Yes but i dont remember what the boot animation theme is called .
http://romkitchen.org/sgs/?s=generator
might even be the Android loading animation here .

the probles is: I do not want a new boot animation! instead I want to have NO ANIMATION at all!
I just want to see kernel messages like debian linux

root your phone and download sgs toolbox from market. In this app, you can remove, silence or change boot animation

Boot animation files are in .
system /Media /
Delete Boot Animation Zip
Delete Boot Samsung.qmg
Delete Boot Samsungloop.qmg
Does no boot animation = kernel messages on Android .
jje
@jje: tanx
but removing that files results in blank boot screen, no kernel message displayed.

It's a "fake", it's not the real kernel messages like mf_417 wants, it's only a video. And you're right, it's one of the animations proposed by the romkitchen. (BIOS #2 Boot Animation)
I havn't seen yet anything which allows to display kernel messages on boot.

Custom is a zip file .
Original is two QMG files .

After posting my custom boot animation for Oxygen, I’ve been asked to bake it with android to make it more universal.
So here I come
Two version, with and without particles ring
Hope you like it, this is the video of the PNG sequence with the particles ring
And this is a video of the PNG sequence without the particles ring
PNG is 394×394 pixels, but you will see a full width animation (nice trick!)
Files can be found here
Animation is also available as a Live Wallpaper in my apk here
Hope you like it. If so, use thank button or donation (I'll appreciate it. LOL)
can't download the zip file nothing on your site no zip file to download
are you sure? File has been downloaded 311 times in less then 12 hours.
Try again.

Love the circle with bubbles, would be great to have the android replaced with oxygen as I also run a blue theme. Let me know if you decide at anytime in the future as this is the best bootanimation I have used.

Renamed it to bootanimation.zip and copied it in /data/local but no luck... Any other way than ADB ?
Which rom are you running? Try system/media. Or search your rom for bootanimation.zip and replace it.

Mini FaqThere is 2 way, how to install bootanimation/downanimation
First:
You can read here thx bootika (also u can read how to install splash)
Second:
- You need root on your phone
- Install RootExplorer
- Put bootanimation into root of your sdcard
- Open RootExplorer on your phone and replace bootanimation on your ROM
PS: it can be (depends on what folder u have in ur rom) /system/customize/resource/
or
/data/local/
PPS: if you didn't have sound in your rom it must be at (depends on what folder u have in ur rom) /system/customize/resource/android_audio.mp3
or
/data/local/android_audio.mp3

@Wartexx
How u install it?
It is a nice idea, but i think it will more populair if you change the colors to black/white instead of white/black...
@Bitjesmaker
Ty for reply, will make another version with invert colors soon.
I really liked it alot!
So much that when i decided to create my own bootanimation i took the final frame(with the I <3 Desire written out) and turned it into a splash screen!
Love the scribble look of the htc and the "I <3 Desire" part was the dot over the i as we say in Sweden

For your 1st Question,
You can convert any ZIP bootanimation !
All you need is to resize the Pictures inside bootanimation.zip
You need to resize them one by one.
The resolution of the Tab is 1280x800
So you must reduce sizes like 480x800, 560x940, 1080x1920 and so on.
About your second question,
What do you mean with this link ?
Note: This MetroUI bootanimation is in .qmg while bootanimation on the link (you posted) are in ZIP format.
