This is link of Driver mediafire.com/?e9z45n5wqre8r8j (Sorry, new member can not post link, please copy and paste this link on web browser)
I big thank you for your help

think u need to enable ad hoc
Edit forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1069569

must have a supporting rom/kernel!!!!!!
To use a usb 3g device you will have to do the fallowing
you will have to be on a rom that supports usb 3g modem . there are roms in the dev section that do support 3g device.. The roms only support a few device models..
Also if you list more information about your tablet Like the rom you are on if your stock or rooted and so on...
The ad-hoc patch as mentioned above is for tethering To your Phone . NOTHING to do with 3g support in any way..

Why not use a Mifi or a Huawei E5830?
Or if you have already an Android 2.2 Phone, use Wifi Tethering?
Hello
My experience :
First : same problem : my tablet don't want to connect with my HD2 (Rom WM NRGZ), while my laptop can do.
But today I show my Iconia 500 to my work, and a friend with her HTC Desire HD with Android custom ROM and wifi tethering connect it without problem...
But it's not a USB modem it's wifi tethering (I'm probably off topic ?)

Hi
I've the same combination (iconia-hd2 wm) and wrestled quite a while to tether in windows mobile. Tried numerous wpa-supplicants and tetherprogs but none worked. The solution.......change your HD2 from windows to Android. I've CyanogenMod Android 2.2. (search in HD2 forum) I can dual boot but so satisfied with Android that i keep it running continuous. Tethering the Iconia.........just start "wireless tethering" in Android, connect and ready.

I don't think it will work with USB..at least I didn't find a way to do this with my PC
Not to be completely annoying, but the [DEV] thread is for someone who knows their way around. If anyone could post a dummy's step-by-step it would be a huge help for noobie android enthusiasts.

[Q] How to enable Adhoc Wifi on Note

I want to know how to enable Adhoc Wifi connection on Galaxy Note N7000, I have rooted device, While searching I found a solution, downloaded a custom wpa_supplicant to changed wpa_supplicant from Sys/bin and changed permissions. But didnt work for me!
Anyone got file or procedure so I can use adhoc wifi?
I have Internet connection in my Laptop & want to share it in my note.
Regards,
Mafiaoso
Mm? If you want to share your laptops connection just activate virtual router if you have windows 7 and activate the wifi on the Note..
In the other hand if you want to share your note Internet, then go to settings-more-wifi hotspot/usb modem and then configure a password if you want and then activate it..
You don't need to be rooted or change anything
Tapatalking on my n7000

What exactly is the issue? I too have Win7 & working fine frm past 6-8months..
Mate... android doesn't have the hardware to detect adhoc networks...
So best thing is use connectify in your laptop... connectify is compatible with win 7 & 8...
If u r not able to install it then try again... u might be doing it wrong... working fine with me...

I think u are trying to use the lite version of connectify.... lite version doesn't support internet sharing... only pro verson does... so try getting a pro version

Wrong.. I can perfectly connect my note/tab 7+/nexus to my laptops windows 7 virtual router natively.. Don't need any connectify
What I think is OP needs to update his wifi card drivers..
Tapatalking on my n7000
I also tried virtual router, a msg appears that virtual router not started.
about Connectify, I have installed Connectify Pro cracked version, now I have plug another wifi adapter with updated drivers ,it connected & also showing the adhoc connection icon on network (Pic attached) but my Note did not detect any adhoc connection, Whats the problem?
off topic
well you are not supposed to discuss cracked software here.. or any other respected boards..
bit of advice...even if you use pirated software please don't mention it in any forums .
on topic
i have never been able to successfully use ad hoc wifi on my note...that's the reason i use reverse tethering apps to connect to the internet via USB cable when I'm outside 3g with no WiFi.

Please report in the specific cm10 thread. !!!DON'T OPEN A NEW ONE!!! Keep the forum clean!
You can try this one.
View attachment tiwlan.7z
Replace the configuration file tiwan.ini here : /system/etc/wifi/tiwan.ini and set the right perm.
Do not touch other quarx's cm10 wifi files. It works perfect here.

[Q] Tmobile Rom Port to Verizon Note 3

Hello,
I have been looking for a while to find a tmobile rom ported to verizon....but so far no luck.
I have seen a Tmobile port to ATT Note 3 ([ROM][TMO UVUBMI7][AROMA-ish]TweakedN3 2.X) and I was wondering if someone know how to tweak the same rom for Verizon Note 3.

No sure what you meant.
I would like to have a tmobile rom that will work on Verizon Note 3 with Wifi-calling feature with tmobile sim on tmobile network.
Can't you just flash it? I've tweaked rc elite to work on my Verizon note 3

Also sharing with me the tweaks would be appreciated.

Would you please post a thread explaining it or share the rom that you built?
Also, did you install it on Stock Slot or Slot 1 ?
Last but not least, does wifi calling work?
How to get rid of aroma installer? I have it installed in slot one. I can post a detailed step by step once I make it home from work
---------- Post added at 06:05 PM ---------- Previous post was at 06:03 PM ----------
And WiFi calling doesn't work on any s5 port but jasmine rom claims to have it working though

Aroma, and all the porting steps.
I am new to rom porting and I have not been successful doing it following already posted steps (most of them are old and not for what I need).
I am looking forward in your post. I can even help you to perfect it and have a nice thread.
Thanks
I have jasmine rom installed and wifi calling does not work. I contacted the developer and he has no clue about it. I even started a thread about debugging the wifi calling on JasmineRom ands posted the catlog.
I'm not sure why it does not work. Maybe someone out there will see my posts about it and give me a hint.

( TMobile Rom port to Verizon Note 3 + Tmobile SIM card ) ==> expecting wifi calling to work.
