Are you for real?
Yeah I bought it from ebay and I didn't see the part where it said no operating system as I was more interested in the savings I was getting.
Yes, you can install all compatible os' onto your phone
Eg. Android, Windows mobile, Windows Phone 7.
Just follow the guides, but they all basically start with - Hold down the [Vol_Down] button, and turn on the phone. You will see a multi-colour screen, then just flash either a windows mobile os, or magldr/clk then install wp7/android.

I have installed Android Froyo on my HD 2 but whenever I restart my phone it goes back Win Mo. Any idea why this is happening?
Seriously? Wow.
Well if you "installed" via HaRET, then its NOT installed, it "booted" ther is not a way currently to write android to nand I belive, and its normal, just run haret when you reboot and you will be back in android ;-)

Hi I'd like to know is it possible run a Windows phone 7 software on HTC hd2 ? And if it is possible then how much space it takes on a memory card, and is this software like just a program wich you can to run or it's going to reinstall default software?

Put it inside system/customize/resource via adb or create a cwm zip if you are using cwm.

will try thnx
tried and doesnt work also tried with terminal nothing
Haven't checked the source, mobile currently, but it's probably a boot anim for a device with a lower screen resolution. Scale 'em up to 800*480 or find some others.
hey,
I am wondering if it is possible to get dual boot with WP7 and Android on my htc trophy?

Sorry, same answer.... Nope.
somehow I think it it possible.. Just that no one work on it.. Since some phones running Winmo6.5 can boot android too..
They are working on it on the HD7..... Maybe down the line, personally I would prefer a 6.5.1/3 dual boot. Too many apps I could use on a daily base that WP7 does not offer yet.
Can I ask why you would ever want to dual boot Android & Windows? Personally don't see the point.
I understand Windows/Linux on a PC (As Windows is crap, but of course you can play games on it!) But on a phone?
I would do it just to say I did it. I had Android 1.6 on my HTC Vogue. I people have Android 2.3 and wp7 dual booting on the HD2 it would technically be possible but no dev would probably want to put in the time. I know I don't even want to our the time into installing it. WP7 > Android

No, again. Well, it MAY be possible, but no one is working on it. If you want Android, you shouldn't have gotten a WP7 phone.
Is it possible to install two operating systems on the phone Htc Trophy?
Hi
Newbie here... I've searched for this Q & A but ' haven't found anyone with this exact problem...
I've just bought an used but barely used HTC HD2 with WM6.5 from a friend of mine.
I wanted to have both Android and WM, so i did install RAFDROID HD 4.2 on my sd. Everything went smooth on the installation, but now i wanted that Android as my default OS. Every time i turn on my HD2, it loads automatically WM. Tried to install [APP] RunDroid-dual boot to Android [SD] or WM6, and even when i select Android as default, it will load WM first...
Anyone can help me?
Thanks
António

Can you help me, giving me a tip on how i do that? (it is mandatory that i maintain WM intact on the phone memory)
well if you want nand android than your WM will be gone.
but you can always reflash it back to WM later.
if you do not want WM to be gone you should maybe try a different bootloader

Right, you should try a different boot loader
try this: multiboot: http://www.mediafire.com/?nssn9v0ijoy3thv
You can install more than 1 android build on SD card.
