i change the update PDA and PIT files By Odin application but the mobile and Odin application is hung after 30 min i disconnect the usb cable but the mobile not work never never ,,, and i can not access to download mode
please help me how i can access to download mode for change PDA and PIT files
please help me pleaseeeeee
I dont know what you were trying to do using a pit file with odin. Usually flashing a new rom (pda file), a pit file is not needed. Stick with the default odin settings.
As for your current predicament, go get a usb jig from ebay. The ones that work for the Galaxy S/S2 should get you into download mode.
Best of luck
why did you open two threads about the very same thing? i understand your frustration but this isn't helping.

Just take a micro-usb plug, cut it open and connect pins 4 & 5 with a 301kΩ 1% resistor.

Heres a thought.... Why not learn how to do something simple as getting into download mode and using ODIN. WHY must you post the SAME THREAD 3 TIMES in 3 different sections of the VIBRANT FORUM. You're asking to get the ban hammer.

hi @all
follow instruction to reset the binary counter:
before you start, you need a actually gnote rom and you need usb jig!! if you not have a jig, dont try this!!!! im not responsible if you brick your phone!!
1. download a sgs2 bootloader(search in sgs2 forum --> bootloader)
2. flash it over odin as pda
3. put the battery out
4. put the battery in and connect the usb jig
5. connect your phone with pc
6. flash the rom via odin as pda
7. when is done, disconnect the phone from pc and remove the jig
8. put the battery out and again in
9. connect your phone whit the pc over the normal usb connector, flashed rom will start with the update, phone reboot self ---> finish
dont ask me, dont look for support, im not developer, i only wrote down what i do and how i reset the counter to 0..
many thanks at bodivas, hi was the first one who try this, and i can confirm it, it works..
with my jig i can't connect the note to the pc, just the jig. .. how is your jig? a picture or a link to buy it?
thanks

here a link in ebay.. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Samsung-i...aCables_JN&hash=item35b3d8fd9c#ht_1429wt_1139
but, if you put the jig in, the phone sould start whit download mode.. normally i do that whit sgs2, you can disconnect the jig and connect the phone whit the normal usb cable.. phone stay in download mode, and you can flash..
you can try it out before you flash the bootloader.. but i cant give you warranty for that..
I have already rebuilt procedure 3 times and all ok..
Guide:
1. flash over Odin as Pda Bootloader_GS2.tar
2. put the battery out
3. put the battery in and connect the usb jig ( approximately 10 seconds)
4. connect your phone with pc and flash via Odin as Pda Bootloader_N7000.tar..
If your phone does not start, remove and reinsert the battery..
files for Odin:
Sbl.bin from SGS2:
View attachment Bootloader_GS2.rar
Sbl.bin from Note:
View attachment Bootloader_N7000.rar
Unpack these files,before flashing ..

:O £1.03 delivered!
Thats ridiculous! Ive ordered one!
I wonder where it's shipped from and how much that costs?!
How do you read the value of the counter?
In step 6, do you flash the original GNote sbl?
Step 7 is confusing - it says to remove the jig, but the jig was not in, because we were connected to the computer for Odin ???

Yes., and then you just restart the phone..Stop!!!
DealExtreme is not the cheapest, just the one with best prices/spread relationship.
I paid my jig 0.80€ shipped off a random chinese seller on ebay
did anyone else tried this? this thread seems to be eating dust!!! any problem with this mod?
hmmmmm
LMAO, not so sure id be wanting to try these steps, i think ya need to spend less time worrying about the counters and more time enjoying ya phone, im sure a safer method will emerge in time.

I tried and it didn't work for me, but I was not on JK4 to start (maybe that's required). Nothing bad happened though.

nope i dont where to download the STOCK and even the procedure
I would DL stock KitKat with this link:
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/3/?download=33706
You might have to register to DL but sammobile is the only place I can find a decent DL for it.
Once it downloads unzip the file.
Download Odin 3.09 (you can find a free download everywhere).
Make sure your device is off, then hold vol dn and them power till it says to hit the button for download mode.
Once in download mode plug into your computer and if windows 7 or 8 let the drivers install fully.
If it does not find drivers then look for them manually.
Once you've got the drivers open Odin. It should be a green light on comm 1 or something like that showing a device is plugged into it.
Make sure ONLY F Reset Time and Auto Reboot are checked and nothing else.
Hit the AP button and find the tar file or md5 file you unzipped earlier.
Once it loads up hit start and hope for the best while it flashes.
Warning; read more about this before you try it. Once KitKat flashes do not try to downgrade, but read all about it.
I linked you to firmware for device SM-T231 so that had better be your device. Triple and quadruple check to make sure the file is the right one for your device...
Hope this helps.

Hi Thanxz for see my problem please tell me which modem file work for me please give me download link and thanxz for your reply
Download these two files and follow the procedure :
Download Odin 3.09 >> http://androidhost.org/PVAIv
Download modem.bin (your version is 4.4.2 so extract only G7102 4.4.2 file) >> https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B10QuJB85-SgdENMSHZvV2xJRms/view?usp=drivesdk
Make sure you have all the necessary USB drivers installed on your PC and use original USB cable and also make sure your phone battery is above 80%.
1. Extract Odin and modem file on your PC
2. Enable USB debugging on your phone
3. Prepare your phone to Downloading Mode by pressing (volume down+ home button+ power button), next press volume UP to continue (now your phone is in downloading mode)
4. Run Odin on your PC, now connect USB cable
(At this point when you connect your phone, Odin will show a blue box, so that the connection is successful and now you can proceed)
5. Click check box in front of CP, click CP and browse your "modem.bin" file
6. Click start.
If it's successful it will show a success and Pass message.
Please note: I'm not responsible if you break or brick your phone. Don't click any other option/button in Odin other than mentioned.

Thankz bro for your Guide and sorry for my late reply i follow your guide but unable to resolve my problem only airtel and vodafone sims get network i tried reliance gsm, aircel, bsnl, idea all sims get network only for 2 minutes and then network are gone in only emergency mode.
Hope you understand my problem
If ur problem is not solved then 1st format your phone then download latest firmware available for ur device extract firmware file then go to odin connect to pc via an usb cable and go to download mode by pressing volume down+home button+power button together and then u will see an android icon after this u need to press volume up button to go to download mode then select ap option in odin (Note:- U need to check only ap option and select the tar.md5 file that u've get from firmware file after extract.)then click start button it will take time about 10 to 15 minutes. After pass msg u will see that your phone automatically rebooted and it is booting and after 2 or 3 mins complete your setup and check those sim Cards which is not working for u.(I Think Surely It Should Work For You)
