I was wondering what bugs there are right now in the pre-release of cm9 for the kindle fire, is it stable enough to use as a main OS? and also will it be released officially?

Good afternoon
I already have on my zte blade Cyanogenmod 7.1 android 2.3.7 rom and I am thinking of changing it to 2.3 gingerbread. Should I do it ? Is there any diference ?
CM7 is gingerbread. If you just mean should you change to another gingerbread rom, then look at the different threads for each and see if they have anything you want. If you don't see any advantages to changing, then stick with CM7.
Cm 7.1 is 2.3.7 which is gingerbread.
I think 7.1 is the best ROM for blade .
I agree. Thee CM 7.1 release is excellent. There are things you can do (like over clock your CPU) which Gingerbread won't do on its own. And there is much more.
There is also now an expected CM 7.2 release coming soon. And then CM9 which will be Android 4.0 (or Ice Cream Sandwich as they say). Its much easier to upgrade to newer CM Mods if you keep CM 7.
So I guess what I am saying is there is little advantage gained by using the Google Gingerbread release over Cyanogen.
Hi, I have the stable cm7 version on my Atrix, so I don´t know if I should keep installing the nightlies every week?
Does it make a difference? if there´s a stable version why do the keep releasing nightlies every week?

Nightlies are not as stable as stable versions but they may have some features more but it doesn't radically changes from a stable version. You have the choice between a stable version (Good support etc.) and a newer but less stable version (Some tweaks, little features added but nothing more).
I keep flashing the nightlies just because I want to have the latest version on my phone.
Ok, obviously the MTS3G is an older phone - and i think im currently running cm7 (gave phone to my mom) but was wondering if there was any new headway on people running 4.0+ ASOP on the device or what not?
I came across the zeubea thread "http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1944550" but is any development still being done on this device ? Is anybody running the unofficial JB on here - or should i hold out for a new official CM release (such as CM10) for the MT3GS (or will this official CM release most likely never happen) ?
Guess Im just looking for a stable ROM that can be used in this device on a daily basis that utilizes a more recent AOSP release.
There will not be any further major updates from official cm, but zeaubas should work fine

I have an old Droid Pro laying around and right now I'm using it strictly as a WIFI business line. It's working great for that, but I wouldn't mind installing a STABLE version of ICS or JB on it. I have been out of the loop for the Droid Pro for some time now so I am curious what people's opinions are on what a good and STABLE version of ICS or JB is out for this phone.. Any links to the roms you suggest with detailed instructions for my uninformed self would be awesome.
