reboots. Usually it ends up in a loop, getting to Win Phone 7 then restarting again, I see the MagLDR screen, then it loads Win Phone 7 and reboots again.
The only way to exit this loop is to remove the battery then re-start the handset. It is then fine again for a few days.
Does this sound like the SD card re-boot issue?
yea, more then likely it's your sd card, get a new one.

Same issue here HD2 WP7 YukiXDA & in my new S80 Volvo phone connects then reboots, sometimes only once, sometimes 2 or 3 times, however I noticed if I manage to make a call its rock solid thereafter.
Will keep trying different connection methods as I have a suspicion if I initiate a call before turning the motor on & bluetooth connects during this period the call transfers and then no reboots.
Only upgraded OS to WP7 a few days ago so need to try this out a bit, prior to this no WM6.5 issues at all except for minor regedit in the bluetooth stack that was.
On a seperate note there is a few Google hits regd WP7 and Bluetooth reboot issues on the web.
Be great if anyone has a bluetooth regedit worth trying?!
Have been trialing a few methods to connect and to be honest none are bulletproof, at times if I am mid phonecall on getting in the car the call transfers to BT and call is okay but on ending the call soon after the phone will suffer one or two restarts before becoming rock solid.
Alternatively no call while getting in car will suffer just the latter one or two restarts.
It is odd as after at least 2 restarts in general I have no issues, except searching a contact from the car is a waste of time, no probs with WM6.5 prior to this though, just an issue with WP7.
Waiting for a Yuki Mango build, hopefully BT issues will be resolved.

I have a problem with my secondary phone HTC HD2 with its screen and it's getting rather annoying to work with it.
I installed the Cyanogenmod 7 on it via magdlr/cwm and it all worked fine until the screen started acting up. It stops responding completely, then after a few locks/unlocks it works for a while, then dies again. It appears to work after rebooting, then it's the same story again.
I tried a full wipe and clearing all the caches from CWM, but I'd say this is a screen issue. Any ideas?

hardware problem. you'll need a new screen.
In the stock rom my when i tried to turn the bluetooth on sometimes it turned on but sometimes it would just not turn on.
I had to reboot the phone for it to turn on again.
So i thought i would switch over to a custom rom.I am currently using Liquid Smooth v2.4 but the problem still persists.
I tried some other roms too but still there is this problem.Can anyone tell me if its a hardware problem? or if there is a solution for it...

If you can RMA it, I will suggest you do that. 2weeks ago I got my brand new n4. I use BT all the time and mine connects and disconnect and sometimes it connects but then few seconds, not even up to a minute will disconnect. I tried all the tricks and different ROMs and it just will not stay connected. Went to 4 different T-Mobile stores and their n4 worked flawlessly. Long story short I called Google and they RMA a new one that worked flawless.
