I installed Market again because, when I used to restore the Android Market in Cyanogen and open it, it would say something error like then force close. So i installed it and everything is working but whenever I try to download an app it would say starting downloads but it would not actually download. I synced my google account but it would say this
Google applications are syncing data now.
When the "syncing" icon disappears from the status bar at the top of your screen, the download has finished.
When I hit finish then go back to the Accounts & sync settings it says:
Manage Accounts:
[email protected]
Sync is OFF
Sorry I put in _ because i dont want u guys to see it

Hi all.
First thing you will need to do is to delete your setup settings, just open up your 'Settings | Applications' tab and delete the data for 'Google Apps'. Now you will be prompted to setup your account for the phone once again but instead of logging with your regular account you will need to make a new one, when the phone has done it's magic (pun inteded) just fire up the market application, everything there?
Now you can delete your new settings and once again you will be prompted to enter your account but now you can use your regular account and hopefully your market will work as it should, mine did.
/Freddan.
sadly that did not work for me
Ok, please try this. Do a wipe and flash to another rom (normal cupcake or donut), go into Market and make sure everything is there (might take some time for it to sync). Do a wipe again and flash the Sense rom.
Once the phone boots up, DO NOT log into Google Account using wifi. Skip the initial intro part and go key in your APN settings. Then launch Market and sign into Google from there.
It worked for me and fingers crossed that it will go smoothly from here.
hi i just installed cyanogenmod rom on my phone and i login my gmail account...cuz my internet wasnt working at the time.. is there a way i can go back and login my gmail account or do i have to reinstall everything.... thanks
what? i couldnt understand any of that. did you log in or not? if you didnt, just open up gmail and it will prompt you to log in...
with cyanogenmod rom when ever i click on gmail... it just closes right away... i go into setting and try to go to data sync and it wont let me... doesn't do anything...
go to settings>data synchronization
ive tried that it doesn't let me do anything... it doesn't open anything... but in dev tools app there is a google login service...
i knwo there is a way to do it it said so on the page that you skipped that you can do it later but i dont know exactly what it is that you need to do. If all else fails you can always just wipe
oh wait go to your apps drawer and open up Gmail and see what happens
Try this :
Go to settings/applications/manage applications, find "Google apps", delete its data and then reload the Market app (or any Google app that uses your account). It should ask you for your login details again.
Hope this helps

this one requires you to go to the Application Settings (Menu — Settings — Applications — Manage Applications) and clear the data in Google Talk, Google Mail, Market, Google Apps, Download Manager and IM.
then i creat a new googlemail acount and done every thing works fine.
yeah i done this and it worked, tho didnt need to create new account, found this on android forums
i have xperia x10
First back up ur phone numbers
now go on ur pc and log on to ur google mail account
once logged on goto settings
now goto accounts and import
where it says send mail as, switch to @gmail.com (you need to switch ur address to gmail or googlemail )
once you have changed your mail address log out
on your phone goto settings, applications, manage applications and you need to clear cache on the following
google talk, google mail, google apps, market, download manager
turn phone off and on again and goto google talk and log on ur new google address(@gmail.com) once you have done this try downloading a app from market( if you have apps downloading pending cancel and restart.
this is what i did and it worked for me, no factory reset needed
hope it works good luck
A common error occurs to Android users when they attempt to use Google Play to download apps that says “Error Processing Purchase DF-BPA-09″. The error usually doesn’t allow users to download anything and the problem will reoccur with every attempt it will also cause problems with apps like mighty text and other types of apps
Here is a fix that works for me!
The following steps usually fix this problem.
1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Applications.(APPS)
3. Select the All tab.
4. Locate and tap Google Services Framework.
5. Select the Clear data button.
6 click okay to warning message.
note if still doesnt work try un-tick and re-ticking gmail sync in accounts..
and if still issues persisit delete and re-add google account .
Hi, I have Intl Version of Note 3 LTE, Rooted on normal firmware, Nothing Special.
Recently i lost many contacts and after searching i found that it is related to my google account, each time i go to Settings-->Accounts-->Google i get "Unfortunately, Settings Has Stopped"
Here is what i tried so far.
1- Cleared Cash and Ram--------->No Result
2- Clearing Settings Data and Cash------>No Results
3- Updating all apps from store then repeating 1 and 2 ------No Results
4- Cleared cash and data of (Google Play Services and Store) then Same to Google Account Manager and disabling it, Deleted (Sync Folder and accounts.db & Accounts.db-Journal from Device/Data/System)---->Restart--->Enable Google Account manager, I manager to delete google Account, when i set it up again the whole problem came back.
5-Tried in Safe mode.
I cannot access it to sync contacts or anything related, I cannot factory reset as i shall loose my whatsapp data since i moved to another country and my old sim is deleted)
Please help ASAP
The problem is because u moved to another country. Try to use Market Unlocker and set to ur original country.

Hi! I had this same issue and it was irritating the bejesus out of me. I didn't find a fix but I found a work around to get into the account sync settings: open your stock gallery app, hit your menu key, click settings and bam you're in. I hope it works for you as well!
