i want to recording my calls
I install Resco Audio Recorder and record with it
but it only record my sound and sound if other one on phone don't recording!:-(
i need it emergency
i must record a call tomorrow
please if some one can record sound with athena, please help me

Just use the audio recorder that comes with the Athena. Go into it when you are on the call.

on the load speaker it work good but when i use handsfree, it doesn't record the call!!
Do some one know how to can record call in handsfree mode?

I guess when I tried it I was on the speakerphone. I'll have to try it with my BT headphone now...

LG Style-I usage Vito Audio Recorder fixes my sound simply, the other one not. Is not in this direction solution?
i dont know if this will work in your device. it works in my atom exec.
but need to launch it when you make a call. Good luck!

It's a hardware thing
As I understand it, WM5/6 drivers can't allow recording without it coming out the speaker. Even then it's not that great. I use LivePVR - I think they have a decent explanation on thier site.

recording on loud speacker is because the sound go to microphone and it record it again
if you put your hand on microphone it can't record call i think

yeah i use that also, you make a call and once it makes a connection(someone picking up) it vibrate, its pretty cool and it also has a different unlock screen

No, it's not related.
He wanted to know how he can have a short vibrate-signal when a call connection is established (e.g. when answering a phone call, the phone vibrates one short time and shows you that you can speak now)
Try Yota Contacts. It also has the vibrate when call picked up feature.

Yes. The option became available for me after installing the Blackstone Dialer.
It's under phone options on the "Advanced" tab (the last one on the right).

Ah, cool. Sodoes this work for outgoing calls? Say when the other person picks up, so we don't have to keep phone to ear while it rings.
The feature described sounds nice, it's a HTC feature? I'v never heard of it before.

It is old feature as my granny. All sonyericsson phones have patches to make it feature and even developed for symbian...

For the fifth time in this forum, search for VAlert. It's a small problem which allows you to choose the "pulse" you want for incoming calls.
Hello everyone!
Since always I found that on my X1i (generic_uk 3AA) the Ring and Vibrate changes back to just 'ring' after a restart.
Is there any way to make this Ring and Vibrate "permanent" even after a restart? I looked into the Registry but did not find a proper value to mess around with ....
I had now 6 or 7 of those X1s and this last one is 09W23(!) and still does that.
Help is appreciated
What is this... nobody has the same problem and/or nobody knows a registry 'trick' or other means to solve that either?

(having that many phones wouldnt matter it would be a software bug if anything)
Just checked mine - after a restart it is still set to vibrate and ring
BUT i am running Vodafone UK - i actually prefered it to generic but since i am using a different rom i cant say properly although they are very similar - see what someone with the same firmware says.
Dont know how to fix though sorry
Hey, thanks for answering. I have voice command installed and a photo contact program that includes ring selections. Even though I don't use those, one never knows if these interfere somwhow.
But there should be some here who know a registry setting and/or have the same problem and solved it somehow.
In any case.... waiting for now....

I bet they do interfer.
Need to turn it on everytime when in call, is there any tweaks to make it always on? Btw, is there any differents after turned it on? Thanks!

I knows it reduces noise (the name is obvious...) but what noise? From our side or from the other persons side? And how (the HD2 only has one mic, unlike the Pro2 I think)?

HI, sorry, no idea, but i guess it will reduces the HD2 side noise, like the Pro2, I have tested, no difference.

No, I use a custom ROM, but I'm not questioning what it does. I just don't understand why a thread has been raised asking how to do something that the OP doesn't even know what it is for!

i have noticed that when i send a message a message , i click whatapp green arrow to send a message , there is not sound
on all device like samsung , viko and many other device for example there is a sound like hitting a tennis ball

If you mean Whatsapp, it works great on my p8 lite. Just try to uninstall it and then install it again. Before you do it, make sure you have a backup to restore your conversations if you dont wanna lose them all.

I tried many different keyboards because of the double tap problem and the "tennis ball" sound was always the same, i don't think the keyboard is the problem.
Anyway that sound can be enabled/disabled in settings>notification>conversation tones. I don't know if it is the right path because I'm translating word by word from Italian, but it is the first option in "notification".

can't understand why mine doesn't work
i reset several time without luck
it's a mistery , but with settings ->audio->touch souds -> set to off i can't hear any sound for example phone manager ,storage manager ->when i clik on smart scan there is no sound or touch to optimise nothing , no sound

I have a single sim Italian p8 lite. I had 5.0.1, 5.1.1 and now I have 6.0 and Whatsapp always worked fine on my device.
Unfortunately I can't find that option, I remember it was in developer settings on Lollipop, but it has probably been removed on Marshmallow.
