V6 SuperCharger vs Best RAM Optimization - HD2 Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting and Genera

Looks likes those two scripts are quite popular. Have you tried any of them? if so, which one do you think is the best / why ?
[SCRIPT][18.8.2011] The Best RAM Optimization - New Update!
[Script][Update 9 Beta] The V6 SuperCharger! The ONLY Android MEMORY FIXER!
Thank You.

Super charger is my fav... It works super well!!!!.. Anyways how are you

I tried the ram optimization script on some roms... It feels smoother but not that much.
Will try the other one now
And if you want a real fast rom use jw kernel
Makes your phone booting in half of the normal time

Have you tried running the Supercharger script in this order? 7, 8, 11, 16, and 20.

Where did you get this order from?
where does anyone get the orders from?
I was told to do 3 then 7, in a topic for a ROM i flashed.
does that mean,
So i just run it,
press 3,
when it finishes doing it's thing,
press 7,
when it finishes, I just switch phone off-and back on?

Has anyone tried V6 Supercharger with Tyweens Typhoon Mod Rom?

Sorry for bringing this age-old topic up. Just curious what are the config to choose between the numbers in order for our Good-old HD2 perform flawlessly? Does this script even works?

Live Wallpapers Slows Down Phone

So it seems like every live wallpaper slows my phone down, bigtime. All animations are VERY choppy and laggy. Seems to happen to other people using the HD2 with Android as well. Any known fix?
dont use the lives, kills batt anyways!
I don't care about battery. I'm always close to a charger.
What build/kernel are you using? Obviously the live wallpaper is going to use more system resources and slow you down a bit as well as use more battery, but it shouldn't be too bad. try overclocking your processor with setcpu that could help. Also, try restarting after applying the wallpaper or killing some background apps that you aren't using to free up memory. I love the live wallpapers too but I prefer speed and performance instead.

Using the HD2 Nexus build (with the G-Sensor fix). Kernel is 2.6.32.15r8.2.
Even at 1.13GHz with performance governer enabled this happens to me too.
It's not terrible though, the animations just look choppy.

See above for my kernel version...I really want to fix this. Seems almost like a video driver issue.

Come to think of it this could be a stagefright issue. Not 100% familiar with it but i know it has something to do with video playback and chopiness, and there is a way to enable/disable it.

using vbn win rom 2.12.50.2 radio, to be honest ivew tried so many droid builds i dont know what im using!says 2.2 hd2 android pimped by CMYLXGO,kernal 2.6.32.15r8? sorry dont know more then that!!amazing build, 2 days battery, so smooth and quick!!
Hm, I'm using the HD2 Nexus build with 2.14 Radio.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=793924&page=1
That build. That is the MOST stable one I've found so far. The G-Sensor even works perfectly, quite amazing.
Well I got SetCPU installed, but I don't know how to clock it higher than 998MHz...
All animated backgrounds run smooth for me. Kernel is hastarin 8.5.1 and ROM is MDJ Froyo Clean Sense v. 2.3 (old version).
Also, I run my phone at around 600 MhZ and undervolt it more than the default MDJ ROMs. Everything still runs smoothly. So it really should be running 100% smoothly on your phone - if it isn't, something is wrong with your ROM combination.

V6 supercharger

I was wondering if anyone here was using the v6 supercharger I found on the evo section on the shift?
Sent from my speedy miui with 1.9 of overclocked goodness..
Yes i have used v6 supercharger script and it works very well. Just make sure the rom you are running doesnt already have ram script built in. I cant remember what settings i used, i know i used 12 (bulletproof launcher) and i think it was 3, or 8 but im not sure. I run mikshiftedG and the latest update has juwe11's ramscript built in so not really a need for v6 anymore...
Sent from my PG06100 using Tapatalk
Have used V6 SuperCharger. Don't need it now, but it does work very well . You just have to experiment to find the right settings for your use.
thanks for the input.. im currently using miui 1.8.26 and mainly wanted to test out the turbo 3g
Where do we find this script?

What setting have you guys seen the best results with?

It's been a while, but if I remember right I was running setting #8 . Also, ran #6 for a bit. Liked #8 better, but as I said it's been a while. You should experiment and see what works best for your particular setup.

It alters the internal ram management settings so its tweaked for your device instead of using the default generic settings. People should be using this and not task killers on android 2.1+.

Nope... The script manager app needs root to run. Meaning every reboot you would have to re-temp root your device start script manager and choose your options.

But it still might be worth the effort from what I've seen. Stock unrooted GB Sense reloads constantly .

what it does??? does somebody need ram? why? there is always almost 200MB of RAM free. So our devices have 353MB and it's onli less than 30% used so i think nobody needs any of app or script to free ram why you buy phone with more ram and you do not allow phone to use it?

Battery drainage - No.
Notice a difference - hard to say on its own because I use it with other mods. I rooted and flashed clockwork recovery, changed launchers (to LauncherPro) and abandoned Touchwiz though am still on the stock rom; added SD card cache boost; used the V6 supercharger, modded my build.prop, and the end result is my Gtab is super smooth in daily use with essentially no issues.
