Does anyone know where i can get the battery %
Its basically just white numbers and percentage sign,no colour or shape etc,its included on one of the themes.
Any ideas anyone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What ROM are you using? Provide more info, otherwise no one can help.
There's no such option in stock roms. You can use apps like "battery minder" as I do.
If you are using stock rom then you can go to HTC Hub and download battery widget. Its a nice liitle widget with battery percentage and clicking on it shows battery info and all as a pop up on home screen.
The app Minimalistic Text will do that, you can create a widget and it can launch a custom app when you press it. They are nice in that it's just text and looks very clean

Battery Indicator is a good one that gives you a percentage on the very top. It doesn't replace the default icon though.

Do I have to be rooted?
I want to remove the time, battery status, and alarm clock on/off icon.
Thanks.
You can run a home alternative like adw or launcher pro to choose to hide it.

No. I do not want to hide the entire bar, just those specific icons.
I'm interested also in removing those specific icons. The battery indicator is very inaccurate.

There is a "fix" for the inaccuracy. It's just loading up more graphics with incremental changes.
I use the switch pro widget which already contains a very accurate battery meter along with a bunch of other goodies.
The clock is useless to me simply because the lock screen before you get into your home screen contains a huge clock.
cyanogen gives these options. I dont know of another way. I have done one of the "accurate" battery mods and LOVE IT (check jonnybuenos theme out, amazing).
Cyanogen should add a feature where if you press the battery icon in the notification bar, settings would come out for it in a windowed box belox the notification bar. Same for the time and if you had wifi on for example you could click it to go to the wifi settings page. That would be so awesome!

This would require a complete rewrite of fundamental android elements and would not be a task someone would most likely undertake.

You can do something similar to what you want if you use the notification power widget. You can add toggles for all sorts of setting that lie within your notification bar that are very easy to access. You can enable in in CM settings.
I don't see the tiny wifi or battery icons as being good shortcuts. If you really want to though, try submitting a feature request on the cm bugtracker. It will get noticed more there.
Not very finger friendly up in the corner imo

How do you change the app icon picture? I am rooted and running cyanogen nightly 110 with launcher pro. Yes I can change the dock icon but not the screen icon, it does not give you anything option to change to custom icon.......This question only few of you might know what I'm talking about.
Check out desktop Visualizer in the market.

thanks man
if you are rooted and not afraid of getting you hands dirty a bit, you can try using ninjamorph to change the icon permanently. It can replace any files you would like within a given application. If you like customization i recommend trying it. Ive changed icons, different color rosie buttons, and also icons in the status bar.
Hello I have sense 5 toolbox on my HTC One SV but the battery icon is turned the other way around. I want to make my phone look like HTC m8 but the battery Icon is keeping my phone to look like that anyone know how to turn this one the other way around please? Thanks in advance

I've found none for the entire status bar unless you're rooted so I'm using Battery Overlay Percent Key. It defaults to covering up your battery icon but you can move the battery icon anywhere you like. There is a free version but you get more customizations with the key which is pretty cheap. Oh there is one app for the status bar I know of called Omega but I found it to be terrible.

Odd that there isn't more launchers that do it, but there is one launcher that does have built-in status bar editing, CleanUI. It's a IOS look alike that previously was called Espier Launcher. I've tried it and it's not too bad, but it seemed to use more battery than Nova, what I normally use.
