[Q] for all the experts out there !

hey guys I bought the phone off someone online and I can't return it.the Knox warranty is already void .I am not able to make calls or send texts and no mobile data button also.It says not registered on network as shown in the attached pictures .I rooted it but that didn't help so I got the official firmware and still the same problem can someone please tell me what's wrong with this phone ? It might be locked but I don’t know the provider already tried Virgin Mobile and Telus SIM cards still not working! Could it be radio locked ? And if it's network locked how can I get it to prompt the screen where I enter the lock code ?? Phone info in the pictures thanks

Hello guys,
I recently bought This phone but its locked. I tryed to unlock it but i am stucked in one place. as i am totally newbie.
I have opened *#0011# And press back from menu , after this i have put the input key as 1 . but it didnt show me thw service mode main menu .
So i need help. I don't know whats the issue with it.
Any help would be highly appreciated.
Also someone said me that use z3x unlock .
I don't know what is Z3X Unlock and how to do it.

Unlock S5 from Ntelos for use in Europe

Hi I have this s5 and turns out it is on the network Ntelos from US and right now I am in Ireland is it possible to unlock to a different network so it can work over here?

Typically you will need the unlock code to unlock the phone.
You can buy it online, or follow this topic to request it for free (if any luck).

[Q] Not able to get the unlock code## plz can anyone help

Hi,
My friend brought samsung galaxy s5 (sm g900f) from paris(France). Actually what happened is I have updated the OS 4.4.2 to 5.0 with out unlocking the mobile. So now when i insert a new(India) sim, it is not asking any unlock code. Is there any way to resolve this problem. I am not able to unlock my phone. If any one know how to do please do share the method with me.....Thanks

Thanks Andrew for the help... I have updated the OS (software) to 5.0 right. Will this method works now or do I need to downgrade the software back to 4.4.2. Please do reply

Actually, the France career network was "FREE MOBILE". Now when i tired for ordering the unlock code, in most of the websites i am not finding this network to select. Please help me with this asap... [email protected]
