Yeah. i can't figure out if sweedish spring or what its called should work with my blade which is using the new memory layout. i want froyo. and i prefer a clean rom. not any zte ****. C:
What do you mean by new memory layout, i.e. the partition layout or the extra RAM?
Have you seen Ginger Stir Fry, it's Gingerbread without the ZTE Stuff?

Can anyone please post the difference between Kyrillos 3.0 and Indroid 3.0???
I don't want to know which one is better as a matter of fact that personal opinions vary by personal needs.
Just want to know the key/major differences in both.

Kyrillos looks like Gingerbread.
InDroid looks like Honeycomb.
What are the difference??
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=android+gingerbread+theme
http://lmgtfy.com/?q=android+honeycomb+theme
well another major difference is the the kernel where in indroid there is no pre given overclocked kernel which you have to flash later after flashing it
Kyrillos one has already inbuilt that.... and its JIT enabledd I suppose
Pretty much the same ...
Kyrillos is slightly faster from what i noticed ...
But isn't the quadrant score for indroid a little higher?

It's work... If you look into Titanium Backup you'll see a new entry "SD Card (a2sd)" with your new partition

How is indroid working. I am on froyo with Galaxy 3. Should I flash with indroid? Moreover would there be any problem in getting back to stock froyo, if required for warranty reasons

Dear Sir.
I request you to develope a gingerbread or cynogen based rom for galaxy3apollo (gt-i5801}.
If wildfire can get a gingerbread so should galaxy 3, but the official support for it is hopeless. So we got no choice but to arrange for it. Plz, consider such an initiative , I want to help but I'm a complete noob (hope u can understand)
Thank you
hey can anyone tell me how to install apps on memory card????plz my internal memory is very low...
Hi,
I have read this thread in desire forum: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=10692249&postcount=1299
Is it possible to use this on HD2? I have tried that but it doesn't work.
I'm using imilka's incredible rom.

Hi,
Check through the ROMS...
http://android.hd2roms.com/
Some use Data2SD.Others ,like Imilka,use A2SD.
Imilka, swears by his method, saying it's faster and more stable.
The only way you will know for sure is to try different ROMS,and make up your own mind.
Ok thanks.
I like Data2SD more. So i couldn't change from app2sd to data2sd in imilka's rom?

I think it's all determined in the installation.
So you might want to start with a data2sd ROM.

There is many roms that use sd-ext specifically for Data2SD here. Instead of just apps moving to SD partition it will use the partition as internal memory.
You wont get many rom titles saying one way or teh other, You will need to go look, read and try some.
Hi!
Is the Libra same as Blade or not?
and does Libra ROMs work in Blade?

EDIT:can anyone edit TouchWiz Android for zte blade?

Yeah, good point. I forgot to mention that important bit.
Libra is almost same phone as newest Blades. All Gingerbread ROM´s works, BUT on Libra doesn´t work camera with latest CM7 builds. Propably different camera hardware.

But wouldn't the Gingerbread leak that Ginger Stir Fry is based upon be basically the same as a Libra ROM i.e. Gingerbread on a .35 Kernel?
I guess you can have a look through this thread for what is closest to an official Libra ROM

has any1 of you got a dump of the stock 2.2 libra rom? if yes... could you upload it somewhere? i installed 2.3 on my libra... everything is working EXCEPT the camera so either i need to head back to 2.2 or someone of you has already solved that issue :/ perhaps the cm7 cracks could find a solution...?!

nope... nothin' found, which is REALLY a stock rom of the libra.. :/
these is the libra camera...
would some1 be able to implement those drivers into cm7 to make the cm7 blade rom compatible to the libra?
that's the only hardware difference between the libra and the blade:

msm_camera_s5k5cagx.0

Hi saaransh9, thanks I never tried but I had already clockWokMod installed and launch a backup on my sd card.
Now I have all these files, which one can be shared and used as an original ROM ?
boot.img 5.1MB
recovery.img 5.1MB
system.yaffs2.img 165MB
data.yaffs2.img 136MB
.android_secure.vfat.tar 2k
cache.yaffs2.img 25k
nandroid.md5 1k
Or maybe I should better use romdump ?
Thx

Okay, so after having tried out pretty much everything on my HD2, I've concluded:
You can't do much in WP7 besides the built-in functionality, and there are no apps for it
ICS isn't fast/stable enough yet due to lack of proper hardware acceleration
Sense 3.x is the same as ICS
I might upgrade to the Sensation
Meanwhile, I want to use something that's stable and fast, and based on Sense 2.x with Android 2.3. What do people think are my best options?
Thanks

+1 to this ..
And before somebody flames us, we are not lazy (right, ellisbodds? ) but we want those who tried lots of ROMs (sense 2 with gingerbread). We seek their advice.
Thank you.

Exactly, I've tried out loads of ROMs myself, just not many Sense 2 ROMs. So if someone posted asking what the best Sense 3.5 ROM might be, I would answer them.
with 2.3.3 use http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1197751 but dont upgrade to mark 0.2.0.. for photos u have to edit up buildprop and the device name..also flash the fix from the first post.. i will try http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1581249... if u wanna use android 2.2.2 with sense 2.0 try this

Thanks, I'll give the EVO 4G port a try first and report back
I think the fastest/most stable, are the AOSP roms. Like cyanogen, nightlies, those are amazing. And they have a lovely small system partition size allowing for more user data.
Hi guys I want to know is there any way go Change cm7 partition layout to jb partition layout... I like cm7 performances but I don't like its low storage in data data. I used the script but im very unhappy with that....
Looks like you or somebody else has to compile a custom ROM with the CM10 partition layout.

It is easy to do, but the issue is that there is no kernel supporting cm10 layout on cm7.2
