Hello
I'm an Android User in Viet Nam
I got my R800x last month. I follow this post http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1312859 to root and it works like a charm.
Yesterday, i found many apps randomly force close, I rebooted my phone but after reboot, my phone stucked in Android Logo.I reinstalled the stock rom by SEUS but nothing changed.
Any suggestion, I think, maybe there's a problem with the sdcard, or my personal data is corrupt but I don't know how to do to fix this.
Does anyone knowwwwwwwwww ?
Factory reset is always a good first choice.

After updating to official GB UK Generic my X10 is FCing when ever I try and do anything.
I have repaired by re-installing but the problem persists.
Any ideas?
Is this in the setup screens after you first start the phone after the update? I experienced that but you can just simply "skip" this guide..

Nope its everytime time I start touching the screen,
I get maybe to actions and it crashes.
Its now stuck in a boot loop.
Nightmare.
Hmm, is this straight from SEUS or from one of the pre-rooted ROMs? When you say you repaired do you mean via SEUS? Or have you just re-flashed the rom?

straight from SEUS.
No messing about with the ROM.
Just a straight update.
Format SD-Card and try reinstalling it again.
try doing a factory reset from the settings menu. This happened to me, and it worked
Spot on KeizBaby,
Formatting the SD seems to have sorted it.
Cheers.
FCing again!
Tried formatting sd again and factory resetting but still crashes.
Any other ideas?

This is driving me nuts.
Hi, I have problems with my Galaxy Y. I will try to explain with my poor english the problem:
Before the first mod, I have done a backup of the phone (with CWM). It was absolutely stock, no rooted or modded. I was having trouble with inesperated unmount of the SD card and sometimes the phone shutdowns itself.
Then I installed MIUI Cream. Everything went fine, but I didn't like the ROM so I restored to the original state. After that, I rooted the phone. Then, the problem appeared:
When I try to unlock the phone (after a couple of hours without use) the screen is absolutely white. I press the volume buttons and the phone makes the changing volume sound, it seems to still working.
If I remove the battery and try to reboot it, the white screen appears again, the Galaxy Y logo doesn´t. But if I remove the battery and wait a couple of hours, the phone starts and works normally.
So, I restored it again and cleaned data and cache. Same problem. I tried to unroot it with the "update-unroot" package from the Dummies thread, I got "Status 7" error. So I removed the superuser app with Link2SD, restored it again... Same problem.
I tried to fix the problem installing Creed's ROM. It worked fine, but a couple hours later shows the same problem.
What can I do?
:crying:
Please, someone has any idea? Thanks for reading!

Thanks for the reply! I'm downloading the same firmware that my phone came when I bought it. After flash it I will post the results.
This problem can be a undervolting problem? I started the phone and I figured that if I constantly use the phone the problem doesn't appear, but if I wait 5 seconds (for example, before it locks) the screen turns white.
Hello xda-developers forum members
My phone is samsung galaxy s4 sgh-i337 att
Rooted
Just switched over from iphone 4s, still pretty noob on the android scene.
Okey here is my problem once in awhile I like to restart my phone just to clear up everything. After rooting my phone using the motochop, I restart the phone and it displays this screen saying something failed. Sorry dont remember. But it has a picture of the android logo dead and the options displayed are reboot device, update using etc stuff like this. When i choose the reboot device option it doesnt reboot, shows the samsung custom logo and back to the dead android screen again. And this is the third time it happened, so I would have to wipe everything and use kies to reinstall. Kinda of a hassle. Any one else experiencing this or knows of a fix.
Thank you to anyone that can help
Flash your stock rom via Odin, perform a full wipe. Reboot.
Regards

I don't even know what I did, but my phone is basically useless now. I tried to install the PAC ROM over the summer but I got stuck ina boot loop and had to emergency reset flash back to what I thought was stock firmware using RSD Lite. I don't know if it was actually stock because when I booted up my phone, everything seemed to be in order; but then I found that the play store was not working. Whenever I opened the play store, I got the message "Unfortunately, Google Play Store has stopped." I tried a bunch of methods from here from people who had similar problems, but nothing worked so I decided it must have been the firmware that I used. So then I went and took a 4.04 firmware from the same place I got the first one and went to flash it. The flash on RSD Lite did not work. I tried a bunch of different firmwares and none of them seemed to work. And now, my phone has gotten even worse. Recently, I got a message saying that my storage space was getting low, when I could see in my settings app that it wasn't. And then, this morning, I got a message saying that storage space is too low, you will not be able to receive messages. Then about fifteen minutes later my wireless service dropped and I can't get any service now. I don't think that it is a carrier problem because I have been in the same place as I was yesterday and I was getting full 4G bars the whole time. Anybody know what I can do? I am unrooted an my bootloader is unlocked.
Have you tried Matt's utility? Option 1 I believe found here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2249773

indeed, mikes utility should get you back up and fully functional
Also, factory reset will help. Sounds like lots of stuff is messed up...

Hi guys,
So I had been using my Moto X Pure (3 months approx) and it had been perfectly fine. Except just a couple of days ago while I was on snapchat the phone suddenly shut down. While I tried to restart the phone it got stuck on the boot screen and didn't go past that. I initially tried to wipe cache partition & factory reset but nothing happened, it was still getting stuck on the boot screen.
My phone is unrooted and I haven't tried experimenting with the kernel or anything, mind you.
I left it alone for a couple of days and it started to boot up again, it was working perfectly, no issues whatsoever. But just yesterday the same situation occurred yet again :/ not while I was using snapchat but I unlocked the phone but the screen didn't turn on and it restarted by itself and got stuck onto boot screen again.
Is this an issue with the software or the hardware?
I talked to Motorola and they said they will issue a replacement phone, but I live overseas so it could be a hassle. Should I just send it in for replacement or try and reinstall the rom using factory image?
Thanks guys, really appreciate your help
could try reinstalling the factory image but if you havent messed with anything on the phone maybe its a hardware issue... i dont know
If the bootloader is still locked, i would definitely go through the replacement hassle. Should have no issues whatever after only 3 months and 100% stock.

Have you tried a simple factory reset? Basically a data wipe?

Yeah - I haven't heard of stock unrooted phones getting their system image corrupted such that a reset doesn't get back to proper "stock". Maybe a botched OTA, but if you've got that warranty option, probably be wise to take it.
I don't know this phone and Motorola well enough to say that unlocking your bootloader and starting from scratch, as I would be sorely tempted to do in your situation, won't void your warranty option.
