hey guys. i was playing with my phone and for some reason, when i tried changing my background picture, it says
No Activity found to handle intent { act=android.intent.action.CHOOSER (has extras) }
so now i am unable to change my desktop wallpaper. not sure what exactly i did wrong. can someone please help me with this problem. i tried searching and searching but i couldnt find any help. thanks in advanced guys!

1.What ROM?
2.Rooted or Not?
3. What launcher app are you using?
4.Try fixing permissions if ans to 2 is yes
5. Try changing wallpaper thru gallery app
6.Try wiping cache/dalvik in recovery, and no doing this wont hurt the phone

Can anyone tell me what xml i edit to change the text color? Been trying to follow a few tutorials with no joy.

Well it is very easy to change the text colour.There are two ways.One is easy and other is a bit tricky.if you dont have root access try adw launcher ex it makes changing text colour and size very easy and fun and it offers a lot of customizations.if you dont have adw launcher ex(paid app)inform me I will post a link for the same.Hope this helps.

Ran into this Pandora app that has a transparent widget. I installed it and placed the transparent widget in my homescreen. When I tried to run it though, I got the ff. error:

So I thought, oh maybe because it's a modded Pandora app. I'll try the original from the Market. I did. Got the same error.
Next I thought, maybe it detected that I'm not from the US (I'm from the Philippines). I followed the instructions shown here, which worked for me before. But now, I still got the same error.
Any ideas, guys???

Search the forums and you'll find the Nook Color specific Pandora apk. If you don't find it, shoot me a PM and I can pull it from mine tomorrow and upload it for you.
JSONObject Error Pandora
Just installed Pandora on new Samsung Galaxy S 2 Android phone and get the following error when trying to start it, "Unexpected JSON error occurred:Vaule <html> of type java.lang.String cannot be converted to JSONObject while StartupAsyncTask"
I have uninstalled it and moved it from phone to SD card, cleared data and same error occurs.
Any ideas

I am a fan of Home Base but I have yet to successfully install the "Blue-Chronic" version and have the theme come active. When I look at the preferences for twlauncher it says the active theme is none and there are none to be loaded from the sdcard. Any help would be appreciated as I have done searches but have not been able to find evidence that anyone else has had this issue so I figure this is some kind of Noob mistake on my part.

UPDATE: I solved the problem by simply pushing the android.policy he provided in his thread, I still haven't figured out what was causing it. Well now the problem is solved.
Hi, after following d3cka's AOSP lockscreen guide, I managed to add everything succesfully without any compiling errors.
After pushing all of the needed files and rebooting the phone, I started up with the sliding lockscreen and I was like yay, it worked! But after going to Lidroid Parts and changing the lockscreen style, it didn't change.
So I'm stuck with just one lockscreen, doesn't matter if I set to Samsung, Rotary, etc, it just always stays the same lockscreen.
Tried signing both lidroid-res.apk, lidroidparts.apk as someone suggested in another thread, doesn't work.
Tried installing lidroidparts manually as an app, got it to appear in drawer, etc, but still it won't change the lockscreens.
Tried giving LidroidParts.apk rw-r--r-- permissions, doesn't help.
Tried leaving /system mounted as rw but that doesn't help aswell.
Has anyone had such issue? If so, please share how you solved it.

I think my galaxy s4 might me hacked. The battery is draining faster and the system is producing massive logfiles. I recorded only 1 minute and the logfile is huge. Can anyone please help me to verify the events happening and look for strange activity?
My device is rooted and i'm running a Cyanogenmod ROM (cm_jfltexx-userdebug 4.3.1 JLS36I)
There is also some su activity that worries me.

i recommend you to wipe data/factory reset & wipe cache partion
maybe the problem is gone
if doesnt try going to stock rom
