WM5 Rogers ROM

Does anyone have, or know where I might be able to find a Rogers WM5 ROM for the TyTN? Is this even possible to find or am I SOL?
I'm looking for one also
Same here.. I would like to have one onhand just in case something goes wrong with my phone and I need to send in for repairs.
I have the WM6 Rom from HTC's official site installed right now (working perfectly by the way), and not too sure if Rogers would support a return if something went wrong.
Thanks
i just got my new rogers tytn today. I was planning on making a backup and updating ROM. if this is WM5 i will post backup file once I figure out how to do this.
That would be awesome as I am sure lots of here would appreciate a backup incase of warranty triggered
Alright... so I am going to get to this tomorrow morning - but I have no clue how to backup the existing ROM. I see a lot on how to install a NEW ROM, but nothing that I can find about the backup.
Can somebody guide me in the right direction so that I don't screw this up! LOL
Thanks

I will just have to find out how I check which one i have.
Is there somebody that can do this to the Rogers ROM?

I believe that will do what you need in order to flash the original ROM back onto your device.
My brain is getting sore from all of the reading about all of this. Sometimes I think life would be easier if I wasn't a "geek".
I'm probably a newb to this, but I've managed to create my own rogers ROM and have it successfully work. The only thing missing my own precompiled ROM was the Rogers splash screen and the Radio which is suppose to be 1.42...
If there is somewhere I can upload the packaged Rogers ROM please let me know and I'll quickly upload it for everyone.
the files in the Rogers rom are all RAW files. how do you load it to your device?

ziadsa, thank you very much. I am looking at moving to a new phone, even though the TyTN has served me well, so I want to pass it on in original condition. Of course, I will be pointing the new owner to xda-developers. The next owner may want more from the phone, like I got.

I now have the original ROMs back in place and it works beautifully, but the splash screen still shows PDAviet.
Does anyone know how to correct this and get the Rogers screen back in place? I know this forum has been quiet for a long time, so if I don't get a response here, I will try with a new thread.
Thanks in advance.

Back to normal.

I am in the situation that I want to go back to the original Magic ROM. Where can I find it and how will I back to the original and not rooted ROM?
Any One?
Am told that it is not easy to get it rooted, but I will at least just like the original ROM
I'd like to do the same! I rooted my phone with Haykuro's Magic rootme ROM and all has been well for weeks but now I'm receiving an OTA and it just keeps downloading without installing. I know I should have done a nandroid backup but I didn't and now I can't go back unless anyone can post a link to a stock HTC Magic ROM image (uk vodafone would be ideal but any HTC or Google standard image should be OK). Has anyone done a nandroid backup of a clean phone and willing to share it? Thanks in advance.
I found what I need here:

I've not tested it myself yet.

[Q] Where to find LG G2 d802 16gb Vodafone UK Firmware / Rom?

Need to return my phone (LG G2 16gb) for repair, however I was a fool and didn't create a dump / backup of the firmware and now I'm really struggling to find the file I need to return it to stock (Vodafone UK).
I've looked here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2687260
http://storagecow.eu/index.php?dir=Xda%2FLG+G2%2FStock%2F
...but can't find a Vodafone UK specific firmware / rom / kdz. I'm not sure if I can flash the Vodafone German kdz or not and set the language to English?
Any help would be much appreciated or if anyone can point me in the right direction of the firmware that would be great!
Cheers

Or more simple (if it works, according to the firwmwrae you actually have), LG Mobile support tool, Recovery Phone: it will download and flash the last firmware for your modele.

Awesome, thank you so much!
I'll try this out when I get home and report back how I get on.
Hopefully anyone else searching for the same thing will come across this thread.
Thanks for your help, I can confirm this has worked and I've uploaded here (wasn't sure where else to upload which would allow a file this large - hopefully other people can mirror).
I'm also going to post over in this thread and hopefully the OP of that thread can add it to their collection too.

[Q] Help installing Cloudy G3 on LS980 Please

Hello Smart People!
I have a new white LG G2 (Sprint) but using Ting and would love to instal Cloudy G3 rom on it (because it looks pretty), but the more YT videos I'm watching the more I am confused.
In the past I only flashed two devices (2 HP Touchpads --> Cynegamod [or w/e it's called] android) so I have a basic understanding what some stuff is.
Basically what I have to do is:
1) Root the device (not sure how yet, but that should be pretty easy - right);
2) Download the Cloudy rom and put it on my phone -- this is where I am confused - there are two files : one is called KK_BasebandLS980.zip (27MB) and the other I found is CloudyG3_2.1.zip (1.26GB) - which one do I need?
3) install boot manager(?) -- reboot -- backup -- and then install Cloudy
4) Is that it?
Could someone be so nice and provide a step-by-step idiot's guide for me please?
Thank you for your time.
P.S. Will this work with Ting - because they don't allow G3s yet and I don't want them to think my G2 is G3?
mmm

for the little that i have read the first is the baseband and the second one the rom so you need both the first 1 is for the calling and messaging i think (it has to do something with that hehe) and the second one the g3 cloudy rom because if you install the rom with out the kikat baseband i think phone calls and sms wont work an di guess the first one will be install first then the rom (im heading over to installin that im on that rigth now)

Videotron ROM info?

I'm trying to find the right ROM for my Videotron phone. On the thread linked below I saw Bell, Telus, Rogers and a bunch of others. Does anyone know which one I have to use for my Videotron phone? Otherwise can someone take a screen capture of the system info with the build numbers and all?
The thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x-play/general/official-stock-firmwares-added-xt1562-t3195364
Thanks!
