I have SGS I9000, and my Back & Search button not work, i tried to modify aries-keypad.kl and add key code but no issue.

The I9000 does not have a search button.
Are you sure you don't have a Vibrant maybe?

Dear All,
My Samsung Omnia Lite GT-B7300 mobile is getting switched off automatically when lock key is pressed. The device could not be opened until the battery is removed & inserted back. Actually Lock key or associated software is making the device to turn off.
Kindly help me to solve this problem.

You should try Hard Reset or to change your firmware.
If it will happend after it - you should go to servise. Than its hardware trouble.
guys i bought GT I9000 .. now i need help with 3 button combo .. cannot access recovery and download mode using 3 button combo.. i am confused which guide to follow. please advice. i am on android 2.1 ..

I am unable to access the ServiceMenu on my Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505. I used to be able to access it without any problems by using *#0011#, BACK, Key Input 1; however, it is now not working anymore. When I dial *#0011#, I get the following screen:
ServiceMode.jpg file attached.
When I enter the Key Input 1, it goes back to the above screen again.
For further information, this is a screenshot of my current software version:
