it seems to be related to u8800 pro, however the stock pro rom will brick these phones.

[Q] Working ROM's?

Hey, so, forgive me if this is a silly question, but has anyone been using different ROM's for the U8800 since Stockwell has been porting Clockwork?
I'm pretty new to this whole scene, but my understanding is that although we can now backup our system, there aren't any rom's available for the U8800...
we don‘t have any diy rom yet.
Aight, thanks. I guess I'll keep my eyes open and see when we do
waiting for the custom roms , anyone working on it or have any eta ?

[PRO](iyokan){mk16i}proper baseband for FXP131

Hi.. Since im not exactly allowed yet in posting on the development threads (obviously because im a superNOOB).. I was lurking the development forums.. And i was also searching the nooks and crannies for tuts and guides, ive even used the searchBar for God knows how many times.. I even checked the main thread for FXP131 CM9 RC2.. But the specific baseband for mk16i is not included in the link of FXP.. Can someone with the FXP CM9 on the iyokan shed some light on what needs to do?..
Take note that this is the very first time im gona root and install a custom ROM on any phone..
Thanks to google.. Ive learned alot.. But not enough..
I humble asked for the guidance of someone with a step by step guide to which should be flashed first on the phone..

Hi,
I don't quite follow you. What precisely is a 'proper' baseband for the rom? You can find a reference to the *recommended* baseband in the FXP thread for each device.

Good things: fixed lag on open dialpad, fixed video camcoder lag, a slighty general increase speed, and other small bug fixes
bad things: audio mono on camcoder videos, bug led notification(only sms fixed), maybe others...

How to tell if you are on HC or ICS bootloader?

I rooted my tablet a few months ago and can't remember what I used. I want to flash to a new ROM and didn't know if I am on HC or ICS bootloader. How do I check?

Can this thread be moved? I'm in the same position as the OP, flashed a few months ago. I think I have one of the first builds from flexreaper ICS however when I try to flash CM10 it gives me build prop errors. Any help?

Pal... Read the Rules.. Such threads are prohibited on xda..
Stabl/BEST/FAST ROM threads are not allowed..
"ALL" ROMs are stable and FAST. It depends upon you, which you like.
Every Rom has its own features that makes it unique.
Answer for question : PurityKK,PSXv2 KK, Carbon(still 4.3) are stable and good. Choice is yours.

rohit02 is right ..such threads are prohibited on xda .. theres no such best/stablest/fastest rom .. all roms are the best in their own way .. try out the one you find most suitable for you!

Would you want to be the first person to try CyanogenMod 10.2. The stable verson of it is just released.
Sent from my Nexus 4 running Android 4.4.
Calukins ROM is the most stable in my opinion. Bar none

Find the one that has the mods you require. If you don't know what mods you need from a ROM then stick with rooted stock ROM.
