Yes. It is on hold until Google releases a fixed version (and hopefully the first version for the AT&T and Sprint variants).
you can install it youself

that was before the rollout stopped, i think.
There is a OTA rom floating around the development section. I would just install that instead of waiting for Google.

Pshhhh OTA. Why not go for a custom ICS ROM they are A LOT better, more stable, AND have a ton of features

OC 800/100 (Lionheart)

+1... I'm running the LOTA IMM26 and I have no bugs, great battery life, and most stable OS ever. It may have something to do with the SG kernel, but still. Much better than GB.
I haven't ran into any bugs with this build.... And the battery life is AMAZING + its underclocked. So yeah. It depends on the ROM, Kernel, and your phone. Just mess around with some and you'll find one that works GREAT. There is also the Bugless Beast ROM..
Very good

I started out with cm7 but the battery life was so-so. I tried a few other roms and kernel variations but nothing really stood out. My last rom was oxygen 2.1.4 using the netarchy kernel, but I was only getting about 1200ish in quadrant and oxygen seemed a little unstable.
I went back to using the new cm7 RC and the trinity UV kernel and the battery seems OK and i am getting around 2700 in quadrant.
Are there any other rom/kernel combinations that i should give a shot?

Don't base the ROMs speed on Quadrant alone, Oxygen is really fast.
Don't let an outdated benchmark test decieve you.

Correction: Dont let benchmarks deceive you.
Benchmarks regardless of what it is is pointless.
It was more that oxygen seemed unstable on my phone. I might give it another go if the new cm7 battery life sucks.

You might want to check that out. CM7 battery is fine for me. Like I said, Netarchy's 1.3.6 kernel (or 1.3.4) is a NECESSITY. use that and undervolt it using proton voltage control or setcpu and use the suggested volts suggested by proton (-20 across the board)

id also love to hear what you guys think of the slim bean rom. im tempted, but i love the paranoid roms.

Just read in the cfx thread that synergy and existz are already getting their hands dirty with 4.2 source. There is nothing more awesome than that. I can't wait to see 4.2 running on a device that HTC didn't even give ICS. Might put off that upgrade..

Synergye may be uploading a 4.2 teaser tonight with limited features! (from the cfx thread)
I was just trying out official 4.2 on nexus 7, pretty exciting stuff! Will be interested in seeing performance on ace, it is noticeably smoother and faster on nexus.
As for 4.1.2, I might stick with cfx SR5 until a 'stable' 4.2 is ready.

Sup guys, going to be making a comparison between different kernels running on different roms. I know that some of you are going to go on about how benchmarks don't mean anything, if that's you then simply disregard this post.
All roms will be tested with nothing except Gapps (not signed in), Titanium Backup and AnTuTu installed, TB and everything else will be closed before the benchmark.
3 benchmarks will be done, and I will post the average total score.
