[Q] Undelete email in trash folder? - Nook Color Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi,
I am running Cyanogenmod 7 off of an sdcard. I accidentally deleted a few emails using the email client (not Gmail) that have attachments. They are found under the trash folder and can be viewed (not the attachments though). The only option available is to delete the emails. Is there any way to move them back to the inbox or forward them? They are no longer on my server and only exist in the trash folder of my Nook Color.
Thanks.

Google Mail Folders

Is it possible to be able to view all of my folders on my Google Mail account and not just my standard inbox.
Hotmail works perfect...I can view everything...It syncs all folders available.
But Google Mail doesn't.
Any ideas? Or is that as good as it gets.
Thanks
I suggest trying out Google Mail Pop3-mail.

That's what I've done. It doesn't sync my custom folders that I've made or anything like that.
All I get is the standard folders such as inbox, deleted, drafts, sent items and outbox.
I want to be able to see all of my folders that I have just like I can view them in a normal browser.
I didn't know you could syncronize folders using POP3, but I've been wrong before (this one time in 1984 I think  )...

IMAP Folders - save sent msgs to another folder than "Sent Items"?

Hi everyone, I've looked EVERYWHERE and I can't find anything about this. Its kind of difficult to describe but someone on here has to know what I'm talking about.
I recently bought an IMAP email hosting account. They do this weird thing where the "Sent", "Trash" and "Drafts" folders are all subfolders of the Inbox, rather than separate and along side them. In the phone, the folders come up as "Inbox.Sent", "Inbox.Trash", "Inbox.Drafts".
Whenever I write an e-mail on my 8525, I would like it to save a copy of the sent e-mail. There is of course the option to "Save sent messages to 'Sent Items' folder" but since that folder does not exist, it just does not save anything.
Is there ANY way to make it so it saves the sent e-mails to "Inbox.Sent"? Like a registry edit? Any and all help greatly appreciated. I will buy you a beer or something. Thanks!
I am wondering the same thing myself, actually. Have you figured out a solution, or does anyone else know of one?
Okay, for me, I had to change my "Sent" folder on my server to "Sent Items". Once I did that it began working properly. I just reassigned my sent folder using Mail (on a Mac).
Unfortunately Outlook cannot be assigned to 'non-root' Sent Folders. At this point I see 3 options.
1) Contact your service provider and ask them to give you an IMAP account wth the Sent Folder in the ROOT and not under Inbox. I have noticed this kind of hierarchy only with Linux operated Mail Server space. Check if they will be willing to switch you over to a Windows Mail Server which has the Sent Items folder under the ROOT.
2) Manually copy all the email from your PPC Sent Items folder to 'Inbox.Sent' folder on the server.
3) Use Flexmail 2007. It's an excellent email program and offers several advanced mailing features. It even allows you to designate any folder on the server as a Sent Items folder. This way you wil have a copy of all your sent email as well.
Or if you run your own mail server you can symlink to your Sent folder.
ln -s .Sent .Sent\ Items

email notification

does the email application have to be running for auto-detection? also, is there a way to delete emails in the trash folder without them reloading (and keep them on the server)?
thanks,

[Q] Moving email to another folder?

I'm not sure exactly how to do this....
In my old phone, (WM phone), I could create a new folder within the email
program, called "saved", and when an email came through, I could move
any received mail to another folder.
I can't find any way to do that (if at all), in 1.6 (dell streak).
Is it possible to copy, move an email to another folder, or to copy/paste
the contents of the email to another application?
TIA

[Q] Exchange email folder sync settings

Email app on Android 4.2.2 on S4 is getting better with sub folder sync enabled. However, while it syncs the sub folders at the interval I define, it doesn't show unread emails from all folders. I have to go into each folder to find unread emails.
Touchdown was able to just show all unread emails at the top without me having to go into subfolders.
Any way to enable this on stock email app?
+1! I need to know this too, it's exhausting having to click all folders then open up sub folders then clicking it as well
