Broke my Incredible

Sadly, I dropped my Dinc and shattered the screen today. I was planning on waiting to get the Thunderbolt but it looks like I am forced to upgrade early. Just when all these great roms are being released... terrible problem to have.

same boat as you, messed up a hosuing replacement. Ill be heading there tomorrow to pay full OOC price. OUCH!

Broken aria

Was wondering your opinions if my aria was broken and I sent It to att via insurance how much would they charge .me and do you think theyed send me another aria?

Assuming it's rooted, they wouldn't replace it under warranty unless you install the 2.2 at&t issued update first. If you can't do that, I would suggest claiming it stolen to get a replacement under warranty. I'm pretty sure they still issue the Aria for replacement purposes.

Vibrant insurance replacement?

Hi guys, I'm wondering if my phone breaks and I pay insurance. Will they replace my phone with the same one? Or have they discontinued the regular vibrant in lieu of the new 4g one on t mobile?

They'll likely give you another vibrant. I just had another warranty replacement and received a stock 2.1 vibrant replacement.

Warranty.

Htc has a new warranty that includes 1 cracked screen replacement. How can we exhort Sammy to do the same for Us?

I would say to try out another ROM and check if its still happening before hand... And usually the warranty is based on imei (at least in Canada) they don't particularly care for receipts here....
Although if you are rooted you would have to go back to stock because they might invalidate your warranty because you tampered with the system...
