Description:
ThunderStick notifier was originally created to alert users of Thunderstick roms when new releases are available. Well it has evolved quite a bit and has become a much more usefull software than just for updating ThunderStick Roms.
It can be used with any device now... That's right any android device.
It allows you to use your Desktop PC to download, install and make modifications directly to your Android Device. Along with messaging and comment features that allow you to interact with other users.
What you can do with devices not Running ThunderStick Roms
-Modify the Text of Certain screens and Apps
-Modify the Color displayed on certain screens and apps
-Modify The ROM Loaded on your Phone (HTC Android Sense Roms)
-Download and Change the boot animations
-Backup your apps (experimental app data backup as well)
-Restore apps (experimental data restore as well)
-Download and Add live wallpapers
-Message other users of ThunderStick Notifier
-Post requests for ThunderStick Roms, Notifier or the www.IgottDroid.com Website
[What might not work with all devices]
-Live wallpapers maybe a little iffy from device to device, they will probably work but will potentially not be sized correctly.
-MODs may not work, these are intended for ThunderStick ROM users but may work with others.
[What will definitely not work for other users
-ROMS, Lock Screens and MODS should not be downloaded and used unless you have a HTC Thunderbolt.

mmmk well i get a wonderfull error message when installed then phone restarted.
i guess you need flash support installed as the error says unable to play swf?

Works as advertised. The speed of the app is acceptable considering its Flash. I like the concept of the app and think its creative. Switching between portrait and landscape worked fine (although slow). I installed into device memory also. Good work so far cant wait to follow the progress. I'm using a 8525 with schapps 3.60a (fresh install).

First of all Thank you for this great rom.
I Upgraded from 1.04 >> 1.05 >> 1.06 >> 1.08 (each of them)
I really like CyanogenMod but i don't like ADW because of it's Drawer lag.
That is the main reason for me to choose this ROM - i prefer the GBLauncher Better.
Now, i wanted to have better look and feel which means i had to find a Theme That will fit this ROM.
So i chose the great amazing theme called "MattedBlues" (V2.4.2) - made by 'jabbawalkee' which is compatible for CyanogenMod_7_RC1/RC2.
I really think this is the best theme available for the Nexus S.
And Since GBCollab is Based on CyanogenMod you can flash this theme on this ROM too.
On the way i also upgraded to the latest Radio ("...KB3GRI54")
Another thing i had to do is to replace the Launcher APK after flashing the Theme so i found a BlueLauncher.apk that i pushed and it works.
Now i wanted to have some nice animations (transitions) to make it even more Beautiful so i tried the "Anim Mod" app - which is not working but that is not Going to stop us right ? - at the developer website there is a small howto for Choosing your favorite animation and adding it To your ROM.
Now i have a beautiful,stable,themed,animated ROM with CyanogenMod Advantages and GBLauncher - all in Blue color.

I understand your enthusiasm, and I don't mean to sound rude but why was a new thread for this necessary? There are already a thread for the specific ROM (in which I see you did already post this) and theme not to mention the reference stickied in the development section that has descriptions of every ROM, theme, and kernel. And then your homescreen shots should have gone in the Show us your homescreens thread stickied in the themes and apps section...
Oh also, I released a few modified version of MattedBlues that included a modified stock launcher that is themed to match mattedblues as well as a few other version with different colored status bars and status bar text.

This is probably been attempted before but I got bored and decided to make a ROM Directory type thing. It took me a day to develop and is written in PHP using the CakePHP framework for anyone that is interested.
If anyone has any feedback or anything please let me know.
The reason there is only 1 ROM added is because they are the files i have on my PC as i use that ROM.

Very nice set up I would definitely use it. Ive been doing alot of work lately on my friends and family's android phones and if you can get this up it wont take forever to find a rom that they like and i can set it up for them

It would definitely be nice to have one stop place for all the latest ROMs. But, in my opinion creating the website isn't the hard part, the hard part is to keep your directory updated with the latest ROMs.
Because there are lots of ROMs available (different phones, different versions etc) and many people use nightly builds too like in case of Cyanogen. So, that would mean you will have to update the data/urls/change logs etc regularly.
How do you plan to aggregate and update all this data? Manually? Or fetch data as a feed from their respective website? Or hoping for the web 2.0 way?
But, if you manage to do that then it would be really great.
People who create the ROM's will be able to do all of that them self. The way it works is that the ROM is submitted by someone (doesn't have to be the developer) and then that ROM is locked to their account, it is then approved by an admin and then they are then free to add as many versions as they want, where they can upload a zip file, and add change log for THAT version.
The change log is not one big database entry, it is the "versions" of the roms. For each version you submit there is a change log.

actually the rom is really smooth and got all other options included in CyanogenMOD
roms...and have the latest gaps...gps working fine,wifi is faster,no call delay problem all fixed....and using now 136 applications still have 41 mb space left... its rocking...there is theme chooser....latest music player is added.... and you can filter the folders on music player,lastest flashplayer 10.2 and market is added...try guys.....it will make you feel good with using your desire

nice smooth ROM - only problem is that the hiapk settings app is in Chinese, so a lot of the customisation is unavailable to English speaking types like me.
same with the hiapk market - might be great, but I can't understand the writing.
everything else works fine under English language settings.
the hiapk dialer looks really good, and people who miss the Sense dialer should look at ripping it out of this ROM and installing it in whatever they are using now.
maybe a mod can move this into the development section where it belongs?

I am not using this forum active but i have run across with this chinese alternative rom which alibaba group make to compete with ios and miui i guess.
Rom 4.4 based (possible aosp based they build their framework on it)
using it for one week, you can remove any app from alibaba (include appmarket but doesnt try service.apk's ) its a good thing i guess.
I am not the developer of the rom, just sharing to get our rom databes and gettin attention to people who wants to try new roms.
has english and chinese language default. but you can activate other languages from morelocale and install fonts with other programs like ifont.
installed opengapps 4.4 pico works great
has own camera ui and i like it
got no bug or problem except opera cant work.
dont forget adding whatsapp etc apps to auto start(or you can lock them on the ram like miui)
750 mb ram using while whatsapp wps mail hello sms and timely locked to ram
400 mb ram using after start.
all apps using their own notification panel as you can swipe up icon to see its notification. they also seen on notification panel as you want.

very flow and has speed,battery friendly. has backup feature to sms' to applications.

of course, battery life was good , you can remove an any system app but cant services its a nice rom and I want to share it may be we develop more things in it .(latest update was 2016)
