I hope you are well. Nice to meet you all, this is my first post on XDA Developers; I am looking for assistance and I hope you can help.
I am unable to access the ServiceMenu on my Samsung Galaxy S4 GT-I9505. I used to be able to access it without any problems by using *#0011#, BACK, Key Input 1; however, it is now not working anymore. When I dial *#0011#, I get the following screen:
ServiceMode.jpg file attached.
When I enter the Key Input 1, it goes back to the above screen again.
For further information, this is a screenshot of my current software version:

Install the show service mode app at the link below.

uncheck ''use recommended setting choosed'' and select from drop down list, the service to be launched is at the end of the list:

Hi , i can't see the service mode on my galaxy s4 i9500 ..when i type *#0011# ....the service mode is open but it doesnt saw the menu...

Hello I recently bought an Galaxy S4 that is locked to an swedish operator and I am trying to unlock it by using the methods in
the SG4 unlocking guide on the forum. However I am having the problem that each time when i try to do the *#0011# and tap BACK and then TAP 1 nothing happens. So I started searching and found that my modem is to new and thats the problem why I cant acess the service mode menu.
My phone is new and it has not been rooted or anything I am currently on I9505XXUBMEA wich I´ve been told is to new modem to be able to acess the Service mode menu. So what I want to do is to try flash to an older modem and see if I can reach the menu to be able to unlock my phone.
The problem however is that I have been searching a lot and can´t find any info if i can just flash my current XXUBMEA modem to an older modem without doing any damages to the phone? Should I use the odin program to do so?
I really appriciate all the help that you guys can provide.

You're in the wrong forum unfortunately, this is the forum for the i9295 and i537 - also known as the Galaxy S4 Active. You want the forum for the Galaxy S4 - I'm sure you'll be able to get help there! Good luck.

First thanks for all your help in advance.
My mobile yesterday started to give me error "Not registered on the network" every time I tried to do a phone call. After google-it apparently this is a common problem on the Samsung devices and following a tutorial on the link bellow I was able to root my mobile phone without any problem and following the tutorial on idroidspace I was able to try all the solutions as suggested
On the first they ell to try using ARIZA patch, but when I ran it says that my model is not compatible. On the second on they advice me to flash my modem, I have follow all the instructions but didn't work as well, I was still receiving the error when I tried to do a phone call.
Today I was looking to find the stock firmware (ROM) for my Samsung thinking that a reinstallation could work to solve the error, but after I installed the Kernel file using ODIN v3.07 my mobile is now saying "kernel is not seandroid enforcing" message and after that is not showing any image on the screen
I'm trying to turn my mobile using recovery mode but the same message shows up and the mobile is not turning on...I'm only able to turn the mobile on using the download mode...and ODIN is still detecting it
My Mobile is a Samsung S4 GT-I9505 XXUBMEA unlocked to all the networks from UK
Can you guys please help me? I probably have destroyed the phone already and seek for help to late. But can you guys help me?

Unfortunately, you're posting in the wrong forum. This is the forum for the S4 Active which is a very different device than the regular S4. Post your question in this forum and you should get an answer.

I recently bought This phone but its locked. I tryed to unlock it but i am stucked in one place. as i am totally newbie.
I have opened *#0011# And press back from menu , after this i have put the input key as 1 . but it didnt show me thw service mode main menu .
So i need help. I don't know whats the issue with it.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Also someone said me that use z3x unlock .
I don't know what is Z3X Unlock and how to do it.

My friend brought samsung galaxy s5 (sm g900f) from paris(France). Actually what happened is I have updated the OS 4.4.2 to 5.0 with out unlocking the mobile. So now when i insert a new(India) sim, it is not asking any unlock code. Is there any way to resolve this problem. I am not able to unlock my phone. If any one know how to do please do share the method with me.....Thanks
