Just spoke to @Stephenjatdell about the new streak and he said there is no news yet but he would like streak owners to tweet their views to him.
This may go nowhere but it is better than nothing! I love the streak and do not want to have to get a Galaxy Note for £600, a new streak would be much better so let dell know how much you love them!

I know its a sore subject around here. But thanks to a few of you, Dell appears to be close to making good a decent phone. We'll know by the end of the week.
In reviewing many of the threads here, especially the ones accusing Dell of fraud, Micheal Dell of being less than a man, and some basic Dell hates us stuff, I read a few lines by several people that mentioned every company and many phones go through this exact problem....of course, they were laughed off....some in anger...some in jest.
My time with the Venue Pro is almost over. 7 months with a single phone is a long time for me, and I've already purchased my next phone. I'll be looking for a Mango device near the end of the year....but in researching my new purchase I came across many of the things that were written here in the Venue Pro forum. I thought I would share one that just made me laugh.....this is for you Sparta....beware your next purchase...

My Dell is not gone...as I have to work with it daily...I'll just take it less serious now.
Also, check this out. Android Forums review of the Dell Venue. Yes its a Droid...but the interesting thing is the wrap up. Skip to the end and read the conclusions about this Venue Pro knock off....just what most people in this forum as been saying for months....

According to several members that have contacted DELL, the official Honeycomb OTA is supposed to roll out within 48 hours.
We'd love to have someone there w/ HC experience to help us tweak things out and get it flashed!

Hello fellow xda members,
I know many devs and community members are busy enjoying and developing for many new shiny phones and tablet, but today i turn and ask for your help.
There is a small community of DELL Streak 7 owners along with ONE DEV who are trying to bring some life and a lot of improvements into our small and pitiful tablet running Tegra2.
Our current Honeycomb 3.2 build is running off the XOOM dump. We have some features and errors that of course, because there is no native dump for the streak, are having problems fixing.
I come asking as a poor newb, because i really tried to learn how to learn to modify ROMs and i couldn't do it, for your support.
Our one and only dev right now is DJ_Steve (Click here for profile), who has done and continues to do a freaking amazing job. He has achieved what many thought was not possible; making honeycomb work for our small tablet.
If any of you guys out there have any time and ability to spare, we would REALLY appreciate your support and expertise.
DELL has said they would release a HC update, but as we know, so has every other android manufacturer; most lie.
So, I come representing many, and humbly ask, will you help us out?

Well everyone, I have officially left my EVO and Sprint for the Samsung Galaxy Note I717. I don't want to get into the technical or network reasons as to why, I just felt the need to and I love my new device.
Please know, I am going to miss everyone that stayed with arguably one of the best and well developed devices. I made a lot of friends here (you know who you are ) and hope to keep them. This forum taught me a lot...I never owned an Android powered device until my EVO. And I'm glad I did!
I'm still here on XDA...just a different forum now. If you ever want to stop by the Note I717 forums, feel free to give me a shout out. I have so much to learn and new friends to make. But my heart will also be attached to my OG HTC EVO 4G.
I never say goodbye...just see you later. As said in the U.S. Marine Corps...fair winds and following seas.

How much is a functional Vibrant worth?
The guy just seems to be lazy judging from what he wrote.
And it has been pulled by the seller for some reason. From the looks of it though, the bid got up to $130.
