Hello everyone,
I need some help ;(
I have problem with my external speaker.
I suspect this is hardware problem. I want to sent samsung for warranty claim. But the problem is my phone is rooted.
So i want to unroot my phone before i sent.
How to completely unroot my phone and samsung cannot detect my phone was rooted before.
Thanks in advanced.

You have to flash a original firmware and have the right CSC set on it.
You can flash normaly with odin.
regards

Thanks.
I know how to flash to original firmware but what is CSC and how to do it?
Thank you.

Just flash the original firmware for your country/region, it already contains the right csc file. After reboot dial in phonepad *2767*3855# for a factory reset and you`re done (backup your important files to the computer !)

Is gone after the Odin flash

You're all right, but keep in mind that the flash counter might be set, so you have to reset the counter.
Just check it in the download mode.

Well, wasn't the "unroot" tool doing the same thing?

Factory reset does not remove CWM. You need to re-flash the stock ROM (System, Modem, Kernel and etc).

i cant find the stock rom for my country - PHILIPPINES

Thanks to all for helping me on this.
My phone become 'virgin' and save to sent to samsung for warranty claim.
Original firmware [check]
Flash counter [check]
CWM [check]
If im missed something please let me know.
Thanks again.

Yes, you'd have to install a stock ROM and make sure it isn't rooted. Make the phone look like it was when you got it, basically.

Or just flash stock gb with pc odin and do a full wipe, you'll lose root and cwm.

No, doesn't affect counter. Only flashing custom Roms and kernels will raise counter.

Can you get to stock recovery and do a factory reset? If you really screwed up your EFS folder, and you don't have a backup of it, you won't be able to make calls ever again, and you IMEI number is gone. You'll have a 5.7 inch media player.
In such cases, a Samsung Service Center trip might be your only option.

Download this put in AP/PDA in odin then flash.
Just to note to people replying in this thread, this guy already has a thread open about this and has tried all the script fix tricks.

Why can't I update?

Nothing is done to my note 3 but I get this error?

Looks like you may have tripped the Knox counter. Have you rooted or flashed anything?
Yea I kingo'ed it. What is the fix to reset Knox?
Sent from my SM-N900P using xda app-developers app
You will have to search for a method to reset the Knox counter if there is one for that device. This will include unrooting and reliving the bootloader
Your said you did nothing. Lol
I think i factory reset will unroot?
Or just flash your regions firmware with Odin. And you should be back to stock. By the way OTA Updates are not always best way to update

Remove your external sd, reboot and retry. In some cases it's caused by sdcard. Worth a try.
Noobs... :sly:

You need to flash a rom either using ODIN on the PC or a custom rom if you have a custom recovery.
There is no way to reset Knox at this point in time.

Recovery help. (S4 Noob)

Once you have rooted your phone, you have to delete a file in system, wich overwrites the custom recovery with the original. But i don't remember wich file it is. I think Google know it.:cyclops:
EDIT: I found it: you need a root Explorer. Go to system/etc and delete "install-recovery.sh"
After that, flash a custom recovery. Now it should work.
What also helps sometimes is to uncheck "auto-reboot" in Odin.
When the flashing is finished, you just hold the power button for 10 sec (until it reboots).
